I have visited this nail spot regularly for years. I have even brought family and friends with me multiple times. On June 16th my friend was celebrating her 40th birthday. She had never had her nails done before so she requested we get mani and pedi's together. For starters, the massage chair felt like it was fisting our buttholes and when we asked how to turn the lower body portion off they told us they didn't know and just to press buttons. A half an hour later I finally figured it out and the pain in my bottom stopped. Then, the male nail technician did my friends pedicure and didn't even bother to paint her toes with the clear regular polish she had asked for. When we asked him to paint her toes he pretended to not understand any English even though we had just talked to him earlier and he replied. When it came time for our manicures, the woman who did mine cut me in multiple spots around my cuticle to the point where I was bleeding. My friend asked for just regular clear polish on both hands and feet. The man used gel polish on my friend for her manicure and proceeded to dry them with just a fan. Needless to say, 3 HOURS after we left her nails were still wet and messed up everywhere. My nails didn't get to fully dry either before the woman who did my nails basically ushered us out of the door as soon as she was finished. I told her my nails weren't dry and that because of it they had gotten messed up. I asked her to fix them and again she pretended not to understand or speak any English. Their prices online are not correct. Everything is 10$ more expensive than what it is priced at on their service menu. This was the worst 100$ I have ever spent. My nails were messed up before I even left the business and so were my friends. I will never ever return here again. Im usually not one to complain but this was honestly ridiculous and the worst experience I've ever had with getting my nails done. read more

This place is fairly new so my five star rating may be a little premature let's see how the service continues however I almost hate to give it 5 stars because then everyone will see this review and go running I was truly amazed at this place they did a great job on my nails the pedicure is Top Line they have a very nice VIP room for a private pedicure and manicure think that I have found my new place!! Everyone was so sweet. I took my mom to get the VIP packages which on the flyer say 60 minutes and we were with our techs for almost 2 hours! So greatful!!! I've gone here a few times for my nails but I think after my last visit on Friday evening, it will be my last time. On previous visits I have tried their dip powder which didn't last long before it was lifting at the edges, and regular gel polish manicure that was uneven (lumpy) and didn't fully cover the sides of my nails. On Friday, I called ahead of time and made an appointment for that same day at 6:30pm. I arrived 10 minutes early, I wasn't seated until about 6:45pm, and the manicurist didn't start my nails until 7pm which is a full 30 minutes later. I don't know if it's just me, but if I spend my time setting up an appointment I expect for it to start on time. When the manicurist finally started my nails, she asked if i wanted her to file my nails or trim them, I specifically told her I wanted her to FILE my nails, I want to keep my length, and I want them square. She proceeds to pick up nail clippers and she clips my nails thus making them shorter which is exactly what I asked her NOT to do. I had to tell her for the second time that I just want her to file my nails. She then takes a call while doing my nails, and then brought freezing water for me to sit my nails in, I had to tell her the water was too cold, and she then went and got warmer water for my to sit my nails in while she continued with the manicure. The manicure itself felt really rushed and the gel polish is once again lumpy and uneven. I just expect there to be a lot more attention paid to detail when doing someone's nails. I'm giving this review 2 stars simply because the pedicures are decent here and the location is clean. read more

Came here about 3 weeks ago for a pedicure with a friend of mine to catch up. We made an appt for 2 organic pedicures, showed up a few mins early to our appt. and still had to wait another 10 minutes to get seated in the pedi chairs which was no biggie since they were fairly busy. They took my friend first, & i waited another 10 minutes to get seated into the chair, my friend is halfway through her pedicure & I am barely getting started on soaking my toes. I was very pleased with the pedicure, how kept up the place looks, and the staff is super nice! However, about 2 days later my left toe starts to hurt, and I am very active so I don't pay much attention to it. I am going on 3 weeks now, & I am still curing my infected toe.. Most likely will not return. Pro's: Super nice staff, place nicely kept. Con's: Long wait times (even with appt.), and possible infected toe later on. read more

Love love love my nails. I was ready to give up on getting my nails done after my last experience getting an old set taken off at another place. Thankfully I booked an appointment here to get my acrylics soaked and taken off by Tracci. She is amazing! Very gentle, very meticulous, and had a very calming nature to her. She did an amazing job on my new set. Spent time way beyond closing to perfect my now beautiful nails. They opened a little over 2 weeks ago and are also running a special. It's 30% off right now and for a short while, so get it while the getting is good. You can't beat the price or the impeccable service. Everyone was very hospitable and tgave me 5 star treatment. I've not been to such a great nail salon before in California. This place is the best. They use OPI products for not only polish, but scrubs and other wonderful high quality products. Also a very clean place and used clean equipment, a definite plus! I am very happy with my nails and will continue to go back even though I live so far away! More reasons to come see my family. I have to say never have I been treated so nicely at any nail salon. Their hospitality and patience is beyond what I have come to expect. I came here the first time today at the end of business which I felt terrible about but not once did they make me feel like a burden. I even was going to skip my pedicure just to not keep them too late but they insisted it was not an issue. Cindy with the purple-ish hair did my nails and she was absolutely amazing at her job. I love the shape and how beautiful they came out. I have gone around to many different salons. I've have pretty good experiences before but after coming here I don't think I would ever go somewhere else. Something else that stood out to me was the professionalism and how CLEAN the place was. I was a walk in and at the time they only has one customer. I told them I wanted a pedicure and and manicure and said ok and had me sit in the chair for the pedicure. Well into the pedicure they started to get busy and before finishing my pedicure they told me since I didn't have an appointment I would need to make an appointment for another day that they would not do my manicure. This is after they already said they would take me as a walk in. I for one see this as the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I do not recommend them and I will not return.
