When my 2 year old decided to lock us (including himself) out of our bedroom, we were really in a pickle, but Rodney was there to rescue us! He was very nice over the phone. He asked me to send him a picture of the lock so he knew if he had to drill it (cell phones are wonderful that way!). Luckily, he didn't have to. He came very quickly (within a half hour) and the was able to get the lock open. He was very nice about it and showed a lot of patience to my questions. He also quickly re-keyed the lock at our request. It took about 10 minutes. All in all, his rates are reasonable ($50 to come and open the lock on a Saturday morning). Turned out the problem was fixed just by greasing the mechanism. He did not charge me for the work because "the work was too little to charge, and he was passing through the area in any case."
