If I could give them zero stars I would. I called them because I locked my keys inside my car. Its never happened to me before so I didnt know much about the charges except I know it should be between $50-$80 dollars. My car is fairly easy to get into since the door was already damaged from previous times my mom had locked the keys in the car (its a handme down car, im poor alright). All they used was the air pockets and the metal wire to fish my keys out. It took them 10 mins apprx. They charged $228!!!! How ridiculous! I asked them why it was that much and they said not to worry because if I had car insurance even without road side assistance they would reimburse me. He even said to call them if there was any issues. I tried talking them down from the price but they said it was a company charge and they couldnt do anything about it. Being desperate and alone in a random area I just agreed because I had been waiting too long for someone to get there. It took them 40 mins to reach me since I made the call. So i head over to my insurance company and they said they cant cover the charge since I dont have road side assistance. So I call these guys but the lady who answer says the supervisor isn't in and that he would call me in 30 mins. I never received a call. I know this was my mistake for trusting and accepting a charge that was so obviously a scam, but whats a scared girl gonna do? I needed help and I genuinely thought they were honest guys. I learned my lesson but please do NOT call them ever for any service. They're scammers and don't operate with honor. read more

I needed to re-key my office. They stumbled around and eventually got the job mostly done. My front door lock would not release my keys the locksmith said he had to come back the next day and never showed up. Very unprofessional, and they charged me $300. I lost my keys in a location close to my vehicle--so I needed new keys fast to prevent anyone from stealing my car. I have a 2014 Lexus and I was concerned about getting a third party to provide the keys because the more advanced features--like push-to-start key, push-to-lock sensor, and automatic unlock when you grip the handle. Ultimately, there was nothing to worry about. With my new (exact same version as before) Lexus key, I was able to do all the same things that I was able to do before. The prices beat the dealerships AND he comes directly to you in a super timely manner. Very nice guy. Do not worry if you have more advanced key features. I have been running around for couple of days trying to find a locksmith that can laser cut a duplicate key for my car. However, $300 to attempt to pick a lock on a screen door, and then simply open it by prying it open, when I thought I heard you give me a quote of $60 for the labor and $29 for the service fee. when he gave me the bill it wasn't $60 but $260 plus the $29. On Saturday Oct 27th in the afternoon sadly was locked out of my home by the person replacing my roof. He had Proximitie's card in his wallet and promptly called for me. Proximity said it would be about 45 minutes but they showed up within 20 minutes! The gentleman (didn't get his name) worked so hard on my door attempting not to have to break the lock, think he worked at least half an hour. In the end, he had to replace the entire lock. The tech that came out was great. However they charge a ridiculous amount of money. $214 for 20 minutes to open a door with a broken dead bolt. They wanted $585 for a new dead bolt with a door handle. I found the exact same one on Amazon for $56 and showed it to the tech. He agreed with me that I would be better off replacing it myself, which I did. read more
