Helen met with us at their warehouse to talk us through their products and share with us samples of the exact material used in their installations. Eduardo and his crew arrived promptly on the day of the install, including demo of our old counters and kitchen sink, and immediately got to work. Our new countertops and sink (final connections by others) was complete in under 6 hours! They cleaned all the demo'ed material and product up and even constructed a modified sill/ledge over our oven/stovetop better than we could have imagined. Thanks, Jake & Rachael (Western Springs, IL)

They were able to get us the exact same granite and quartz that I brought in samples of (from a larger granite place). They were really helpful with explaining the different stone and helped us make a decision based on a couple options we compared. The installation/craftsmanship is flawless. We did a kitchen island, kitchen counters, and a fireplace surround. All around awesome experience. Do not hesitate!! It's a family business and we felt very well taken care of, and much better that we went with them vs the other places we were looking at. Thank you Olivas!!!

We immediately went over and liked the Savoy chandelier. We asked about the return policy and delivery time. No problem with returning, credit in the store- no restocking fee- and delivery was about 2-3 weeks or we could take the one in the floor. We opted for the floor model. They had us return the next day to pick it up - it was boxed in original packaging and No waiting time in the pick up either. Plus Theresa's price was $300 less than her competitor for the same chandelier and the Savoy chandelier was close to half the cost of our original choice. Fabulous experience all the way around!!!

*Review is for Tire Center*…read more I recently opened a Costco membership after researching tire prices and warranties, and Costco ended up offering the best overall value. I purchased the Bridgestone Turanza EverDrive tires, and ordering them through the website was quick and easy. Scheduling the installation online was also straightforward. I did receive a text saying an earlier appointment was available, but the website wasn't updating to show those openings. I called the tire center, and the staff was able to get me in within the next few days, which I appreciated. My appointment was on a Friday at 1:45 p.m. After reading a lot of online reviews about long wait times, I was expecting to be there for hours. I dropped my car off at 1:40 p.m., walked next door for lunch, and received a text at 2:15 p.m. saying my car was ready. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast the service was. The tire center staff were friendly and professional throughout the process. The only issue came the following day when my tire pressure warning light came on. I called Costco, and they explained what to do. I stopped by on a busy Saturday to check the tire pressure and add air. No one was available to assist since they were very busy, and I noticed the right rear tire was significantly low, so I filled it myself. It's now been about a week without any further issues, so I'm hoping it was just a one-time occurrence. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase, the pricing, and the installation experience. Aside from the minor tire pressure issue after installation, everything went smoothly, and I would use Costco Tire Center again.

The parking lot is insane no matter what time of day you come, and people are always dodging around with carts inside. So prepare yourself for the mob, then come in and get your rotisserie chicken, a wedding cake, a year's supply of vitamins, and a new couch, as well as a tank of gas.
