5.0 Stars I had a great experience at Alignment Pros and highly recommend them for any serious mechanical work. I brought in my 2002 Nissan Xterra for an oil pan service, and to replace crankshaft seal and Marcos went above and beyond during the inspection. He discovered a clogged oil filler tube which was inside the oil pan that I hadn't even realized was the issue. Marcos definitely saved my engine from much bigger problems later on. He was thorough, professional, and got the repairs done right the first time. The Xterra is running great now. If you're looking for an honest mechanic who actually pays attention to the details, definitely ask for Marcos. I'll be coming back here for future service. read more

I took my 2022 Lexus ES 300h here to get four new tires aligned. I had an appointment, and Marco was very thorough and professional. He showed me on the computers 3D display where he had found the camber wrong on one of the rear wheels and discussed how he would fix it. He test drove my vehicle and then documented all the work that was done by him on it for the alignment. I thought the work was done at a fair price. read more

I feel like any time you receive amazing service we need to give credit where credit is due - Marcos gave me exceptional service today. As a female you never know what you are going to get when it comes to getting your car serviced in any way. Is someone going to try to lie to you to get more money out of you- take advantage of the situation? So I walked in to get an alignment today on my car and I showed Marcos my tires of what they used to look like before I had them replaced today (so he could have an idea if I had an alignment issue.) He said by looking at photos it was normal wear and tear. He saved me money when he could have easily lied and took my money for the sale and extra business. I appreciate how kind he was to me, how knowledgeable he is about cars, and how much he was willing to help me out before actually agreeing to do a service that wasn't needed. I joked to him that he could probably be charging more because he is affordable in comparison to others and he seems really proud at the work he does and the business he has that he is happy to charge an affordable price. I felt guilty I couldn't give him more today financially towards his business - but if I could do anything it's to write this review in hopes that someone reads this and chooses to go to Marcos for their next alignment. One of the most honest experiences I've ever had with a shop. Called the day before and explained my issue. He said drop it by in the morning and I'll take a look. True to his word, he had the issue diagnosed in 5 minutes. Thought it was a suspension issue, but it turned out to be a bulging tire that my dealer inexplicably missed! Although he couldn't replace my damaged tire, he recommended a DC tires right down the street who took care of the issue within an hour. This guy is hard working, fair and above all treats his customers incredibly well. He wouldn't even take any $ for his diagnosis. Incredibly refreshing to see a shop that puts their customers first. I went to get my wheels aligned. I had just purchased 4 brand new tires. I explained I had not found a shop that would take care of my car correctly. He assured me he knew what he was doing and had been in business 20+ years. He asked me if I wanted the "sport" adjustment. I said no. I just want my tires straight and I was tired of buying tires every 6 months. I paid $130 for the alignment. After it was completed I left and returned explaining it was pulling to the right. He said it shouldn't be. And went back into his garage to work. Well. I went back to ask about it since it has been pulling for weeks and mi this now. He asked me if I had the print out. I asked what print out. He said of the adjustment. I wasn't sure what that was. He explained his machine "went down" and he lost all car info and couldn't tell me what he did. Regardless. My car still pulls to the right. And my front tire is wore down badly on the inside and I'm once again going to have to buy new tires. This seems like one of those "set the toe and let them go" shops. I cannot recommend his shop and am very disappointed with the money I paid and the service provided. read more

Brought in our second vehicle, 2003 Jeep Wrangler. It had the infamous "death wobble" and I repair the track bar and steering stabilizer. Marcos and his son was able to get the car on the lift and realign the front end. Now I don't have any slop in the steering wheel and "death wobble" symptoms while driving. I made an appointment and went in for an alignment. After he got it up on the rack he showed me that there was some play in my upper ball joints, especially the driver's side. He told me there was no point in aligning it until that was repaired, and gave recommendations as to what brand of ball joints he recommended as being better than average. He did not charge me anything even though he spent a significant amount of time on my vehicle. I had a 9:00 appointment on Tuesday! I arrived just as the owner or whoever the person was opening the shop. He went to the back area of the building, and when I called out to ask should I bring my car around because I was parked in the front of the building! He replied "He gad to bring some of the cars out that was stored." So I sat down and waited. Meanwhile he's on the phone I could over hear others customers making appointments. However there was calls coming in back to back he stayed on ons seems like forever while I'm waiting patiently. He never acknowledge me as a customer that made an appointment days earlier and was there the appointed time of my appointment. After sitting for a while and realizing he had no intentions of waiting on me so I walked out. I felt he was extremely unprofessional and totally disregarded me as a customer. My wife had a highway blowout on 2020 VW Tiguan original Goodyears at 20k miles. It spooked her so we replaced the tires and assumed an alignment was the proper course. My family owned auto parts stores when I was growing up in the 60s and 70s. Dad would say a good mechanic does everything you got charged for on the invoice. A great mechanic is one who tells you the truth. Marcos told me the alignment was fine and charged me only for his time. I'm grateful to Discount Tire for recommending Alignment Pros to replace some lug nuts that broke when they changed my tires. I called to get an alignment on a last minute - finally got an afternoon off work early. They made room for me and took me in right away. The owner called me back to explain my issues - showed me on the car - then absolutely corrected my out of alignment condition! No fly by night, bent tape measure w a bent fixture here! This place uses state of the art equipment to ensure the alignment is set exactly to specs. The owner of the shop was very pleasant and said he would drive the car and measure the alignment to determine what need to be corrected o the alignment. When he returned 20 minutes later, he explained that the tires were in alignment and that there was no correction needed and no charge for the analysis. After being quoted 40 dollars for a tire rotation plus 100-120 dollars for the alignment at a popular place in Oceanside I gave Marcos a call and told me to drop it off before 10 am.and would be done same day. when we met he look very straight forward. I told him about what they told me at the other place regarding my front tires wear and not being able to perform the alignment because of that, and that they would have to rotate my tires front to back for extra 40 dollars on top of the 100-125 dollars being quoted just for alignment.which it was already expensive. Anyways Marcos did the job for 60 dollars and gave me warranty. even after new tires replacement, he said he would re inspect/align it for free for peace of mind. read more

With the alignment and a broken 'Sway Bar Link', the bill was $150 plus he tighten the other Bar Link.........that was the BILL.........that is ALL.
