Be a smart consumer and get it price matched with their major competitors. I showed the clerk my online order from Lowe's and of course they're going to scrutinize the part and part number. It's the same part that's differentiated by a letter B at the end. So, she called the manager and it was approved with a "one time courtesy" adjustment. Why wouldn't I request a price match to Lowe's price of $5.50 each. That's a $15.03 delta. I saved 73%, a total of $30.06. I will have to check back as the clerk said that the printer was not working and she'd have to follow up and complete the refund to my credit card on file. That's fine with me, I had things to do and trusted that it'll be handled properly.

I was told someone would be there until 12:30 p.m. I arrived at 10:45 a.m., only to be told that the person who does rekeying had already gone home and no one else could help me. The most frustrating part wasn't that the service wasn't available--it was that I called ahead specifically to avoid wasting a trip. Instead, I drove to the store based on incorrect information and was simply told to come back another day. Better communication between employees and more reliable customer service would go a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like my time wasn't valued.

I have to say I came in here this morning for a very basic item. Face masks. I asked two individuals who were walking together chatting what area of paint the masks were. "End of the aisle" and also pointed. I searched and I only found respirator type masks. I went back to the desk in the paint area and asked if they had basic face masks and was again responded to with a point in a general direction and told to check cleaning supplies. At this point I found nothing, and took the two boxes of respirator masks I grabbed and headed to check out. Thats the only time someone was actually willing to help me. Hilda walked over with me back to the paint area to a couple aisles and we could not find them. Headed back to checkout and got what I was able to find as I had an immediate need for my warehouse. In a store with more workers than customers, with the exception of Hilda, not a single person was interested in helping.

The two items were on the opposite sides of the warehouse. I had a nice interaction with associate Mike after leaving the aisle of hoes. I picked the right hoe for the job. A Warren hoe is a planting hoe but did an excellent job of helping me make trenches for the gravel. I was out of the warehouse quickly, used self checkout, and pushed my purchases to the car.
