We immediately went over and liked the Savoy chandelier. We asked about the return policy and delivery time. No problem with returning, credit in the store- no restocking fee- and delivery was about 2-3 weeks or we could take the one in the floor. We opted for the floor model. They had us return the next day to pick it up - it was boxed in original packaging and No waiting time in the pick up either. Plus Theresa's price was $300 less than her competitor for the same chandelier and the Savoy chandelier was close to half the cost of our original choice. Fabulous experience all the way around!!!

I had the manual with me and he explained the pairing process and highlighted/flagged the page I needed to refer to when I returned home. I followed his directions and the remote now works. He also took a copy of my receipt, so I would not be required to return to the store if the process was not successful. Excellent customer service. I have always found the sales assistance to be exceptional. Referral to electrician for hanging was a very easy process. Products might be a bit pricier, but I have learned you get what you pay for! We've been using Harry Miller to fix our washers and dryers at our condo building for decades. It's difficult for me to give a 1-star review because their servicemen are terrific. However, what they're doing now leaves me speechless. Our work orders for machine repairs goes through our management company, Westward360. Westward360 manages many MANY associations and apartment buildings. There's one association that has absolutely NOTHING to do with us, that has an outstanding invoice from February and I believe it's in the low $100's. When our association called for service on a machine, Harry Miller REFUSED to come out because this other association has an outstanding invoice. They said the ONLY way they'd come out is if I (the president of the association) pays upfront. I don't have our association's checkbook onsite and all of our invoices are paid directly from Westward360. They want ME to pay out of MY pocket. I can't even fathom what Harry Miller's thinking is on this. Why in the WORLD would they punish US for something a completely different association is doing? We have absolutely ZERO to do with them. Our bills are paid on time and we have nothing outstanding with them. Now I'm looking for another appliance repair company. This isn't a difficult feat, trust me. I just can't wrap my head around why Harry Miller would rather lose our business than repair our machines and get paid.
