And seemed to act hella annoyed with me. I basically dropped off a bed frame to be returned over two weeks ago, and she basically said she couldn't help me, if I don't have the tracking number then I needed to call customer service which she didn't provide. Which is fine. But she was not kind at all. She was short, and rude. I am out $300 dollars for a package that seems to be lost by them. And being a little kind could go a long way when people loose sh!t. Maybe she was having a worse day than me, cause her attitude blew chunks. But I have been in here three other times, and the people that work here just seem like they hate being there or helping people.
