It was my first visit to your restaurant though my wife has been here before with friends. Chad was our server. He pleasantly explained the drink and dining menus and took good care of us all evening. My bride had her favorite drink, The French Martini, and you guys nailed it for her! I was very happy with the 2025 Pils. Dinner was amazing, Skirt steak for her, brisket for me with Yukon potatoes following salads for both of us. The quality and taste of the food was great and makes us want to come back and sample other dishes. We received great service and a nice complimentary glass of champagne (with Ho-Ho's) to finish our celebration. At the end of the evening we received a big surprise when Chad came over with news that we had no bill to pay as my wife's daughter and her husband had secretly called to pay the tab! Where it really started to miss was the overall approach. A lot of "the chef intends this..." type explanations. When I contacted the store to follow a different manager said that was not the store policy and they would not exchange it even though that is what the previous manager promised he would do, not honor what was said! Additionally this manager was dismissive, and rude. I will never shop there again, terrible customer service. Find another hardware store and run far away from this one.. Their management is atrocious.

Joe did the setup. 5 minutes later key fob failed. He was on the phone with the manufacturer right away! New one to be sent out. But Joe calls me 5 minutes later and says another one was located!!! Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating from the start and only got worse as it went on. After placing my order, I realized I had accidentally submitted two orders and was charged twice for delivery. I called Lowe's right away to have it corrected, but the person who answered the phone said they were just filling in and that someone would call me back. No one ever did. On the day of delivery, I received a text saying the crew would arrive at 8:15 AM, so I got up early and emptied out my refrigerator in preparation. However, the team didn't arrive until 10:00 or 11:00 AM, with no update or courtesy call to inform me of the delay. When the installer arrived, he checked the space for the refrigerator but did not check the laundry area at all. I had to ask him directly to verify whether the stackable washer/dryer unit would fit, and only then did he look and say it wouldn't. He then informed me I had ordered an electric unit instead of gas--a common mistake--but he appeared visibly annoyed while explaining it. Because my setup couldn't accommodate electric, I refused delivery of the washer and dryer. As for the refrigerator, I had paid $50 for haul-away service and had already removed all the shelves and drawers to make the process easier. Despite that, the installer was irritated when I reminded him to take them, left fingerprints all over my front door, failed to remove the protective tape from the new refrigerator, and offered no guidance on reinstalling the shelving, leaving one shelf loose inside. Overall, the service felt rushed, disorganized, and unprofessional--from the double charge and lack of callback to the careless attitude of the installer. For the amount I paid, I expected far better treatment and attention to detail. I hope Lowe's seriously reviews how its installation services and customer support are being handled.

This place was absolutely huge and there's staff that actually wants to help me out. I found exactly what I was looking for and some of the stuff that I was looking for like wood screws and a fence mender were on sale for a good price. The restrooms were a bit strange because none of the bathroom stalls closed you have to pick up the door to lock it. plenty of parking in the parking lot and there's easy access to the street as plenty of parking in the parking lot and there's easy access to Weber Road as well. Aisles are clean and well organized. It's always quick to check out as well upon leaving the store.
