So I used to go here years ago because they were half the price and did a pretty good job... after going to other places I came back for a pedicure and the last two times sweet Theresa helped me but she really goes way too fast and hurt the crap out of my toes when she cuts. and the second time I went she cut my big toe trying to do whatever and then went over it and filed after it was already bleeding! PAINFUL! it was so painful and I feel bad saying this because she's very nice, but she goes really fast. I feel like she's overworked and in such a hurry she is not being careful. I'm giving two stars only because the owner and the staff are extremely nice. But unfortunately that's the only good thing about this place. They consistently overbook, which means you end up waiting at least 30 minutes which is very frustrating. The real issue with this place is that it is filthy! I don't mean there is a little dust here and there, it's completely disgusting every where you look. Was referred her by a family member. Called the day before for a gel pedicure and full set appointment. Arrived to my appointment the man started working on my full set. Very rushed, ok well not complaining until he cut me or filed my pinky finger so bad I started bleeding, didn't apologize. After he finished my full set I had to remind them about my pedicure. Another lady started my pedicure I told her please no "massage" she also filed my toe too much and now my toe was bleeding and also didn't apologize. The "elegant" lady customers next to me were getting their feet dipped in paraffin and also hot towels when I was already getting my toes painted she must have noticed that I noticed I didn't get the extended treatment and she hastily painted my nails and sloppily dip my already painted toes into paraffin dip and hot towel...then she sloshes a large amount of lotion on to my legs and feet after I had kindly asked her to not massage them. I had to come here because my go-to nail technician was out of town and this was the cheapest option for me. The nail tech wasn't talkative. No conversation during my visit but he was pretty quick. My nails could have used a 3/4th coat of color so they're streaky . I like my nails to be square but the nail tech didn't ask me if I wanted the same shape so instead, made them squoval. My nails do look natural but the surface is uneven & bumpy. He only put 1 coat of clear gel when my regular nail tech puts about 3!! Very small selection of gel colors. read more

Wonderful! For 20 dollars you can get a spa pedicure that puts $50 spa pedicures to shame. The owners are so kind and attentive. They also do an amazing job with shellac! The only complaint is if you want a spa pedicure and shellac manicure you need to allot about a 2 hour time period because they don't rush.. they want to make sure they do a perfect job. How have I not gone here until now? Seriously??? My pedicure from over 3 weeks ago is still looking great :) That's not very common, at all. I went as a walk in on a Saturday. I should have made an appointment but I didn't know this place was as popular as it is! I see why. The prices are great and the pedicures are awesome. I was lucky enough to be squeezed in for a pedicure on a busy Saturday. The wait was supposed to be 20 minutes but I only waited 10. My pedicure was AWESOME! The first place ever that has a flat fee without trying to add on stupid things like wax etc. It's all included here for only $20. Now that leads to cleanliness. Because a price can't be that cheap right? Well, since they were jam packed busy, I got the privilege of watching them clean the pedicure stations over and over. And if I saw that many being cleaned, that means that I was there for a very long time getting an awesome $20 pedicure. I highly recommend going to this facility, but make an appointment to be sure you are lucky enough to get a spot. Saturdays are very busy and they are closed on Sundays. read more

My boyfriend told me to get a mani-pedi to prep for Valentines Day, so I chose this place due to the good reviews and prices. This is a great nail salon. I called ahead and made an appointment for a pedicure. After arriving, I picked out a color and was seated in a comfy massage chair within 10 minutes. The massage chairs work great and seem to be in newer condition. The nail tech's brought me a small bottled water and napkin. They use nail clippers and cuticle cutters that come in sterile bags and were opened right in front of me. This is my only experience with a nail salon that uses actual sterile instruments on their customers. They use small pumice squares that are single use only and tossed after. This is by far the cleanest pedicure I have ever received. I paid $22 plus a tip for my pedicure. It came with the massage chair, bottled water, cuticle clean up, nail polish, foot and calf massage, and paraffin wax. read more

I came desperately needing a pedicure and I thought I would pay an arm and a leg because my feet were SOOOOO bad (it's been almost two years since my last pedi, right before my son was born). They treated me so well and the price is VERY reasonable. They did all the usual (soaking feet, really nice massage chair, trim, paint, etc), but on top of that, they did a foot/leg scrub, a lotion/oil massage on my legs and feet (which was divine), and THEN they did a hot wax treatment on my feet. And it was only $22 ($27 when you count the tip)!!! I will definitely be back... they've earned a customer for life! The tub wasn't clean. There was junk floating in it. She did a good job on my nails, though. I also had a shellac mani. The man there I guess is the owner and only nail technician. He didn't bother to take off all of my old shellac even though I told him he missed spots. He was mostly careless - didn't care to ask me what shape I wanted my nails, I had to be very persistent in telling him. He did a sloppy job, shellac was all over outside of my nails. But, as i said, it was cheap - $25. I also had to make an appointment. Seemed like everyone there was a regular, though, so they're making someone happy.
