I will start by saying that my needs were to have my living room paint color matched. I had samples on me for them to use with their color match technology. I was helped by an associate named Jose. He was knowledgeable, patient, and determined to get me what I needed. I had purchased samples from other hardware stores with no paint match after 3-4 attempts. I shared this information with Jose and he made it a point to ensure that the color he would sell me that day was the same shade and finish as my living room walls. He hit it right on the money, Jose was so focused and kept dabbing the swatch I brought in with different finishes and perfecting the tone to be an exact match. By the time we finished choosing the paint color, brushes and other needs I was convinced with his expertise that this was going to fix my wall once and for all. Jose explained to me that if this was still off once I patched and painted the wall, he still had more room to adjust the shade that he mixed. Thankfully, I fixed my drywall and painted it with the primer and paint he provided and it turned out perfect. The repairs were right above my TV so if the color didn't match it would be an eye sore, I'm happy to say that was not the case.
