Aaron and Wayne arrived on time and worked hard all day to install two lanterns and six can lights. To install the lanterns, they had to cut through drywall and brick to run electrical cable from the attic. Despite all the work to install the lights (on a hot November afternoon, none the less!), they left without a mess, and even swept and mopped the area they were working. Kim was a great resource in helping to review the best and most cost effective way to purchase the generator and how the whole process would evolve. Parco staff call you or text you back promptly responding to a question or request. When they made a commitment to schedule the installation, they stood by it. They explain what they are going to accomplish and why they are doing it that way. Aaron and his crew showed up on time and the installation was complete in about 4.5 hours. They do not take shortcuts and use high quality materials. Parco and the subcontractors were very professional and helpful. Even more important they have a rock solid maintenance and emergency response plan following the installation. Dryer repair tech diagnosed 90V coming from an outlet that should've been 220V. Thor Enterprises came out that same day and replaced the faulty breaker. Our house was built in 1978 and has the same breaker box. Danny said it was still in working order and didn't need to be replaced altogether. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company, I received no meaningful response or progress on the project. During my efforts to resolve the issue, I discovered that this was not an isolated incident. I became aware of more than 30 other homeowners who reported experiencing similar situations with this location. I escalated the matter to the parent company in Tomball, Texas. Initially, they acknowledged the situation and indicated they would honor or address my deposit. However, after several weeks of communication, they stopped responding entirely, and I have not received any resolution. As of May 2026, nearly nine months later, I do not have a generator, and my deposit has not been recovered. I also contacted Generac, the equipment manufacturer, to seek assistance. They stated they were unable to intervene in disputes with independent dealers and did not offer a path toward resolution. This has been a very costly and frustrating experience. I strongly encourage others to fully vet both the dealer and the contract terms before making any upfront payment.
