This is the only business unwilling to make any concession given these circumstances. As longtime (we're talking 3 generations!) Geneva residents, who choose to shop our local businesses vs. Amazon, etc., this is so very disappointing!

I don't believe cans just leak. Maybe they didn't check to see if the lid was secure. Maybe they didn't check the can's structural integrity. Whatever the reason, they won't shake a can once it goes out the door. My opinion, bad customer service. A good customer walked away rejected. I won't ever go back.

Got our fireplace upgraded last November just in time for the holidays and we have had a winter and early spring filled with nice ambiance in our den. The whole installation process only took about 4 hours from installing the gas line, putting in the gas logs, sweeping our chimney and painting the interior box. They came out a few weeks later and got our nice new glass doors installed replacing our dated old 80s brass ones. So efficient and couldn't be more satisfied!
