    $25 pp good!!

Great service and quaint breakfast buffet made to order. You can self serve on beverages, fruit, cheese, and cold cuts? But the hot plates are made to order and is unlimited! Enjoy the beautiful, open and airy interior of the hotel dining area. The food was good and presented well. Very clean inside and service was so friendly! $25 pp for unlimited breakfast buffet.

Mahalo to AC Kitchen for getting my Maui days started right. The breakfast buffet is $22, and there are probably a lot of Bonvoy members staying there who have some vouchers. With tip and after voucher it comes to $16, which is refreshingly reasonable for a Hawaiian hotel as they tend to cater to captive guests! What makes their buffet different is that in addition to fruit, croissants and other continental fare they also have a variety of made to order hot dishes and you can order as many as you like. They are small plates which is perfect if you'd like to sample. I had the Belgian waffle and the Loco Moco which were both great! Great views too!

To be honest it was ok . The atmosphere was great . It was empty when we went . There selection of food could have been better . Not a lot to choose from. Customer service was awesome she was really nice and helpful . It wasn't worth $30.

Gorgeous, Yummy, Classy, Fun! As a local it's such a treat to enjoy little staycation vibe on Maui. The AC Kitchen Brekky buffet made us feel like we were living the HI life but didn't break our bank! For $22 you get all you can eat spread of beautifully displayed breads, cheeses, meats, fruits, coffees, juices, and even so much more. That alone made my day but in addition there is a menu of small order up breakfast plates, which you again can order as many as you like. We tried the loco moco, avo toast, egg scramble, and a toast with egg and crispy bacon. The gravy on the moco was super delish, we ordered our egg over easy and it came out runny and perfect! The Avo toast wasn't just some avo smashed on toast it was literally like a whole avo halved and then garnished with sprouts and other little yummy stuffs. I have already told like 5 people about this place and we only ate there like an hour ago. In this economy the fresh fruits alone would be worth it the strawberries and blueberries were so fresh and juicy, the granola was crunchy and sweet. The perfect place for Sunday brunch after Church. If you live on Maui and are looking for a new spot for breakfast since Longhi's, Five Palms, and even Stella Blues are gone you have got to try this place! If you are visiting and staying at another resort or condo this place will blow you away. What a deal! Our hostess was super friendly, attentive, and kind. Mahalo Nui Loa AC Marriot for offering the community such a stellar service. 5 Stars!

You can get a similar breakfast for free at other hotels, yet this place charges $57 per person. Even if we got a $25 per person dining credit, the price is still not justifiable and we were extremely disappointed. I overheard someone leaving their table in disappointment, saying, "This is the most expensive buffet in the world... IN THE WORLD!" I couldn't agree more. I don't mind paying a steep price if the quality is good, but their food quality is subpar. Even their bacon was overcooked, and the quiche wasn't done right. To make matters worse, the place is infested with wild birds that eat at the tables! As soon as I stood up to get something, my husband told me the birds immediately went for my plate. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. There are far better options with better quality in Kihei/South Maui Gardens. Don't make the same mistake we did.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. Would recommend going here - though the price tag at about $50 means you might want to come to play to get your money's worth.

In comparison to some other brands such as Aman, Four Seasons Maui felt below average given its price point. The resort itself felt small and a bit old. The service felt very below average and inconsistent. One employee would tell you the sun umbrellas at the pools near the bushes are not adjustable while literally 2 mins later another employee came and adjusted the sun umbrella next to me and also mine when I asked. When we went to the adult pool we were told by one employee that we needed to be on a waitlist. After 3 hours when we finally got notified that it was our turn and went back we noticed other guests just literally went and grabbed empty benches and staffs were just setting the benches up for them(no, they didn't even know there was a waitlist)... Our canoe experience at the last day of our stay got canceled due to high wind and the concierge never notified us etc. Many employees gave me the vibe that they don't really care. They just gave me fake smiles and robotic responses. Maybe Amond would take better care of us...if he is still alive... The view was very amazing. We even spotted whales many times.

There is a native Hawaiian who blows a conch shell with a small ceremony to celebrate the evening and to pay homage to the true owners of this island the native Hawaiians. I started out with the Tchin Tchin cocktail, amazing delicate flavor, not too sweet. I then had to try their seared Ahi on the rock appetizer where they bring you a piping hot rock and fresh Aji you cook the Aji on the rock yourself and it comes with three different incredible dipping sauces. Then I had the lobster tempura dish for my main meal combined with grilled monchong. This is one of the best dishes I think I've ever had in my life. The fish was so light and buttery and juicy and flaky, and the lobster cooked to perfection, and I was very skeptical because were breading this lobster and tempura and there's such a risk of over cooking and that did not happen here I was super super pleased. I then went with the Pinoy honey toast for dessert with a side of Ube ice cream also incredible. The service here for me was second to none. It was delightful to spend my 50th birthday here and I owe much gratitude to Leeann and Randy for their service! Many mahalos! I will definitely be back.

The fish tacos were massive. The fish had good flavor, although it leaned a little on the dry side for me. The coconut shrimp, however, were my favorite thing we tried. Crispy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. We happened to arrive between their two happy hour windows, and while looking at the menu, we noticed that coconut shrimp were also available during the second happy hour along with other small plates. What I found odd was their happy hour policy. Apparently, you can only order from the happy hour menu if you've already purchased an entree and can show your receipt. I've never encountered that anywhere else, and it seemed like a strange business concept. Also, it is not posted anywhere that I saw. When my husband went back to order from the happy hour menu, the cashier asked if we had previously ordered food. He said yes, but our receipt was back at the table. For some reason, she had to go to the back to get approval before allowing him to order. It felt a bit awkward, especially since she was the same cashier who had taken our original order when we first arrived and we asked a bunch of questions, so I would def remember someone like me. lol That policy aside, the coconut shrimp were fantastic. I'd definitely come back for those alone.

The staff are kind, friendly and even offered area activity recommendations. The ocean view is incredible-- it can be enjoyed best on the patio, and from many of the indoor tables. The buffet includes unlimited coffee, tea, juices (love the POG juice), coke products (you can ask for a to go cup on your way out! I recommend asking for ice)-- as well as a made to order omelet. Humble Market Kitchen feels like a restaurant that knows it has a captive audience and has stopped trying very hard. The food was uninspired, generic, and significantly overpriced for what was delivered. Nothing was particularly bad, but almost nothing was memorable either. Breakfast was especially underwhelming. Skip the buffet. The eggs were watery and soupy, and the "Hawaiian sausage" turned out to be little more than sliced hot dogs. For a resort of this caliber in a destination known for incredible food, it felt surprisingly low effort. Service was probably the strongest part of the experience, but even that was average at best. I'd call it a 6 out of 10. Friendly enough, but not the level of hospitality you'd expect given the prices and setting. The disconnect is especially noticeable because the Wailea Beach Resort itself is fantastic. We genuinely loved our stay and would absolutely return to the property. That's what makes the restaurant so disappointing. It feels like a business operating inside a great resort rather than an extension of the resort experience. If you're staying at the Wailea Beach Resort, do yourself a favor and explore the many excellent dining options around Wailea instead. Maui has too many great restaurants to spend your vacation settling for this one.
