Service! Our experience all started with our sales rep Colton. He did a great job explaining what…read moreour needs for a generator would be. He was not trying to upsell us with a unit we didn't need. After a couple of days of conversation with my wife and going over what was offered to us by other venders, we decided to go with Grasten. After doing all the paper work and paying the initial down payment, we were assigned a project coordinator by the name of Morgan. Morgan is great. We talked on the phone and then sent me an email with what needed to happen, when we needed to be home with dates and times. When I called with questions and updates she was able to talk to me right away, or if she wasn't in the office, she returned my call right away. There was only one hiccup with the project. During the final instal my tech informed us that there were a couple relay switches that were missing from the factory. My tech took pictures of the area where the switches should have been. The next morning I called Grasten's office and talked with Parts/service Dillon. I had asked him how long it would be to get the switches in. Dillon said he would call the manufacturer and call me back with an answer with getting us the parts. My wife and I we very anxious about getting the generator up and running since a storm was due to hit us that night. About an hour later, Dillon called us and said tech with the parts was on his way and should be there to our house in 20-30 minutes. When our techs showed up, they were friendly and worked very diligently to get my unit up and running. The unit fired right up and ran perfectly during testing. We are very happy with how Grasten solved a problem in such a quick manner. An A+ in customer service and I would recommend them to everyone looking for a generator.

If you go to Google reviews you will see multiple complaints like mine where Blaze does not respond to requests for the maintenance to be performed which is paid for under the purchase agreement for the first two years. Unfortunately this owner does not do good business. He charged $150 per atv for diagnostics (does…read morenot go towards the total cost). He promised to have an estimate the next day. He was asked on multiple days (a week) and kept delaying to give an estimate of the costs. He then tore the atv apart and then messaged at 8p to say it took him 8hrs and 3 days to diagnose the atv and the balance is $975. Next day- argued back and forth about the cost because $975 was priced very high for what the atv was there for. Paid him $800 to get this situation overwith and he said he'd have it ready the next day. Got there, he says his back hurts and directs to get it..crank it up and it dies out before even leaving the yard. This guy had the nerve to emphasize it wasn't his responsibility anymore. This rating should be a 0 star review for bad business and unprofessionalism and overpricing. Even ended up filing a police report due to how the whole situation played out.
