**Beware of this location***Terrible attitude from an employee...this guy needs training in customer service. I had an appointment to rotate my tires and check air pressure. Told the guy I need my tires rotated and my check tire light came on so probably one of the tires needs some air. He immediately asked what year is your car? I said 2017. He said when did the light come on, I said Wednesday but I knew I need rotation so i figured I'd have it done all at once (Saturday) He goes on to say (with an attitude) well with the age of your car the sensor is probably bad. Why would my sensor be bad??? It's doing what it's supposed to do..alert when tire pressure is low. Then he takes my key, takes pics of my car. Comes back in and asks if I had my wheel lock key. I said it's on the center console. I talked to "one of the managers " as he described himself and explained my concerns to him about this particular employee. He just said "oh I'm sorry"but did nothing. When the rude guy came back in, I had made my decision that I was not comfortable there so I asked for my key and wheel locks back. He said "why?" I said "because of your attitude " he said " I don't have no attitude " I walked out. Just because I'm a woman you cannot treat me like I'm stupid. My father was a mechanic. I know more than you think. There are plenty of other places I can go. You just lost a loyal customer. I had bought several sets of tires for me and my kids' cars. Never again. read more

On Saturday, September 6, 2025, at around 3 PM, I came into this location after a stressful and dangerous incident where my tire was punctured on I-5 North and went flat. Instead of empathy or support, I was immediately cut off by the sales rep (older, heavyset Hispanic gentleman) who aggressively launched into a sales pitch about buying new tires and supposed "burn out" damage. He didn't even acknowledge what I had to say. That kind of behavior, at a moment when a customer is already shaken, feels like nothing but greed and dishonesty. I've been to Discount Tire locations across the country and have always trusted and recommended them even this store in the past. I've come here both in uniform and out as a military service member and never experienced anything like this. But after today, this location is officially off my recommendation list. Customers deserve honesty, respect, and compassion especially in urgent situations. What I received here was the opposite. I even came to visit no only for a flat tire but to purchase new tires for my other vehicle. No cost can undue my experience. read more

Came here by accident as I meant to book the place down the road for a tire rotation. I had an appointment and was taken care of right away. Even though I had not purchased my tires here, they rotated my tires for free. That was kind. I didn't do the balance because it would have been an extra $20/tire. I was in and out of there in about 10-15 minutes. They will also check your tire pressure for free and told me that if I ever had a flat they would also repair for free as long as the tire is patch-able. I'll definitely be back. read more

I went in with two bad tires. I could only afford the price to replace one. The attendant was kind enough to talk with the man to see if you could get me some help the second tire and I ended up paying the same price two as I was quoted for one. I certainly did not expect a two for one deal. I'm retired and I have to drive UBER in the same car to make ends meet so so to say I was exalted is an understatement. I've had nothing but good fortune with discount tire in the past, but this went above and beyond! Oh, and did I mention that I had a slow leak in one of my other tires? They checked it out, found a screw embedded and removed it and I assume plugged it for no charge. I've been going to discount tire for a gazillion years since I started driving. They constantly have the best prices and service on tires that can't be beat. Upon entering, you're always greeted with a "welcome" or "hello". If they're busy, they'll add, "Thank you for your patience, we'll be with you soon". Those types of comments are awesome. Not just because it's said, but because they look at you in the eyes and say it. Soooo many companies are welcoming customers as they walk in the door, but they never look at you as they say it. Rather the employees keep doing whatever they're doing and blurt out, "welcome" as they hear the door chime signaling the door opening and someone entering the establishment. Today I was helped out by Junior, the manager. He looked anything but "junior"! Took care of me in a personal manner and presented various options as opposed to just the most expensive. I greatly appreciated that as I'm on a super strict budget these days with the current world wide shutdown due to Covid-19. Always get the damage certificate when getting new tires here. Yes, it increases your out there door cost, but should a tire blow out or be damaged in a way they can't patch it up and it requires a new tire, the replacement is FREE! Also, free tire rotations. Free air checks. Don't forget to show your AAA card for an additional discount. Funny when I see ads for another local shop saying "We beat discount tire". I scheduled an appt and brought my car in as one of my tires had a nail in it and needed to get it fixed. The intake went smoothly. They fixed the tire and aired up all of the other tires. I was on my way in a timely manner. The problem is that they over inflated my tires. My sensors reported that the back tires were filled to 47 PSI and the front tires to 40 PSI. That was the highest I had ever seen indicated. So I looked up the recommended tire pressure for this model and it's 32 PSI for ALL four tires. The max pressure on a warm day should never be greater than 40! Yikes,that's a serious mistake and could've damage my very expensive tires. Please be more careful and train your people to look up the recommended tire pressure NOT the Max PSI. read more

I had originally ordered 4 tires through their website and scheduled an appointment for today. Unfortunately my tires did not come in on time for my appointment but the associate Genaro was so helpful and because of the inconvenience he actually upgraded me to better tires. All of the staff were very helpful and professional. This discount tire was very clean and organized. Easy to navigate and find this location. Lots of food places around within walking distance if you're going to drop your car off and wait. My total wait time was under an hour. Very easy to check in for my appointment and just as easy to pick up my vehicle once it was done.
