I've never had gel polish peel so bad they did a half ass job on my pedicure.

Worst pedicure I've ever gotten. Got nail polish right before my beach vacation. I used to absolutely love this place. It's gone very downhill. They didn't even rub my feet me and my husband paid 160 for two pedicures and a manicure. I'm extremely disappointed. There was a weird white guy walking in and out that made me feel very uncomfortable.

Another thing that stressed me out a little was the young lady who was working on my manicure was also working on another client at the same time and that's why I believe bubbles came to be due to her rushing through mine. I was recommended by a friend who really enjoys going here so I had higher expectations.

It was modestly busy for a Thursday morning, but still quiet enough to relax. I chose out my polish color from the wall and then was seated on a massage chair with tub. They use disposable covers for the tub bowl, makes for easy cleanup and technicians wear masks and gloves. They have a few spa pedicure options to choose from starting from about $30 up to $70+. I got the Lavendar Cream Pedi for $35 complete with foot mask, exfoliate scrub, massage and polish. The staff was all very polite and friendly. Will chat you up if your into that. I recommend and will return.

First time visit. Got the chocolate lover pedicure and it definitely made me want chocolate! Katie, was very sweet. I had a great massage and everything was done in a timely manner. Didn't rush, she took her time and it was enjoyable. The massage chairs are easy to work. The place is nice and peaceful and smells great. Clean environment, customer service is great, highly recommend. I did an appointment the day before and worked out perfectly. The have a variety of colors and A LOT! Loved the end look of my toesies! Very much needed. I will be coming back for sure, worth the drive from stockton to Lodi.

My wife went there to get her nails done prior to going on a trip. Simple manicure turned into nail fungus on all 10 fingers. Several thousand dollars in treatment treatments and Dr. Bill's later, it's starting to clear up. I would not recommend this location. read more

I was going here for a bit. I really liked Ruby she supposedly left for Vietnam. When I made the appointment I had some guy who was constantly on his phone taking personal calls and wasn't listening to what I wanted and ignored the picture. Also they are super unorganized and unsanitary. read more

Just left the place. Started off great. I was welcomed in and the young lady was nice. It's hot today and they didn't turn on the AC just kept the door open. I got the older woman for a pedicure and she did not listen when I told her the paraffin was to hot and just ignore it. When it came to the rest of the pedicure her vibe change and was more aggressive. When I was paying with my card she snatch my card from my hand and that was it. I paid for the service but did not tip her. I have no problem tipping but the way she grab it was aggressive. The man working there was also were aggressive to the lady he was doing a pedicure on. I had been going to Elizabeth Nails for years. I always saw Katie and she is wonderful! Katie sold the salon to Peter and his family and it is definitely NOT the same. I went two times and was asking for Katie. The response was... she only works two days a week and today isn't her day. I was also told that she moved out of the area. That was a lie. Little did I know that she is working one block away at Styles. The new owner and staff are sub par. The quality of their work is not good. My first appointment since the change of ownership, I felt rushed and that I was being pushed through. The second time back took almost 3 hours. They are somewhat rude and totally inconsistent. My nails lasted 5 weeks. I'm impressed. I went to magnolia nails in Stockton because this place was too busy to take me today and my nails were busted. Today was my only free day to go in. Compared to magnolia nails Luna was a bit slow with how she worked on me last time but did a good job and like I said they stayed 5 weeks. They really need to update and maybe take some courses on new styles that are out being they had no clue the holographic powder I wanted. That could've been a misunderstanding with the picture and me explaining it. I'm still very impressed and will be heading back here when I have to redo the set I have now. read more

2nd time here and definitely will be a long time customer. Ruby has done my pedicure both times and she's amazing. Very polite and thorough. She tackled that ingrown nail like her life depended on it and now my nail feels great! All staff is very friendly! They care about their customers and they do not talk amongst each other and treat you with respect. Pay them a visit!! read more

2 stars for kindness, the ladies that work here were very nice I just wouldn't come here for a fill/full set.. I needed a fill, but 2 of my nails had broken so I got to see her work from start to finish.. and I was less than impressed. Just a quick tip, Katie that owned the shop has sold it, the new owners are booking her clients & saying she is a "No Show" Just wanted to advise anyone trying to find Katie...she is now at Styles on Lodi Ave. She does WONDERFUL work so please know that she isn't pulling a NO SHOW on you at Elizabeth Nails! Shame on the new owners for doing that to her~ Her contact # is 408-219-0002, she approved me writing this review as many of her clients do not have her cell# and she has no way to let them know. Katie is a sweetheart! I came in on a Sunday (when it wasn't too busy) and she started my pedi as soon as she finished with her client, which was about 5 mins after arrival. It's very relaxing inside. I would've fallen asleep had I not been on my phone the whole time lol. She was very gentle and thorough. She took her time, and I didn't feel rushed at all. Very disappointed. Fingers hurt and he did a terrible job. I've been getting my nails done for over 3 years now and never have gone through this. He applied several beads on my nail and it's so thick it's heavy. It's lumpy and does not look pleasant on my hands. It was supposed to be for my thanksgiving dinner but they hurt so I have to take them off. read more

I had originally planned on getting a French tip, but since I don't get my nails done often, I asked a few questions about changing the color and adding a little length. What should have been a simple conversation felt more complicated than necessary, as there seemed to be frustration over me changing my mind from the original French tip. It was confusing, especially since I had made an appointment ahead of time, they weren't close to closing, and several technicians appeared to be available. As my appointment went on, I also became concerned about the cleanliness of the salon. The pedicure tub didn't appear to be cleaned, there were no plastic liners, and a tool that had been dropped on the floor was still used afterward. I left feeling disappointed by the interaction, but even more frustrated after paying $130 and having three of my nails pop off the very next day. I returned to have them fixed, and while they repaired them without any issue, two more nails came off the following morning. I understand that things happen, but between the sanitation concerns, the quality of the work, and having to make multiple trips back to the salon, I was disappointed with my overall experience. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

The French tip was very thick and uneven. The flowers are ok but not as good as the reference photo. Big concerns were with hygiene. There was no plastic bag in foot spa, tools were reused and briefly cleaned with same sponge as scrubbed the tub after the pedicure. Detail brush put into some chemical bottle directly. Then to dry I was told the regular (non gel) polish would dry with UV light. This is entirely false. Will not be returning.

This location is very clean and inviting, and the staff is warm and friendly. My nail technician is Helen. I have known her for approximately 3 years. She is extremely friendly, courteous, and thorough. I currently reside in Stockton, but do not mind traveling to Losi for her expert nail care. My service was quite a hastle I had to deal with the rudeness of Tracy . She did not make the shape(coffin) I wanted and did a VERY sloppy job .She was rushing To the point where she had to redo the paint on my thumb and index finger THREE times each. They look slanted and curved on the sides.My nails are VERY uneven and VERY thick . I will never come here again honestly it was to much and I didn't get my money's worth . read more

I tried Elizabeth's Nails 6 weeks ago for a pedi. Came back a week later for a mani. The owner Katie has been doing my nails ever since. She is very nice and remembered me the 2nd time I went in. If I find a design I like she does an excellent job duplicating it. I really like that the tools are sterilized too. It's a bit more $ than I'm used to buy well worth it!!! read more

This nail salon is under new ownership! The staff is friendly and the service is exceptional. The new owners continue to provide a relaxing vibe and clean environment. The best nail salon in Lodi. They have a lot dip powder and selection colors for you can choose. Eyelashes extensions very good price, good quality and good service. Clean shop with liner pedicure and all the tools have sanitized. Please come and check it out!!! read more
