My favorite experience involved a pesky mouse problem we had in our kitchen...a lesser exterminator probably would have just kept putting down more traps and more poison. BioTech explained that you can and should seal off your kitchen so there are no holes large enough for a mouse to enter. They did this, but we kept seeing the mouse. They kept coming back (probably 5-6 times) at no extra charge, each time searching and finding an additional entry point. Eventually, they got them all, and we've never had a mouse since! Thanks, BioTech!

It'll take a couple of days for me to see if that area was treated due to a very big thunderstorm we had last night that drove the ants to cover. I can however say that I haven't had a single ant in my kitchen so far this year. The spiders are invading in ridiculous numbers so I've been spraying the inside of my home with some pest repellant I have. Honestly, I'm underwhelmed with my service.
