These two were great! Set up convenient time, showed promptly, so friendly! They really know their business, had my piano taken apart and given the legs to me for cleaning in short order. My dogs had done some spraying, which was missed during regular cleaning. Pretty embarrassing, but they were so kind and helpful. They didn't want my daughter's dog doing the same. Also, were kind enough to take a coupe extra chairs for me. Very helpful when you are moving. Had a wonderful conversation with both of them, such interesting people! Really a pleasant afternoon. Called to speak about moving a Piano. I wasn't quite sure if it was a Grand or Baby Grand ( it was purchased as a gift)..the man replied quite rudely "well is it a Grand or a Baby Grand"..?..I was a bit thrown back by his tone, we went over a few more details. I then remarked if he could accommodate close to a specific time, with no reply ..I have been in customer service my entire career, and I wouldn't for a second think of speaking to a potential client that way..I have taken my business else where..and all you simply had to do was show some kindness and professionalism...! read more

I called Action Piano on Monday and the piano was delivered Wednesday. Dave picked up the piano at the auction house where we purchased it, delivered it to our home in Scottsdale and set it up exactly where we wanted it. Oh, I forgot to mention, we weren't in Arizona at the time! I only communicated with Dave via phone and text. He was wonderful to work with, very friendly and willing to help even though we weren't there. He sent photos after the piano was set up. I wish I could give Action Piano 6 stars. I chose these guys to pick up and deliver a piano, which I got a great deal on at a yard sale back in May. They were able to work with my schedule and fit me in within a couple of days. Dave was amazing at his expertise on placing the piano on moving wheels, maneuvering, and loading it. He took great care and had a professional trailer to load and secure the piano for the drive. Good communication and expected time frame estitmate. Their prices were very competitive and I believe they have flat rates based on type of piano in the Phoenix metro area, which is nice to know the cost upfront. read more
