This summer, I went back for Rx sunglasses, and I had another wonderful experience. The staff is patient and makes good suggestions. Since my lenses are blended, the first effort didn't fit my personal needs, and Mia couldn't have been nicer when I went in for an adjustment. The turnaround time for each pair was quicker than I expected. I now own two wonderful pairs of glasses from Oxie, and I hope to go back from one more. Since I'm writing this during the pandemic, I also have to applaud them on their safety measures. Limiting customers in the store, mask wearing, and cleaning everything made me feel comfortable and safe. I recommend Oxie!

I only had to wait a short time before the optometrist was able to see me. The staff was very friendly, and there was a pretty good variety of frames to browse while I was waiting. My eyes are really dry and get irritated easily so the optometrist gave me a lot of helpful tips on how to care for them better and recommended eye drop brands to check out! Will be back!

I made a point to tell them this and that I couldn't see. I only had a pair of sunglasses from a few prescriptions ago, which is not at all ideal for daily wear. They said, on July 12 that they would be ready in about a week and a half which would have been around July 24. I never heard anything so I called them on that day to check and they said one pair had come in. Not sure when that happened or why they hadn't called me but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Now it has been 2 1/2 week, I still had not gotten a call about the second pair and so I call them again and they say they are ready. For being a company supposedly passionate about people's vision, they sure don't seem to be in a rush to get you to see properly. If I hadn't called, how much longer would it have been? I'm beyond disappointed and will be looking elsewhere for my eye exams and glasses in the future.

Dr Yun is thorough and has the latest equipment. She does all the testing herself. There was a slight change to my Rx. Calvin was very helpful and assisted me with selecting the perfect pair of glasses. My insurance offered a great discount and I'll be stopping back for a new pair of sunglasses soon.
