I gave this company a call on Sunday night to assist a tenant that had locked themselves out of their property. He said he could get to the house in 3 hours which was a long time but I understood companies are busy. He requested that I make a deposit of $110 on my credit card which I did to make the appointment. Once I got off the phone with him I was notified from my tenant that another company could go out there in 20 minutes so I gave this locksmith a call back with 2 minutes to explain the current situation that we had to cancel our appointment. He refused to refund the $110 after making an appointment 2 minutes before. He also was not willing to get out to my property to assist my tenant any quicker. I think that very bad business and shows how greedy this company is. I could just imagine how many more people he has ripped off over the years. I use tons of vendors from yelp daily but I won't be using companies like this than have zero integrity. I gave the owner a chance to fix the situation that day and days after but he refused to refund my deposit. Don't use these guys! read more

Fast, reliable, and friendly. Great customer service. After I called two other locksmiths only to have them cancel. I called Sophistakey and im glad i did. He showed up within 20 minutes and was able to fix my car ignition.(My daughter had broken of a piece of pen inside of it). We were stuck in a store parking lot. What a great local find! I'm glad I called Sophistikey. He quickly returned my call and asked me to explain what I needed. He said he could be over in 30 minutes as a mobile service! I needed a replacement remote key fob for my 2015 BMW. For a new-ish car, I thought I had to resort to going to the dealership and paying stealership $$'s, but with Sophistikey he took care of me without having to make a dealership appointment, driving to and waiting at the dealer, or waiting in lines for service. Other locksmiths can only program older model cars. Sophistikey was professional on arrival, thoroughly explaining the process and time it will take.
