So the story is that I started a project myself to try and replace an old door handle, and that did not go very well for me :) since I had used Rodney's services a few months prior, I called him the evening before our appointment and he reviewed the issue through facetime. The following day, at the time of writing this review, he came out and fixed the issue and worked for close to 2 hours to get the handle fixed properly on an old door with a lot of attention to detail. I got a Sentry safe from Costco in 2012 and never thought the digital safe would run out of battery and hence didn't keep the keys to manually open the lock.
