I will start by saying that my needs were to have my living room paint color matched. I had samples on me for them to use with their color match technology. I was helped by an associate named Jose. He was knowledgeable, patient, and determined to get me what I needed. I had purchased samples from other hardware stores with no paint match after 3-4 attempts. I shared this information with Jose and he made it a point to ensure that the color he would sell me that day was the same shade and finish as my living room walls. He hit it right on the money, Jose was so focused and kept dabbing the swatch I brought in with different finishes and perfecting the tone to be an exact match. By the time we finished choosing the paint color, brushes and other needs I was convinced with his expertise that this was going to fix my wall once and for all. Jose explained to me that if this was still off once I patched and painted the wall, he still had more room to adjust the shade that he mixed. Thankfully, I fixed my drywall and painted it with the primer and paint he provided and it turned out perfect. The repairs were right above my TV so if the color didn't match it would be an eye sore, I'm happy to say that was not the case. I will definitely be back for all my paint needs, thanks to Jose's service and value that he provided me.

We had a little mishap in that half our order was filled with the wrong color, but I called back and they told me they would assist us right away. They were about to close for the day, and they were closed the next day but promised to contact us first thing Monday morning for pick up of the correct color. Staff kept their word and all was fixed on Monday, so we didn't have to delay our project. Mistakes happen, and I only judge a business based on resolution. Seeing as how we had picked Benjamin Moore's Aura collection for the baby blue (numerous articles claim it was he best quality paint at a reasonable price), we wanted to seek the same quality of paint. The original store where we purchased it from was no longer in business, so we found another. Enter Eastmont Paint & Decorating. Thanks to the service received at EP&D, we were able to get the right paint color this time. We brought in a piece of the painter's tape and they were able to direct us to Big Country Blue.
