Both times my girlfriend only bought six. When we compared the price difference between what we paid, there was a noticeable savings. Second. Not all bottles/sodas are the same price. There are multiple factors that place into the price per bottle. Just know that they still apply to the bulk discount. The owner/employee will explain how it works to you. I don't want to attempt to do it and misspeak. Third. They have their own brand of sodas. So not only can you get brands from across the nation, but you can get some specially made for them. fourth... go back often, they have a steady rotation of stock so something might not be there one time, but will be the next. She couldn't put them on the open empty table behind the register because that was "her work area" and we couldn't put them to the side in the back out of the way because people could trip over it. There was 2 other people in the store...up front. Was told we could pay for the pop, leave and put in car, then come back and shop for more items. Nope... not coming back. You lost over $500 business this visit alone. We have been coming here for many years, hence knowing to come today for what we needed. Every time we've been here in the past, especially busy summer season and during festivals, the people working here were overly helpful, friendly and would always TAKE our full baskets and put on that table behind the counter so we could get empty ones and shop for more. They would give us 4 pack bottle holders or cartons to put pop bottles in as well. So I know everything out of her mouth was a lie. Will not be coming back. You need to review the work ethic and customer service skills with the people you hire. I'm one that never complains about things and chaos a lot up to "having a bad day" but this was ridiculous.

The 3-wick White Barn candles were something like $8 each (they're normally $20), so of course fans of this product went totally apeshit. This shopping strip is generally pretty relaxed; you won't get backed up waiting for the light to change or worry about something hitting you in the parking lot. Most of the time, the stores are pretty dead. Oh no. With this sale, you would think that they were giving away Porsches and a night with Jon Hamm. I walked in and immediately the line was to the door. But the employees kept it moving smoothly, even when one lady dropped a candle and sent glass flying everywhere. The employees were equally patient with a woman who was buying no less than 12 candles and was obsessively looking for another in Southern Mocha Pie in the Woods or some such bullshit. I came for my Mahogany Balsam, Champagne Toast, and Iced Vanilla Woods (all real names). I got my 3 candles and got the hell out of there. I don't care much for the body products. They smell great but the body wash is drying, and the lotion isn't very hydrating. The candles though are amazing. They make great gifts, and if the recipient hates it, B&BW will do an even exchange no questions asked. In case you haven't already guessed, the scents often have convoluted names, disappear after one season, and are re-named something else the next season. It's annoying. Last year, "Iced Vanilla Woods" was called "Peace." I was not at PEACE when I couldn't find this scent for awhile. But I'm still going to go back and buy more candles.

There's clothes, food, makeup, toys, electronics, art supplies and more. The employees are relatively friendly, though they tend to be in the never-ending process of stocking product. Thankfully, the tariffs have not seemed to greatly impact the standard pricing here, so we'll be back. Love that the checkout is self-service. It would be miserable to wait in a checkout line here.

Most of my purchases are decorative home items like a shelf with wire baskets to hang above my coffee bar, a wood block with an ampersand painted on it, and an assortment of photo frames. Photo frames are always 50% off, and all of the ones I have bought are sturdy frames. I recently bought three frames to DIY my own hanging frames and, at my own fault, they fell and broke. (Note to self: hot glue doesn't work for everything). I was amazed though that the glass didn't shatter when the frame hit the wood floor, the wood frame just cracked at the corner. Holiday decorations are always displayed way ahead of the upcoming holiday, and the craft items are endless from jewelry making, scrapbooking, fabric, etc. You can always find a "50% off one full price item" coupon online too. Don't be fooled with what may appear to be an expensive item. There is often only one cashier which can create busy periods that don't end. Hobby Lobby's checkout system is outdated as they have to enter every price by hand instead of scanning items. I love Hobby Lobby though and prefer it over Homegoods or the more expensive home decor stores.

So it's convenience when you need something on the fly and you're a night owl like me. The staff here is always really polite and on top of their game when it gets busy. Every single time I have been in line waiting to check out and it's busy they call over the intercom for help on the second register and also in cosmetics. Then after a few minutes everyone is out the door. True customer service. Oh and they have a photo department still. Something that is becoming more and more rare.

Most people only get one or two days off a week. You cannot expect them to waste a massive portion of their extremely limited time off waiting for you to correct your mistakes like this.
