I called ABT and spoke with Lou (his direct # 847-954-4140). I did some research before I called and liked the Samsung 55." 4K NEO QLED, originally $1,297.99, on sale for $897.99. Lou stated, "They had a sale starting tomorrow (Saturday) and that he could sell it to me for $651.00." Great! Lou said he could have it delivered next Tuesday. I explained my mother's situation and asked if it could be delivered tomorrow, on Saturday. Lou said, "I'll make it happen." Now that is exceptional customer service! Josh Hoffman was the technician who delivered and set up my mother's new Samsung TV. Josh programmed the Xfinity remote to the new TV, and my mother accidentally hit something that made the TV verbally announce everything she did. Josh asked if she wanted that, and my mother said no. Josh was quick-witted and a comedian; he had my mother laughing. You certainly can tell when an employee loves their job! I brought the mower in and the staff was extremely friendly. I met a bunch of people who appear to enjoy what they do and they were professional and kind. The turn around was quick and when I returned to pick up the mower I saw they did additional work (tightening here and there and replacing a loose nut) so I was leaving with a mower as good as when I bought it. A bunch of crooks!…read more I needed a commerical refrigerator repaired The technician said I needed a new theromstat. They ordered $150 part and charged me $340 for the thermostsat. The techician intalled and the refrigerator ran all of the time and froze the contents. They made a reurn call and said it needed a new evaporator, a $450 part that I ordered myself and waited for it to be installed. The technician cancelled these appointments 4 times the day of the call. Got fed up and called another service company. That technician said the thermostst was installed incorrectly and that I did not need a new evaporator. He fixed their screw up and the fridge is running fine. His charge for the call was $89, A+ charges $159. It appears that they mark up parts at least 100% as they said the cost of a new evaporator was over $1000. Be warned.

Now my furnace is out again, first thing they said was, $125 service call. I don't think so. Won't call them again or refer team to anyone. Service calls and can't find anything wrong.
