PIANOMANSAINT was excellent. Arrived before the time slot (and did email me he may be within the hour prior to appointment based on prior appointments finished). He reviewed my keyboard and advised best tuning adjustments as I had not tuned my piano for over 20 years. Saint completed this task with flying colors. Loved hearing my tuned piano played by Saint as he plays beautifully! I will definitely be adding his services for my piano annually and you should too read more

We reached out to Saint after reading reviews and we are happy we did! He came out and cleaned and tuned our piano for us just like we requested online. The price was very fair for the time he was here and we are very happy with the job he did. One thing I will say is his level of communications is better than just about every other person I have ever worked with! The entire process was so easy from the online scheduling to him keeping us in the loop of his arrival time and even sending a link for us to track his progress to our home! It was amazing! He was personable and enjoyable to talk with while he was cleaning! He even brought our dog a tennis ball and made his day! I am glad we found him and I will do my best to recommend him to everyone that we know that is in need of having a piano tuned. Thank you sir for getting our piano sounding great again. read more

I recently acquired my parents' piano that I grew up with, which was badly out of tune, and I contacted Saint based on the glowing reviews. He provided great communication, including a live map once he was on his way. Saint shared a wonderful video of his dog singing to his piano playing, then right to work. My piano sounds fantastic! Saint played a medley (by ear!) to make sure he was happy with the tuning, then asked me to play a piece (not by ear!), to ensure that I was pleased with his work. Absolutely! I'm delighted to add to the glowing reviews. read more

First time we ever had our piano tuned. I went with Saint because of the excellent reviews he has on Yelp and Google & I was not disappointed. His communication ahead of time is very detailed.. almost so much that I expected him to maybe be less personable in person.. but was I wrong. He works quickly, efficiently, and is a really pleasant guy (even brought my dog a tennis ball ). My piano sounds better than ever. You won't regret calling Saint! 10/10 read more

Saint did a great job tuning my long-overdue piano; great communication and very timely for his scheduled appointment. He also helped fix some sticky pedals. Reminded me of the appointment via text, and let me know when he was a few minutes away. Was not bothered by my large breed dog that likes to bark when new people come to the home. Really enjoyed his beautiful piano playing at the end of his tuning. Highly recommend and will have him return on the recommended schedule for tuning (which he will remind me to schedule via text!). read more

Couldn't be happier with our entire experience with having Saint come to our home to tune our piano. Communication was excellent and he did a fantastic job setting expectations. An incredibly kind and pleasant man, he made my grandchildren (and our four-legged children) feel incredible comfortable. He got right to work and clearly has year's of experience bringing our piano back up to where it should be. He went above and beyond with a few parts that actually needed to be repaired. We look forward to seeing him again next year! read more

Saint has been my piano tuner for years; he's like that one person you see on an annual vacation or camping trip and you're like "wow, I really like seeing him". He keeps my 35-year-old piano sounding great, his prices are very fair, and he's a consummate professional in every way. read more

I just had my 2nd tuning on my piano. Saint, as always, came on time. He carefully tuned each string, and the piano sounded so beautiful after the tuning. Even my son commented, "It sounds so different so nice now!" I didn't mention one pedal that kept making squeak sound, but Saint found out by himself. He also fixed the pedal by applying some lubricant oil. He found out that the left pedal wasn't connected to anything so it didn't function as a soft pedal. He promised to fix it in the next tuning. I told him that I broke a piece of ivory top but didn't tell him it was the tail. He didn't bring ivory tails, so he promised that he would mail one to me. Two days later, I received 4 ivory tails in the mail. I am always amazed by his courteous and prompt service. I highly recommend Piano Man Saint. His rate is best I could find in this area, and he produces work of quality. read more

My experience with Saint couldn't have been better! Not only does he do a great piano tuning, but he's very professional and his prices are reasonable. Scheduling was straightforward and done through his website and he even sent a text when he was on his way that showed his location. #2019 He did such a great job on our piano, that my siblings and I had him come out to tune my dad's piano as a birthday present. I hope Saint never retires so that I never have to find another piano tuner! read more

This man is a treasure! Saint has been able, not only to expertly tune my piano but also make all those little repairs that others ignore. He is prompt, both in his response to inquiries and arriving for appointments. His online booking simplifies the process even more. To top it off, he is such a pleasant person. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Try him. You won't be sorry. read more

We have an old 50s Baldwin upright that we inherited a couple years ago and had been shipped out to us from California. It was last tuned within 10 years and was definitely running flat (around 428). I'm glad we found Saint on Yelp. It was very easy to schedule online. He arrived right on time and was very professional and friendly. He had it tuned in under an hour. We even got out the vacuum when he was done to clean out the innards before he put it back together. All that old dust came up in just a couple minutes. Fantastic. Highly recommended! read more

Wow - this guy is good! I read the reviews and now I know exactly why people post such great things about him. First, it was SO easy to schedule with him. Everything could be easily scheduled on-line which is what I prefer. Second, he did a great job tuning my piano and advising about the care of it. Third, he's a genuinely nice guy and clearly loves what he does. I really enjoyed talking with him. I don't write reviews often, but he's definitely worth taking the time to write one. I highly recommend Saint! read more

I had Saint just tune my piano. He did an incredible job and I would recommend him to anyone.

Saint was great. Came out to my parents house, tuned up their piano, that had not been done in a while. Sounded great afterwards. He spent about an hour. He shared his location when he was on his way. During rush hour, he was only 10 min late, which, to me, is great. Thanks Saint! read more

Amazing! I was lucky enough to get an open spot on his schedule right after I bought a used piano. It sounds incredible now and it was very badly need of a tune (was over 5 years since previous owner tuned). He was prompt, professional, and went over and above with his recommendations to start my little in lessons. read more

Professional, timely, and great job!!!! I would definitely recommend the Pianomansaint Piano Service!!!

The owner Saint is amazing. I hired him to tune my moms piano based on yelp. I called him on a Monday and he accommodated one days notice, tuning my Moms piano on New Years Eve. My mom said Saint was a perfect gentleman, the nicest man and her piano, a 40 year old Baldwin has never sounded so good. I told him to put a extra tip on my card. When he finished my mom tried to tip him which he would not accept, he told my Mom I already tipped him. Now that is integrity. Highly recommended thank you Saint for taking such good care of my Mom, great way to start the New Year. read more

Great tuner and a great price. Tuned piano in about an hour.

On time, personable, skilled. I was told by another tuner that the piano would likely need a pitch raise, Saint said, we'll see, probably not, and it didn't. I really enjoyed working with him read more

Saint is a saint with pianos. He was right on time with his appointment, popped open our newly acquired 1905 piano and got right to it. Cleaned out the ancient dust, and tuned it to working order. He followed up by playing a beautiful piece that even had my 4 year old son stop to listen. Best price that we could find and also has a referral discount. read more

As good as it gets! Saint was very professional, from the very first time I spoke with him on the phone, and throughout the entire process. He was promptly on time, was a pleasure to conversate with, and most importantly took great care for my piano! I will continue to support Saint's business as long as I live in the area. When Saint was finished tuning my piano, he played a beautiful piece that I mentioned I liked. He said he would send it to me. Low and behold, the sheet music arrived in the mail about a week later! I am so impressed with his ability to go above and beyond and follow through on his word, even though he didn't have to do such a nice gesture. As if all of that isn't good enough, his services are very affordable for the value he provides. Thank you so much Saint! Please support this business! :) read more

I Received my piano a year ago on my 78th birthday and have been playing every single day since and find it to be the perfect outlet for a senior lady. Relaxing and stress relieving. Two days ago I broke the pedal which is like an emergency to me... I don't like playing without the pedal and I don't like a day going by without playing... Saint came to the rescue! I found him to be very personable, proficient, and had exactly the right attitude I'm looking for... He says any day that you have something to eat is the day when you should also play the piano! I also like the fact that the price is locked in forever as long as you tune your piano once a year. read more
