Very pleased with the service. Rodney was very responsive and prompt. Pricing was reasonable. Would definitely use him again.

Access 24 Locksmith promised me what they quoted me for rekey service for home and committed to schedule. I also contacted them for emergency access to home as was locked out and Access 24 was able to respond, give a price and ETA to help me in time of need. I would recommend Access 24 Locksmith if you need Locksmith services or emergency access. read more

Very quick and reliable. Rodney was quick to respond and even remembered my Yelp conversation with him when I called to get more details. I had a problem with the thumb latch on my Baldwin lock stuck in the down (and useless) position. Rodney responded quickly and on time to rectify my problem. Doing research, he discovered that my lock was still under warranty. As a result, Baldwin sent me out a new part free of charge. After arrival of the part in the mail, Rodney professionally repaired my lock for a very reasonable price. The man is honest and very kind. Without hesitation, I'd highly recommend Rodney to anyone requiring locksmith services. read more

Access 24 Locksmith - Lipstick to make the mark !! Brilliant - Keys & Locksmiths Near Me

I used Access 24 last week to rekey a mailbox and a sliding door that we didn't get keys for when we purchased our new home. I used Yelp's messaging feature to contact a few locksmiths in the area. Rodney responded the fastest with the best pricing and availabilities within the next day or two. Him and his wife, Silvia, came by the house with masks and were super respectful of our shoes-off-in-the-house preference. They also texted when they were on their way so that's also really nice. When Rodney came, I showed him what needed to be done and he went right to work. I had asked him for some recommendations on adding a smart lock to our sliding door before he came and he did some inspection on our door and gave us some suggestions. All in all, great guy, worked fast, will explain details to you, and reasonable pricing. Happy to support local, small business owners! read more

Rodney and his Sylvia did an amazing job. They rekeyed a fews locks after I moved in and were very professional. Their prices were also very nominal and the results were as expected great. I highly recommend them. read more

Rodney did an excellent job replacing our defective Schlage digital entry lock. Highly recommend his service. Very professional & prompt.

Can't get any better than Rodney. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, and prompt. Responded to my questions and messages in a timely manner. We had over 12 locks to rekey, and he knocked them out within 30mins. We even forgot to mention our outside gate lock needed to be rekeyed. So we called him back about 10mins after he left, and he was kind enough to turn back around. What a great guy. Great quality work. Highly recommend. read more

Great and responsive team. This is my 2nd project with them and they always make you feel special

Rodney was very professional and calmly did the rekeying for our front door and garage doors. He solved our issues with the garage door opener programming as well. He did all of this efficiently, explained how it works and how to troubleshoot for common issues. Would highly recommend Access 24 Locksmith for all lock related stuff. read more

4 doors, 8 locks, 6 keys - what in the haberdashery and hemoglobin was the previous owner doing?? The machinations to get into the house are silly. Okay, add "Call locksmith" to the "To Do List" Went to Yelp, read some reviews, made a few inquires and landed on this one. Super happy, very responsive. Rodney was a lovely human, kind and considerate. He rekeyed 6 locks, repositioned the oddly configured door nobs and dead bolts, and handed me all the copies I wanted. Bonus - all the keys worked in each lock (tested them all, it took a bit) read more

I called Access 24 Locksmith today looking for a locksmith to come to our business and change the locks out. They were able to get us on the schedule for today as needed and they were quick to respond with the confirmation. Rodney was the locksmith who came out and not only was he very professional, he was extremely nice and polite. Their pricing is very good AND Rodney made the extra keys we needed while he was here! No running afterwards to Home Depot to get more keys made! If we ever need a locksmith again, I will definitely be calling Access 24! read more

Needed to replace the lock on my mailbox, and I was able to set up an appointment quickly with Rodney. He came a little before the expected time, but that was nice because I wanted to get to my mail as soon as possible. He verified mailbox ownership which was very responsible of him, and he got the lock switched so quickly, like less than 10 minutes. He was very nice, polite, and professional. I plan to go to him for any future locksmith needs. Thank you! read more

My mom called me in a panic as she locked herself out of the house on her way to our family celebration. I was worried that I would have a hard time finding someone to come out on short notice, with Friday late afternoon traffic, and that my mom would miss our dinner at 5pm. Rodney was super responsive and got to my mom within 30 min. She said he was incredibly kind and helpful and she was able to get on the road and on time to dinner. Thank you! read more

I was referred to Rodney by another locksmith who was not able to come out in short notice. I'm so grateful to Rodney for being able to help in our panicked state: my parents locked themselves out of their house. Previous door lock were very worn and not secured. Stumbled upon access24 when I was looking for help. from the start, they provide clear instruction on how to purchase a new smart lock that fit my door size. To scheduling to come the next day at 7:30pm outside of their working schedule, I really appreciate their help in the midst of pandemic! When new door locks are in, they provide advice on keeping certain parts of the old locks to make the lock more secure. Very competitive if not the best price I have received. Overall, the new smart lock were successfully installed and I felt safer than my previous door lock. Very happy. I strongly recommend access24 for all door lock related inquiries. read more

We were able to get a same-day appointment to get our mailbox lock fixed. Owners Sylvia and Rodney were super courteous and kept us informed of their ETA as they had a full schedule ahead. Even after a bit of a snafu and confusion on our end, Rodney was completely professional and repaired our lock at the original quoted price. No regrets going with this family owned business. Would highly recommend! read more

Rodney is truly a wonderful professional. He and his wife work together as a team. Rodney is patient and kind. So the story is that I started a project myself to try and replace an old door handle, and that did not go very well for me :) since I had used Rodney's services a few months prior, I called him the evening before our appointment and he reviewed the issue through facetime. The following day, at the time of writing this review, he came out and fixed the issue and worked for close to 2 hours to get the handle fixed properly on an old door with a lot of attention to detail. He looks for perfection and will complete the job perfectly. All in all, a very good experience both times and will use their services in the future as well. I most certainly recommend Access24. read more

I got a Sentry safe from Costco in 2012 and never thought the digital safe would run out of battery and hence didn't keep the keys to manually open the lock. They provided mobile service to stop by my place so that I didn't need to carry the heavy digital safe around. Rodney was able to pick open the safe in 5 mins and also rekeyed my front door. (The builder never rekeyed the lock to each unit in the community and we found out our key can open our neighbor's door accidentally.) I was very impressed with Rodney's expertise and professionalism. Strongly recommend Access 24, Locksmith!!! read more
