Pre ordered 3 ice cream sundae s to be ready at 6:30. Pu at 6:30 looked smaller than usual. Took home, after removing tops realized they were less than 1/2 full. Called asked for refund. No bring back containers first. After pouring melted food down drain drove back with containers.then told no refund manager changed mind. While waiting for answer 2managers come in to store watching me. Decided to have ice creams remade as offered prior to this. I was told by poor girl waiting on me the manager s wanted to have a meeting with me in morning. Absolutely not driving back that's crazy over ice cream. I feel bad for staff who tried to help but seemed frightened by the 2 ?? Owners watching her. Never going back!!! Bad customer service over a 20.00 order. This location used to be our favorite. There has been many staff changes and their customer service has gone in the tank. They are very combative. Today, I spoke to I think an owner and he is only concerned about up charging on drinks that they have been serving me for the last couple years. He gave me the corporate line they need to because corporate is telling them to but what do they do when they mess up on a drink? They throw it in the garbage. I bet corporate doesn't know that. I will never spend my money at this location. I hope the dollar they wanted to charge me is worth the $22 or more a week we used to spend there. read more

I can see why this Dunkin' Donuts got hardly any good reviews. I have been sitting here for 10 minutes for a coffee. Absolutely ridiculous. The staff may be friendly but the service sucks. Just an F.Y.I, anyone have a teenager looking for job. Please, Please, Please do NOT go to the Dunkin/Baskins on Ridge Rd. next to the McDonald's. Faisal, the manager, treats those teenagers like crap. So disrespectful and definitely degrades them. How can any manager or owner treat their employees like that. Same rude employee Angie is still working here. Owner made it obvious that he does not care that his workers are treating people like crap, swearing at them, getting the orders wrong. This will be the third time that I've went here and Angie is talking bad about the owner and saying that she does not care about customers or customer service that if people don't like her that they can go somewhere else... wow... and again of course messed up my order.... This is definitely not someone who should be running this store because all of her other employees think it's OK to act like she does and treat people like crap. The first worker we saw behind the counter ignored us, finally someone else came to take our order. We ordered a box of munchkins, a large latte, unsweetened, no flavor and a bottle of Diet Coke. My husband asked for a cup of ice to for his soda. They wanted to charge for the cup of ice. Finally the guy gave him a very small styrofoam cup with ice. He gave him the cup with a hole pricked in the bottom, so the soda leaked all over the cup holders of our rental car. And my latte was sweetened. Gross! Could this all have been because he was wearing a Dodger's shirt on the final day of the playoffs, or do they provide this kind of service to everyone? Ok this review has nothing to do with Covid the Minooka Dunkin' Donuts I've been to for the last three times have done a crappy job the previous two times they got the order wrong and now this last time I ordered hot coffee and it's cold how do you hand someone a hot when you can feel it not ! Went there yesterday to pick up an on the go order. I sat there for 5 minutes totally ignored... no one else was even waiting. When I politely asked if it was my coffee at the back of the counter, the worker was very rude. You would think with a Dunkin' Donuts only a few miles away and Starbucks opening soon that they would treat their patrons better. I have been to this store at all different times in the day. Very young people working there and are all very rude. When you ask a question the answer is usually "I don't know". The employees are usually on there phones with one or two people working. Coffee is always ordered the same yet does not taste the same ever. I was in the store this past week and there was a young man with Manager on his name tag and another employee in a purple like fleece jacket and they were both speaking Spanish while talking about other employees and customers. They need to be taught to be mindful of who is around them as myself and my family is fluent in Spanish. WON'T BE BACK! I've always liked this Dunkin Donuts, honestly never knew why people didn't have a good experience. However the other day was HORRIBLE! I usually only order coffee, and the other day I asked what sugar-free flavorings they had? The gentleman named all of the flavors. When I questioned if they were all sugar free he started yelling through the speaker. Saying "that's what I said, what you can't hear me or something I did name them all why can't you understand that" He continued with the worst attitude and come to find out that was an. OWNER! Everything is an inconvenience for them...you ask for a bag "scoff," you ask for a drink holder "roll of the eyes." My experience here was a nightmare, caught the manger named Faisel screaming at some young girl who forgot to change a liquid sugar bottle. Like a child, he screamed and threw the biggest fit I have ever seen a so called man do. Screamed more at this really young girl, had to be a high school girl and grabbed the empty bottle and threw it on the floor screaming calling her dumb. I am baffled how he still works there, I will never return again. I hope the poor kids report him to get him out. It is completely disgusting. read more

The coffee is terrible here. I don't recommend going. They got my order wrong and I asked for a new one only for them to hand me back the same coffee thinking I was stupid and wasn't going to notice. The coffee was watered down and barely had flavor. read more

Horrible service!!!! I know they are busy but that is no reason to give below standard service. I waited in line for 12 minutes to get a large HOT latte. I paid and headed to work. I took a sip just before I got onto I-80. It was room temperature! Not the least bit warm. Usually I can barely sip it until I get to I-55 because it is so hot. I tried to call them to let them know that they need to check their coffee pot and no one answered. I made over 10 calls throughout the day and never got an answer!!!! My favorite Dunkin'.!! I go out of my way some days to go to this Dunkin' rather than the one that's 1 block from my house. I usually get my latte and wake-up wrap and/or donuts in the morning before work. There are they two ladies that are especially awesome and go out of their way to be friendly and make sure the order is right. If I could give zero stars I would I pulled to to the drive thru at 4:50 pm on a Wednesday..waited 7 minutes for someone to even take my order I was the only person in line. After repeating my order back 5 or 6 times and being told they were out of hash browns I was told to pull forward..got my coffee and then waited 12 minutes for 1 single wake up wrap. I ended up leaving without my food after paying because the wait was unnecessary and the girls working were inside laughing and joking around..I called and talked to the most likely 17 year old manager who was working and I'm positive laughing and joking with the girls working and all she did was hang up..I will drive out of my way to go to the Channahon Dunkin next time read more

Every single person who works here has a stank ass attitude. Went through the drive thru the other day and a man was working on the sign so he said no worries its still working so u can still order here. So we sat and waited for someone to take our order... nothing. I said hello? A few times. Nothing. So figured it wasnt working and drove up to the window. Waited there. No one. Finally a young girl came up to the window, attitude in tow, and said yes? I explained how we sat at the drive thru and no one answered us and her reply.... ."and?" Little girl. I just recently moved to Minooka and I never really went to Dunkin Donuts where I lived before but I started to because it was close. Anyways this location is always busy. Always in the morning anyways. I disagree with a lot of the other reviews when they say they received poor service. This must have been addressed because I ordered 5 munchkins, a coffee, and a bagel. I had my 2 year old in the back seat who was waiting quite impatiently for her 2 munchkins in the long line. The young girl got me the munchkins before I even gave her my money and started talking directly to my daughter about her sunglasses and how yummy her munchkins would be. My daughter chilled out and laughed. I work in customer service and I was impressed! I almost slipped her my business card to tell if she ever was looking for a job to call me and I would interview her! If they had customer service issues they are working hard to train their employees. They have my business! read more

Sometimes the girls inside are friendly, but their information is inconsistent in this location. I order the same thing every Monday for the Free coffee. Yesterday, I went through the drive through and the young girl at the window didn't understand that my coffee was free. I showed her my code and she said I had to use a gift card and I said, no I pay with my credit card or cash. it gives that option. I have been coming for couple years especially during the summer my husband and I are there weekly. She then said well munchkins don't qualify as a purchase for the free coffee! What? The app says free coffee with any purchase, no minimal required and I order this all the time. I left then called and asked to speak to the manager. They said the manager was not there. So today I called and asked for the manager and tried explaining what happen and I want to know if it's true these donut hokes no longer qualified. She said she was there all day yesterday (mm nit what I was told when I called 20 minutes after being there). She kept telling me I needed to order something to get the free coffee and I kept saying I did..she was rude and said she can't do anything about it and to call the customer service of the app. I said I just want to know their eligibility if it has change and she hung up on me. They just lost my business for good. Never would I recommend this place unless they get a new manager. Very sad and pathetic customer service. read more

The teenage girls running the drive-thru have attitude problems. They act like they cannot be bothered to take your order, very irritating.

Fast drive thru every morning when I swing by for coffee or breakfast. Friendly people and good variety on the menu.
