She argued with me that the snackin bacon was not including, asked for my phone to read the terms loudly and rudely. The terms, which stated that snackin bacon is included, were ignored by her. She told me to call corporate. This was over 5 minutes of back and forth. I asked, the item is listed in the terms and conditions, why not just comp it. She, in very smug way, continued to say she could not and would not and that as the manager, she KNOWS the bacon is not included. I asked for the transaction to be canceled and if that would restore my points. She looked back at the screen, in a surprised way, and said that the snackin bacon was taken off of my order and that the code worked. I paid. She stuck her hand out of the window holding the bacon, and said, "here". My drink followed. This woman did not apologize for wasting my time and never even bothered to thank me for my purchase. A joke. I work in healthcare, servicing veterans. I get an array of rude family members and veterans on the regular. This comes with any form of customer service.
