Called the other store and unless I have a sears charge card I can't even order it over the phone. Get pissed off. Call corporate and now I can use my reg charge card but it will take 10-12 days to get the refrigerator. But if I want to pay the 69.00 I can now get the refrigerator in 4-6 days. So let's sum this up. They don't order enough of sale item most stores just get 1-2 of each item. I had them look in a 30 mile radius none available. Unless you have their charge card you can't even get them to order more of sale item. And if you want to pay the 69.00 extra you will get it in time. With this kind of customer service I will never buy another product from Sears. So unless you pay extra charge and have a Sears charge card u are not a true customer in Sears eyes going to Docks and will now buy everything from them.

The items look to be the same good quality you would expect from The Container Store, there's just less holiday options and prices are higher. For example, there are some pretty red and holiday color boxes with satin bows for an easy way to wrap a gift, but some of the boxes were $10.99 and up. I always check back here after the holidays, as I have found some great deals on plastic storage bins for ornaments or decorations after Christmas.

Got our fireplace upgraded last November just in time for the holidays and we have had a winter and early spring filled with nice ambiance in our den. The whole installation process only took about 4 hours from installing the gas line, putting in the gas logs, sweeping our chimney and painting the interior box. They came out a few weeks later and got our nice new glass doors installed replacing our dated old 80s brass ones. So efficient and couldn't be more satisfied!

I purchased what was advertised as a heavy duty, fire retardant, waterproof tarp that was 40x40 feet from Tarp Supply Inc for $1,500 and $400 delivery. Upon delivery, I noticed how tiny the rivets were for this size tarp, they must have been smaller than a quarter. As soon as the tarp was tied down, a small breeze picked up and suddenly multiple rivets in the tarp ripped right out of the plastic material, the causing us to have to remove the tarp altogether after just securing it down. I contacted Brad in customer support who I initially offered repair or reinforcement options and asked me to send photos. After sending him photos of the damage, I received this response... "I spoke with our manager about this issue. They told me that since the 40' x 40' tarp was used and damaged, we cannot accept that tarp back for return." I asked to speak to speak to someone about this further and was ignored. This was a very expensive purchase for me that I spent a long time saving up money for. Not only am I out now out the $1,500 I spent on the 40x40' tarp, but also the $400 I spent in delivery, almost $200 in labor, $400 for delivery to return the broken tarp and the second 30x30' tarp, and 20% of the purchase price from the return for a "restocking fee." Thanks Tarp Supply for nearly bankrupting me this month and not offering any solutions! Maybe consider emailing me back and refunding me for YOUR faulty product.

Unfortunately due to water and environmental conditions the bottom rusted and leaked, necessitating replacement. Abt could not have been more helpful, in this time of need. The Abt office (Nathan) immediately and fully addressed the situation. The Abt plumbers delivered fast and truly excellent replacement with a new Reliance 50 gallon hot water heater and installed all the necessary copper pipe, valves and fittings---including full labor at no charge. The plumbers (Russell Cartwright and Tyler Fite) installing the unit were very meticulous and highly competent in every detail. They also were extremely helpful and courteous. I have used Abt exclusively for over forty years and recommended their products and service to numerous other home owners--no one has been disappointed. Their appliances and equipment are always top quality but their service and commitment to stand behind and service these products is both outstanding and exemplary. Did business in the past was explicitly explained that they come to the house to measure to an 1/8 of an inch for EVERY JOB that is what custom is. Even though they admit these egregious mistakes they will not remake cabinet for master bath... they will put waste of space fillers in or we can buy a new cabinet. Could have did this for 1/3 of the price from a regular home improvement store. STAY AWAY... they cut corners and you pay the big price!
