There was zero customer service and the biggest kicker was Alyssa that observed everything with her lazy employees. When I asked her why she didn't do anything and ignored it all, she said "You didn't ask for a manager." Really???? Go back to training. When a customer asks you for bags and tells you I'm not on the clock and walks away and you see that, maybe your lazy self should grab some bags and hand them to me. I can't believe anyone put you in a manager position. Instead of addressing it you tell me to have a good day. I went behind another cash register to get my own bags but it's the nasty attitude that you show your other employees and it's no wonder the others learn from you to do the same. The kiosk would be a better solution to check your own self out and bag yourself because they are wasting money with having rude people on payroll like the ones I experienced. I am 60 yrs old and in all my years I've never complained to corporate. I am this time because there's people out of work that needs job.
