There is no signs telling you to stop anywhere specific to have your order taken, I simply pulled up to the car in front of me. Then for one energy drink, it took them an unnecessarily long time to pour it into a cup and pump some syrups even though there were plenty of people working. The price also seemed outrageously high ($7.43 after tax), and there is no way to know before ordering what you're paying because there are no prices online and no price to view before ordering (unless you download an app). The people working will also make you feel pressured into paying even more by watching the screen while you're prompted to tip. I know I won't be back here ever again because the price is not worth it for 'just okay' drinks, especially when I'm ignored and left waiting for one simple energy drink when there are only three other cars. If I do decide to come back, I'll just go to the other location in Bloomingdale that has provided better service.

The store generally has a high staff to customer ratio, on weekends anyway, so attention is pretty individualized when you form an idea. This is important: the sales approach is letting customers explore the product, there even toy-like wooden blocks for forming couch configuration ideas. This means sales folks introduce the product, encourage you to sit down in it, let you form ideas, then help actualize desires. The product is VERY customizable. Since it's a premium product, this seems like a good approach. The store is zen-like barebones-- it focuses on the two primary furniture products and a large rack in back for exploring fabrics. I suggest you drop by, and sit down.

Both are for quite specific reasons, one person said that a delivery was made 20 minutes late to a funeral event, and the other one said that she was charged $38.50 instead of $35. Now, I find it necessary to say that I completely understand the frustration of these people, but these reasons do not justify the ratings that were given. I understand that this is my opinion! So what truly swayed my decision was that while yes, I saw poor reviews, I didn't actually see a review on the product I needed (a procrastinated order of flowers for Mother's Day!) but rather I saw extremely picky and circumstantial scenarios that most likely do not represent Lana's flowers.. I decided to give Lana a try. I called the number on google and quicky, Lana answered. I said "I knows it's late and all, but I'm looking for flowers for Mother's Day!" She let me know that she can whip something up really quick. I gave her my budget and she told me she would take care of me, but she is busy so to give her about 4 hours. After about 3 hours I gave her a call to confirm my order and she confirmed that all was still according to plan. When I arrived, I'll be honest, I was nervous because of the reviews.. and up until the moment I walked up to the door I had my doubts. But when I walked into her place, there was a reassuring vibe to it. You can tell that the owner runs her place because she loves what she does and not because she is there to make an extra buck on effort or time. (Go there and you'll have an Aha! moment) In any case, my experience with Lana warrants a 5/5 on yelp. From the initial interaction, to the promptness and of course, the most important aspect, the flowers... they were GORGEOUS. My mom cried when I brought them into her house. The relief when Lana brought them out from the back of her stowas immense, and I literally walked out of the store with a smile and could not wait to bring them to my mom. Thank you, Lana! I had John helping me, and I at least know he will go out of his way to help, but I'm sure the other associates are helpful too. My job has a program where I can buy a brand new bed through their partner catalog and split it up into 26 interest free payments that would come out of my paychecks. I needed a new bed, but I also needed some way to try the beds (or at least brands) out before buying. So, I went to Mattress Firm. I end up talking to John, and I explain that I just need to try these mattress brands and am NOT buying from this store, because I have this interest free option at no cost through work spread out over a year, and I don't want to apply for a credit card. He lets me know the store's non-credit payment options, but agrees they don't have a non-credit deal like what I get through work (no cost to start, interest free). He didn't pressure me at all, let me know all my options, and spent a good amount of time just letting me try beds similar to what I wanted to purchase through work (one of which needed to be pulled from their sale wall and put on a platform to try since it was being discontinued, but it was most similar to what I was looking for). I came back so that my partner could try the beds out and give input on which brand to buy (elsewhere still). John had no problem pulling down the mattress Again and talking to my partner about the brands and differences in quality, all despite that I was still pretty set on buying elsewhere through my job. There was no pressure, and John didn't mind helping us out. My partner liked the bed at Mattress Firm, and we both really appreciated that John cared more about our needs and current financial pinch than about making a sale. Without the boxspring which we didn't need (not an option through the work program I was gonna buy from), the bed we were looking at was going to be a great deal. Because John was so friendly and caring about us as people, not just looking at us as a possible sale, we decided we really want to buy from John at this Mattress Firm, but we also liked knowing what we're getting and that the return policy may be better, should the mattress have any issues. My partner convinces me to apply for the interest free credit line (credit would mean no upfront cost if approved, non-credit plan is $59 to start and has interest after 3 months), got approved. John worked with us on our constraints to really cut our costs (knowing I don't want a big expense even if on credit), even letting us know about the outlet option (refurbished, though I declined, because I was set on it being brand new), helping us cut down on shipping cost, and giving us an amazing pillow deal (since new pillows were also something we needed) that was cheaper than anything else we'd find. It was a great buying experience overall. Thank you, John! Shipping was also great. You schedule it when you buy, and if there's an opening, can happen as soon as the next day. I got a reminder call the day before and another call when the delivery was 10 minutes away. They also haul away the old mattress.
