Food from the restaurant side, Little Fatty, is delicious! Highly recommend the garlic noodles and shaking beef. My favorite thing about this bar is the playlist! Great little Asian-inspired bar in the Venice/Mar Vista area--a little trendy for a neighborhood bar but the vibes and the food are worth it. They have LA-borough themed drinks here which is pretty cool--I've lived in LA long enough to get the inside jokes in the ingredients--see if you get it ha! Drinks are well crafted from great spirits and the bar tenders are quick and attentive quickly servicing folks both at the bar and standing around waiting for a table. Food is a bit on the expensive side (think elevated Panda Express) but the flavors are robust and delicious. One of my favorite spots I discovered in 2025. Didn't realize such a dope Taiwanese spot existed so close to me! The atmosphere is amazing. Music is on the louder side but the decor sets an intimate atmosphere. Highly recommend you make a reservation if you have more than 2 people trying to eat and drink here. The service here is great and hats off to the attentive bartenders. Very knowledgeable about every drink they make and friendly too! Be sure to ask for the drink menu because the designer did a great job of making it feel like a fun travel guide! Of all the dishes to try, my friend and I agree the duck pizza was the most unique and delicious thing on the menu. The walnut shrimp is a close second because of its savory and fresh/crunchy texture. Drink wise I love Koreatown(why's it pisco instead of soju?? My girlfriend chose this bar and it definitely surprised me! It kind of reminds me of this place in San Francisco called Chubby Noodle where it's white washed Chinese food. I was skeptical because we were the only other Asian people other than the manager But honestly the drinks were bomb. - El Condor Pasa was delicious. Came here around 9 pm on a Friday. It was pretty full, but we were able to grab 2 bar seats for our party of 3. Vibes are good. I got the Horse with No Name for $17. I don't think I realized it was going to taste so liquor forward and that the sesame was only for decoration, but that's probably my bad! It was a beautiful drink and still tasted good, but I'd be eager to try something new next time. I didn't realize that they have "after hours" at 10 pm which is basically a reverse happy hour, so that's likely what I'll try to catch next time! They have a daily happy hour deal 5-6pm, but I didn't order from it. Their drink menu is so innovative, that I had to try a drink from the regular menu. I had the el condor pasa, I think it is a pisco sour derivative. It was light, refreshing, and enjoyable. My boyfriend ordered the horse with no name, it is not fruity depsite all the banana and passionfruit. Also, I think the mystery shot off the happy hour menu is popular, my boyfriend had that and then convinced someone else at the bar to order it too. The bar filled up within an hour of opening. It's a great bar for connoisseurs since they carry quality spirits. We tried the squid ink XLB and surprisingly delicious. The broth was savory and the filling was balanced. I was looking for a spot for after dinner drinks with bar seating, and stumbled across Accomplice Bar! Bar seating is first come, so we found some open stools and placed an order for a Japanese whisky flight and a non-alcoholic apple martini. The whisky was good with 3 options that increased in proof from left to right. The NA apple martini tasted like a jolly rancher. The bartender was friendly and attentive, attending to diners who were ordering food in addition to their drinks. We ended up ordering some sesame balls off the menu as well. The food comes from next door from a Taiwanese shop, and from the menu, and the dishes from the people around us, it looks pretty good. A great spot for date night. read more

Nice little vibe, Edgar is my guy and I knew we were in good hands. This guy makes some of the best drinks on the Menu, time moves slow might be my new fav drink of all time. Such a great bar with an amazing vibe and great staff. Came here with a friend the other night to catch a drink. It has an intimate feeling inside which is amazing for a one on one experience with a friend or a partner. There's seating inside and outside and thankfully, we were able to get seating near the bar. Went to little Fatty's for a few appetizers and drinks with my girlfriend yesterday. Absolutely fantastic. We shared the honey walnut shrimp plate and the wontons. Food 5/5 XO noodles: I highly recommend this! The rice cakes have this perfect sear and it's DELISH. Crispy wonton: I was in the mood for something crispy and this hit the spot; plus it was happy hour so loved the discount ;) Beef roll: I try the beef roll at every Taiwanese restaurant I go to to compare to the motherland and this one is very nicely crisp. I think they use a green onion pancake as the roll part and it's so good. Hainan Chicken: very tender and moist! Ordered the lychee gimlet as well and the drinks were fun! They also have mocktails that have an aesthetic twist on them, like a shimmery effect. Service 5/5 The service is great and I love the vibes! Our server checked in with us twice to make sure everything was okay and was very friendly. Ambiance 5/5 I love how outdoor dining is still offered. Fun spontaneous dinner I had with the hubby. It was a lively atmosphere that had a mix of a casual late-night crowd and some nicer date-nights. We ended up sitting at the bar and our bartender/server was fun. The food was definitely comfort food! we had the garlic noodles and the squid ink dumplings. The noodles were good but the dumplings were a bit underwhelming. Love this bar! Lots of drink unique drink choices. I tried the caregiver with a coconut foam on top. The foam eventually melts into our drink. Definitely worth a try. Not hard to find and a couple parking spaces outside but probably better to Uber. Last call for food is 9:30pm and they give you free wonton chips as an appetizer. Cool bar design and a very fun vibe. This bar is connected to Little Fatty which Probably considered the same restaurant as you can order food from Little Fatty and eat it at the bar on the side. Pretty solid selection of whiskeys as well even though it's not a large space. Lots of creative/ delicious cocktails on the menu too. I met up with a friend here who is a fellow whiskey drinker. We were going to meet some other friends for dinner within an hour or so we wanted to stop here first. We sat at the bar and ordered a couple drinks pretty standard. The bartender was pretty helpful, but seemed a little busy so we didn't want to bother him too much. All in all, a very solid place to get a drink. This is my favorite Chinese food and bar combo in So Cal, although I have to admit that's mostly because I don't know of a single Chinese restaurant attached to such a fine bar. The cocktails here are excellent. They have an excellent selection of spirits, and they make good use of local herbs and vegetables to garnish their drinks. The flavors are unique, and the accomplished staff very capably implements this creative cocktail menu. Everything is to go during these COVID times. There are no outdoor seats, unlike its neighbor Rasselbock. The to-go cocktails are excellent, but it's not the same as being at the bar, engaging with their staff, and watching those experts work their magic. They serve all the old classic cocktails like an Eastside and a Mint Julep, and they can be creative with the classics -- e.g. the Negroni is given a twist with mezcal and chinato vermouth. The bartenders can make pretty much anything you want, and do it well. There's a short list of beer and wine if that's your thing. Accomplice Bar is physically connected to the Taiwanese restaurant Little Fatty, they share a kitchen, bathrooms and the same owner. Their delicious food can be ordered and served to you at Accomplice. Little Fatty has some of the best Taiwanese food on the Westside. The wontons are nicely sluiced with chile oil, the braised pork belly is very rich, the General Tso cauliflower is nicely spiced, the egg rolls are crispy and the Taiwanese Sunday Gravy (their take on the classic Taiwanese dish lu rou fan) is excellent. They have both a happy hour and late night food menu in the bar. This is a swell place for drinks and Taiwanese food, just a few traffic lights west of the 405. They have a weeknight happy hour offering reduced prices on specific well drinks, beers, wine and appetizers. Next time you're stuck in traffic, post-COVID, hop over to Accomplice Bar and enjoy their fine food and drink. read more

Could've added more crunchy veg like asparagus, broccoli, or gailan (the perfect Chinese cruciferous vegetable) -- really would've added some depth and texture to the dish. Let me start by saying the cocktails here were great and this review would be a lot more positive if more than one employee here was friendly. I showed up with a group of four people. We were meeting one other person who was already there and had spoken to the host. She said they were fully reserved for food and that we could sit at the bar if we found space. So we decided to find a spot at the bar. As we were doing so, the the hostess kind of scream a little at us to STOP. She needed to check that we had vaccinations to sit indoors so we showed them to her and proceeded to find seats. There's a spilt in the bar where there's a doorway and that was the only empty space so we sat there. One of our friends tried to pull up a stool and another employee said in a really angry tone that they don't allow that and to put it back. I don't know why she so mean about it. It was really weird. So after awhile I was hoping to ask for a table since there were about 4 empty ones. Someone else was also asking the host the same question and she said no they're fully reserved. No one ever came and 3 more tables ended up being empty for the rest of the night. Our bartender was the only person who seemed like he was in an ok mood but still wasn't too friendly and it felt like he kind of just wanted to get his work done. Again, the cocktails were great but the entire feel of this place wasn't great because of the interactions we had with employees. read more
