Our experience with Inland Empire Hot Springs Spas was fantastic. From the initial telephone…read morecontact to final home visit, each employee we interacted with was top notch. RYAN responded, conducted an inspection of the spa, and suggested a "clean sweep" service, which included cleaning the interior and exterior of the spa cabinet, removing pest evidence, replacing a non-working part, draining the spa, cleaning it, refilling it, and getting the chemicals back in order. RYAN was very knowledgable and friendly. Regarding the cost, it was very reasonable. At no time did it appear RYAN was trying to sale anything; just an honest inspection without any hidden fees. In addition, we were able to have the work scheduled and completed within two days. At the conclusion of the work, RYAN provided before and after photos. A solid FIVE star experience, and we look forward to working with Inland Empire Hot Spring Spas in the future.

I had to make an emergency run to Leslie's Pool Supplies because my local Dollar Tree was…read morecompletely wiped out of stock on pool noodles, and I needed some immediately. If you are looking for a bargain, this isn't Dollar Tree--you are definitely going to pay a premium for convenience here. However, I was really impressed by the quality upgrade. The pool noodles at Leslie's are noticeably thicker, much more dense, and feel like they will actually last a few seasons without crumbling apart like the ultra-cheap ones do. The store was clean, well-organized, and the staff was friendly, which made for a quick in-and-out trip. If you just need a cheap, disposable noodle for a single weekend, wait for a dollar store restock. But if you need them right now and want something durable, Leslie's gets the job done.

It started with basic design idea on the back of a napkin and turned into The Most Beautiful outdoor kitchen! Way above our wildest dreams. Jason came to our home with a tape measure and some blue painters tape to turn our napkin vision into some real workable dimensions for a custom build. He gave us a really great deal and reasonable expectations for delivery. We went to the showroom and met with Kaitlyn to pick out tiles and that is where the magic happened. Kaitlyn and my fiancé worked beautifully as a team to select the perfect counter-top, back-splash tiles and some stack-stone accents. They really know their business and products. The delivery team arrived 8 weeks later; meeting the original promise made by Jason. The team was professional and careful as they turned the napkin vision into reality. The next day, Eddy the "palapa guy" came to confirm the dimensions for the palapa roof. A couple days later and our outdoor kitchen was completed. Our outdoor kitchen / bbq island is so much more beautiful than I ever could have hoped. I cannot find words to describe how happy we are. Thank you Jason and Kaitlyn from Valley Hot Springs Spas. And thank you Eddy from PalapaGuy for helping us create our "paradise oasis"!!!!!! If you are shopping for a hot tub or bbq island, look no further! Valley Hot Spring Spas and BBQs is the very best!

During my research process, I read numerous online postings advising that a nearby, trustworthy…read moredealer is the most important aspect when buying a hot tub. Although I was about to purchase a hot tub from a large, well known dealer in Corona, I decided to look at Custom Spas Direct, which has good online reviews and happens to be very close to our house. I'm glad I did. I was not familiar with the Vita spa brand that Custom Spas Direct sells. There's very little information available online. After doing some digging, I determined that Vita is a decent, mid-range spa with competitive pricing. Nothing fancy, but it's built with good components from companies like Balboa Water Group. Dealing with Custom Spas Direct has been fantastic. It's a small company and we interacted directly with Jim Galpin, the owner. Jim is a straightforward guy and he was very helpful in choosing a spa. Since I was unfamiliar with Vita, I had a lot of questions and he patiently answered all of them. He quickly responded whenever I sent him a text with a question or request. After the purchase, he was super flexible with regard to delivery, setup timing, coordinating with the electrician's schedule, etc. The delivery and setup was quick and well done. The installer did a good job answering all of my questions. We've had the spa six months and have had a couple of minor issues. One was probably due to user error on my part and the other was not. In both cases, Jim responded to my texts immediately and quickly resolved my issue, even during a holiday week. I'm so glad I purchased from a local dealer that provides such fantastic service after the sale. I'm sure a larger dealer would not have given us the same treatment. Thanks Jim! Five stars!

I paid Pinnacle Tubs Inc. $160 to drain and winterize my hot tub, and I ended up having to finish the job myself. After they left, about 25-30 gallons of water was still sitting in the footwell and seats. That's exactly what winterizing is supposed to prevent. Water left in a hot tub over the winter can freeze and damage the plumbing, jets, and equipment, so this isn't a minor oversight. It defeats the whole purpose of the service. I had to pull out my own wet vac and remove all 25-30 gallons myself. For $160, I expected a thorough, professional job, not a rushed one that left me doing the work I paid them for. I would not recommend Pinnacle Tubs Inc. to anyone who wants their hot tub properly cared for. Save your money and hire someone who takes the job seriously, or just do it yourself. I have attached photos of the half done horrible job this subpar company performed. I will not be returning to this unprofessional company ever again, and I encourage anyone to do the same.
