    Came in for an alignment, my husband previously came and had a great experience so I decided to bring my car as well. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and welcomed by Brooke, she was so nice! They took my car back right away and within 30-45 min my car was finished! Oh and not to mention they have an adorable pup supervising!

    **Beware of this location***Terrible attitude from an employee...this guy needs training in…read morecustomer service. I had an appointment to rotate my tires and check air pressure. Told the guy I need my tires rotated and my check tire light came on so probably one of the tires needs some air. He immediately asked what year is your car? I said 2017. He said when did the light come on, I said Wednesday but I knew I need rotation so i figured I'd have it done all at once (Saturday) He goes on to say (with an attitude) well with the age of your car the sensor is probably bad. Why would my sensor be bad??? It's doing what it's supposed to do..alert when tire pressure is low. Then he takes my key, takes pics of my car. Comes back in and asks if I had my wheel lock key. I said it's on the center console. I talked to "one of the managers " as he described himself and explained my concerns to him about this particular employee. He just said "oh I'm sorry"but did nothing. When the rude guy came back in, I had made my decision that I was not comfortable there so I asked for my key and wheel locks back. He said "why?" I said "because of your attitude " he said " I don't have no attitude " I walked out. Just because I'm a woman you cannot treat me like I'm stupid. My father was a mechanic. I know more than you think. There are plenty of other places I can go. You just lost a loyal customer. I had bought several sets of tires for me and my kids' cars. Never again.

    On Saturday, September 6, 2025, at around 3 PM, I came into this location after a stressful and…read moredangerous incident where my tire was punctured on I-5 North and went flat. Instead of empathy or support, I was immediately cut off by the sales rep (older, heavyset Hispanic gentleman) who aggressively launched into a sales pitch about buying new tires and supposed "burn out" damage. He didn't even acknowledge what I had to say. That kind of behavior, at a moment when a customer is already shaken, feels like nothing but greed and dishonesty. I've been to Discount Tire locations across the country and have always trusted and recommended them even this store in the past. I've come here both in uniform and out as a military service member and never experienced anything like this. But after today, this location is officially off my recommendation list. Customers deserve honesty, respect, and compassion especially in urgent situations. What I received here was the opposite. I even came to visit no only for a flat tire but to purchase new tires for my other vehicle. No cost can undue my experience.
