First incident occurred when I won $75 off a scratch off. I knew how much I won before entering the store thanks to the Illinois lottery app. I handed my tickets to the indian cashier to check. I heard the machine say "WINNER". The cashier ripped my tickets in half and toss them in the trash. I asked, what are you doing? I won $75. The cashier looked at me like I was stupid and said, "you won nothing". I said excuse me? I know how much I won before entering this store. The cashier ignored me and continued helping others. There was an African american employee that worked there and asked if I needed help with anything? I told the black employee what had happened and the black employee took my tickets out the trash and rescanned them. Once again, the machine said winner... and the black employee gave me my winnings while the Indian man stood there and starred at me with disgust. The second incident occurred when I went there for coffee early one morning. The Indian lady cashier kept disrupting me while I was trying to fix coffee. Everything u touched, she wiped down and kept saying excuse me , excuse me. I finish making my coffee and walked towards the lottery machine. While walking towards the machine, she asked, are you ready to check out? I said no, I want to see what tickets you have in the machine. She asked me 3 more times while I stood in front of the machine. I said, you know what. obviously you don't want me in your store because you keep asking me if I'm ready to check out abs I keep telling you no. So therefore, I no longer want my coffee, and I'm leaving. But before I leave, I want corporate number. The cashier responded, I don't know what your talking about. Buttons in pump consistently get stuck adding more numbers than intended. Overall makes it for a bad experience. I pump gas with a company cards and it turns into a fights with numbers pad. I am basically standing on gas, grease and grime while pumping for what it feels like over an hour. Just to get in the vehicle and smell whatever I was just standing on now in the vehicle. Thank you
