    $25 pp good!!

Great service and quaint breakfast buffet made to order. You can self serve on beverages, fruit, cheese, and cold cuts? But the hot plates are made to order and is unlimited! Enjoy the beautiful, open and airy interior of the hotel dining area. The food was good and presented well. Very clean inside and service was so friendly! $25 pp for unlimited breakfast buffet.

Mahalo to AC Kitchen for getting my Maui days started right. The breakfast buffet is $22, and there are probably a lot of Bonvoy members staying there who have some vouchers. With tip and after voucher it comes to $16, which is refreshingly reasonable for a Hawaiian hotel as they tend to cater to captive guests! What makes their buffet different is that in addition to fruit, croissants and other continental fare they also have a variety of made to order hot dishes and you can order as many as you like. They are small plates which is perfect if you'd like to sample. I had the Belgian waffle and the Loco Moco which were both great! Great views too!

To be honest it was ok . The atmosphere was great . It was empty when we went . There selection of food could have been better . Not a lot to choose from. Customer service was awesome she was really nice and helpful . It wasn't worth $30.

Gorgeous, Yummy, Classy, Fun! As a local it's such a treat to enjoy little staycation vibe on Maui. The AC Kitchen Brekky buffet made us feel like we were living the HI life but didn't break our bank! For $22 you get all you can eat spread of beautifully displayed breads, cheeses, meats, fruits, coffees, juices, and even so much more. That alone made my day but in addition there is a menu of small order up breakfast plates, which you again can order as many as you like. We tried the loco moco, avo toast, egg scramble, and a toast with egg and crispy bacon. The gravy on the moco was super delish, we ordered our egg over easy and it came out runny and perfect! The Avo toast wasn't just some avo smashed on toast it was literally like a whole avo halved and then garnished with sprouts and other little yummy stuffs. I have already told like 5 people about this place and we only ate there like an hour ago. In this economy the fresh fruits alone would be worth it the strawberries and blueberries were so fresh and juicy, the granola was crunchy and sweet. The perfect place for Sunday brunch after Church. If you live on Maui and are looking for a new spot for breakfast since Longhi's, Five Palms, and even Stella Blues are gone you have got to try this place! If you are visiting and staying at another resort or condo this place will blow you away. What a deal! Our hostess was super friendly, attentive, and kind. Mahalo Nui Loa AC Marriot for offering the community such a stellar service. 5 Stars!

First time having a Loco Moco and I heard that this was the place to get it at, so I'm glad we got a good experience! Eggs were perfectly cooked and the entire combination of the beef and rice and eggs and pickled onions was really good together! Came with a nice macaroni salad and also some lettuce to get some veggies in, haha. Overall, there was quite a line here on a Sunday morning, so it's a good sign that this place has good food.

Table side service would have been preferable. It was an eclectic selection of foods with us choosing an açaí bowel, fish & green bean fries, and beets/goat cheese salad. The combination of food worked well for our family and was certainly tasty. We downed every single bite and licked the bowls clean. No leftovers to be had here! The green bean fries are to die for and this is where I hated that I had to stand in line for an additional order :( My kiddos had a blast naming the neighborhood chickens. I suspect those chickens were disappointed that we had no crumbs to spare for them!

Okay, it's minimum of three. Told it would take 10 minutes which was fine since they are made to order. The place is a throwback to better days based on the design of the menu board. When our order came out, I saw auntie throw a spoonful of sugar in the bag. Nice! The order is double bagged to soak up the oil. Gotta rate these as a 3. A bit chewy and not much sugar clingy for some reason. Hubby compared to the ones from Komoda that he prefers. The search goes on for the best malasada!

You can tell they put real care into what they serve, and it shows in every sip. We ordered two lattes, one with brown sugar and one with vanilla, and both were amazing. The flavors were balanced, not overly sweet, and complemented the quality of the espresso perfectly. We also shared a cheese danish that my husband absolutely loved. He said it was one of the best he has ever had, and I have to agree -- buttery, flaky, and so fresh. The shop itself has such a fun, cozy vibe. There's even a swing inside, which adds such a unique and playful touch. It's the kind of place you actually want to hang out in, not just grab a coffee and go. Service was excellent. The barista was super friendly and even made the cutest latte art, which totally made my day. I ordered a 12 oz and loved that it came in a mug, while my husband got a 16 oz to-go. My only wish is that they would offer mugs for the larger sizes too. It would be a nice way to cut down on paper and plastic and make the experience even better. Overall, Akamai Coffee is a gem. Between the amazing drinks, delicious pastries, welcoming atmosphere, and thoughtful service, it's the kind of place you'll want to visit again and again. If you're in Maui, definitely make time to stop by. You won't regret it!

I came twice during our visit because it was convenient especially with the baby in the car. Then, on the second visit, the server told me that I can get the hot chocolate seasonal flavor as a coffee and make it less sweet - i did that. Both very yummy drinks. On the sweeter side. I did not feel the caffeine as much as I did with Early Bird. I love that they offer drive-thru, though, which was super clutch and the reason for our multiple visits. I tried to go to their Kihei Plaza location, but couldn't figure out how to get to the drive-thru, haha! It's like through a parking lot but there are too many buildings around that I just didn't know where to enter.

It was an early April afternoon, and they still had a small selection of malasadas available. I snagged one chocolate filled, one vanilla filled, and two sugar dusted malasadas, $1.50 each, plus two streusel banana breads, $8.25 each and four regular banana breads, $8 each. The malasadas were for us; however, I thought the banana breads would make great souvenirs to bring back home. Back at the resort, we froze most of them, and on the morning of our departure, I carefully packed them in my luggage and carry-on bag as precious cargo going home! Customer service was excellent and friendly, as always! Get thee to Sugar Beach Bakery, next door to Ululani's!

We also tried their mango bread which was moist and fruity (no chunks of mango in it though) and the lime pie which was lovely! However, I think the big surprise for me was that the malasadas are smaller than I expected. The first time I had a malasada was at Leonard's in Oahu which are like...the size of your hand. These are more like golf ball sized. They were still excellent but I think that just caught me off guard. But we still enjoyed them!
