Except for the last few times and especially this morning. The service experience is degrading, and it's plain to see that some of the employees are very unhappy. This morning was the worst. From placing the order to receiving the order had little to no eye contact, no friendliness, even frowning while I'm speaking. So we sat down and waited for the order and that's when a second employee emerged from the back and started having a convo with the young lady that was unhappy. They called our order, I grabbed it and went back to sit and enjoy. For a minute. The conversation between the two got loud, and the young woman decided to air it all out. At that point we left, and so did a couple of other customers. So much for that experience. After a 25 minute drive, almost $30 (including tip) for 2 latte's and a Turkish cake we had to hear how someone is being taken advantage of and being abused at work.
