Russ the sales rep is a sleep wizard having me try different style of mattresses ranging from different brands. Then the pillow test for neck and back comfort. WOW! This guy really knows his stuff and must have graduated magna cum laude from Sleepy's University. I have made plenty of sales purchases in my day and Sleepy's was probably the most simple and straight to the point deal ever. We called Monday for a refund as they denied it. I don't understand that they can not refund when they totally screwed up getting it to us at the time they told us. We bought all our mattresses there, but no more. We will not buy there again if that is the way they run their business. Patrick was trying to help us, but Nicco was determined to refuse our refund.
