Upon first walking in, there are shopping carts outside where you have to insert a quarter to use. (I later found this out, after struggling with the shopping carts and giving up when they wouldn't unchain.) Once inside, this place is a maze. Aisles filled with crackers, cereal, nuts, produce, meat, dairy, canned goods and even seasonal goods (non-edible). I was awestruck and super excited at the same time. Since we didn't have a cart and no bags, I had to keep my first shopping trip to what I could carry. (I purchased the said cereal, a bottled coffee drink, and some dried cherries - all for under $10.) I couldn't wait to come back and finally did with a shopping bag in tow. This time I grabbed chocolate, more bottled coffee drinks, chips, multiple gourmet cheeses, more dried cherries and fresh blueberries. All of this for a steal! (Think a large container of blueberries for $0.99 and a bag of chips for $1.79.) Oh boy, I'm in love. Truly, madly, deeply in love with this store. I can't wait to come back and see what else I'll find next time. They better open one of these up in my hometown!

There's lots of items in Spanish but most are in English too. Find cheap liters of pop for a buck. There's also snacks like big bags of nuts for a dollar or more. Cleaning supplies and other household goods can be found. These are mostly for cooking and kitchens. Credit cards are mostly accepted. It has surprisingly good stuff even though it's cheap. There's a small parking lot but it's shared with a bank so be careful to be in the right spot or you could be towed.

After receiving the rocker recliner I realized it did not rock or recline. After speaking to the sales woman who didn't seem to believe the recliner had came broken a service tech came out to inspect it. He said he would tell the store a new recliner should be ordered as a part was bent. Almost 2 months later and several phone calls to be told it's Turks policy to replace the part not the whole chair as the service tech said he was going to recommend. Don't waste your time or money at Turks.
