I began research'n plumbers...RRP stood out in every search. After speak'n w/Jason during our consult, I was really impressed w/his genuine approach to giving me options, including install'n the parts I already had. I chose to replace the WH...my unit was quite old & I'd repaired the same parts a few times before. The price Jason quoted me was right on point w/my research & he didn't upsell but suggested some things that would be of benefit to me. I finally pulled the trigger & had WH installed Tue, 14 July 2026...had to prepare for this big purchase & checkout competitors...‍but ya know how your gut just tell ya someth'ns rite‍ Jalen main installer, Dylan tech (picked up the new WH) & Ray (H.S. Hannah was helpful on the phone and worked around my scheduled meetings to fit me in for a diagnostic visit the next afternoon. Ryan N texted me in advance to let me know when technician was on his way. Brett S arrived promptly, inspected the water heater and asked some questions, and then he explained two options, a fix of a pressure valve or a new water heater. Ryan called and explained pricing for each option. I chose replacing the heater, since it was 8 years old and already out of warranty. And Brett S., with help from Caleb B. who came to assist, was able to complete the installation that same afternoon. Everyone was professional and courteous, their pricing was reasonable, and they didn't try and upsell other services in a pushy manner as I've experienced with others in the past. I will contact them again and would recommend Cornwell.

After purchasing a home with some hidden plumbing leaks (most missed on the inspection), we ended up with five different leaks hidden behind the walls - including a full kitchen insurance claim. Danny only charged us one trip fee, and fixed every single leak right the first time. This included taking apart shower equipment, 3 sump pumps, and a kitchen remodel. Danny worked with and around all the other contractors and insurance, got the right parts under warranty, and above all educated us the whole way. After going through a full remodel, he was one of the only contractors we walked away with having a true comfort level and trust with. That, and those two fellas are genuinely good, funny, honest guys. You can tell Danny genuinely cares about his customers (and his name with referrals) and just wants to have a good business doing what he likes. Just a straightforward dude who's been doing this a good long time, knows his stuff, and wants to do honest work. You can't beat that. Best tradesman I've met in Indy. Would gladly be a personal reference for him any time.
