They have a lot of unique items from all different eras and designs, and I was able to find some great pieces to purchase at a fair price. The staff was also very friendly when I had a few questions. Inside is quite large, but laid out very well. There really is something to see in every corner, and they specialize in antique and unique items. I honestly could have left with a truck full, but it's fun to go in and find some have to have it now pieces. It is also attached to a shopping mall, so there is a large free parking lot right out front. I would highly suggest to any antique hunters.

The prices are somewhat fair, similar to goodwill, some exceeding depending on the brand, but cheaper than a designer consignment store. All of the clothes are donated, and what's even cooler is that all of the workers are volunteers. This one in Thousand Oaks has the most wonderful community of older women who use their time to give back to the community. They're all so nice and kind, and are always up for a conversation. Additionally, they have jewelry, accessories, houseware, and trinkets. The hours are a bit tricky, but it's worth checking out if you are free.

I understand businesses have policies, but I was disappointed by the lack of compassion and flexibility, especially for a disabled customer.
