I got him through Homeadvisor with good reviews, big mistake. After the warranty was up with his services, he got fed up and said don't call him again because too many issues. Who does this?! I had to call another plumber. He said there were multiple issues because the wiring done on boiler was all backwards and that's why everything was burning out and it wasn't installed properly. Now the control panel board and other issues had to be replaced because he didn't know what he was doing. This cost now is just as much as he put in a new boiler.
