With crazy schedules it had been almost 18 months since our last visit, despite reminders from Pearl that we were due for updates. As soon as we walked in, amazingly Mya remembered us from last time that long ago. She gave us excellent service and attention, cleaning and adjusting our existing glasses as well as helping to pick out new frames that were very fashionable and affordable. We really value her opinion! Doc was great as always and very informative of their new state of the art digital technology. As he says, the only time he needs a pen throughout the whole visit is for clients to sign form regarding additional testing options. We wont ever go anywhere else for our glasses/exams.

Im been a Pearl Vision customer for many years and today I can say I won't be back. It took 4…read moremonths for them to get my contacts order correct and they still want me to pay for them when everything was paid from the beginning. During the 4 month of waiting for my contacts I was calling them once a week as they keep saying that the contacts should be arriving soon and that they will give me a call within the 24 hours to provide an update on my order. They won't keep they promise and never call me back and when I asked for the credit for the old contacts now they just act like this is not going to happen and they don't need to give this credit but wants to take my old contacts back as they are not expired and intact. Very disappointed of them I used to love Pearl Vision but is time to move on.

After a brief wait, I received an efficient expert-level exam and smart conversation with Dr. Brandys. Nice dealing with someone who has personality. The optician's were all great afterwards too. I have 3 sample packs of contacts to try so we get the best match for my VR unit. He gave me near, far and mono lenses and I didn't need to buy any until we figure out which are best. Finally, due to back to school requirements, we needed to go to the eye doctor. We found Dr. Burke at 4sight Icare on Rt. 59 and 119th in the strip mall on the Southwest corner of the intersection. As mentioned, it had been a while since our last eye exam, but sitting with Dr. Burke for 1 hour, I was very impressed and learned a tremendous amount about vision and the human eye with his straight forward, no nonsense, non-sales approach to eye care.
