Amazing service from Hong today! I hurt my nail in a ski boot a few months ago and needed a fake nail so I can wear sandals. She fixed my nail and it looks like a real nail. Plus we had a great conversation. Highly recommend! read more

I went in for a pedicure and gel mani.. the pedicure was ok. it's a clean salon and they give a cute lotion to go. You can tell they are really trying...but I'd advise against getting your nails done here. I paid 40 dollars for nails that were shaved down to stubs, not the shape I asked for, really aggressive nail filing and cleaning, gel polish hardened all into my cuticles and super lumpy.. I'm so upset. read more

I have been coming to this place for over 15 years. The owners especially Hong are wonderful, she always remembers your name!!! I go for the pedicures and eyebrow wax. Their prices are great. She takes her time and makes sure you leave happy. read more

They totally messed up my nails and were rude when I asked them to re-do them. Don't get french tips here. They suck. Also, I did Mystic tanning for a wedding I was in and asked for them not to put anything on my legs. Well, the lady put lotion on and started rubbing it all over. There went my tan I just paid for. I was so pissed off, the lady didn't even care. Then, the lady said, "Oh I may have charged you twice. If you get charged twice call me." Um, not acceptable! I won't go here again. read more

I don't think you can find a better place to get your nails done. Husband and wife team that make you feel like family. I have very short nails and some how Hong makes them look long with her French gel. I'd never go anywhere else. read more

Have been coming here for a pedicure for years. Always pleased with the outcome. Reasonable price, always open except Sunday's. Never have I had a bad service. The owners are hardworking and put in long hours and still are cheerful and greet each person that walks through the door. I may not have a view of a waterfall or the option for Full spa service, I can do that on special occasions and pay more for the experience. read more

I've only been here twice so I can't give them too much better than 3 stars just yet! I started coming here after searching for a new place in town. A friend of mine recommended them after I couldn't stop staring at her PERFECT french manicure on her natural nails. I am new to gel manicures and went here to try it out. Hong did them at my first appointment. I was seated right away (my appointment was 5:30pm on a Friday, with my sister who also had a manicure, by the gentleman who works there). My nails looked GREAT afterwards, I couldn't stop looking at how perfect and shiny they were! She made light conversation and said I had beautiful skin and how the color went perfect with my complexion (complements are great, right?). My nails get beat up pretty quickly because of my job but I went almost two weeks before I had any chipping at all, I was impressed. Today I went back to get my second one done. I called to get an appointment this morning and I drove right after I hung up the phone. The place was pretty empty, 9:30am on a Saturday. I had a different technician this time, and I am not as impressed with the paint job I received but they still look alright. During the manicure I found myself thinking, "Hmm, that's an interesting technique" a lot. This place does not do massages with their gel manicures, I'm a little bummed about that because lotion massages feel nice even though sometimes they make me feel awkward. But it's alright .... I guess. read more

The staff is so friendly and helpful. I love my full set and the pedi was super relaxing. Thank you

Went in yesterday for a mani/pedi. He massaged one foot / leg but not the other and did not actually pumice / scrub my heels only my toes. um WHAT? She was sick and kept blowing her nose with one hand then would touch my hands (fastest way to spread a cold) without washing her hands first or putting on gloves. If she is sick she should not be working. Their tools were in a tupperware container, NOT in sanitizer nor did I even see any Quatz in the salon. The stations were dirty, counters dirty. It was disgusting. I actually went home, took a shower and pumiced my own feet. One more thing.. that irritates me about nail salons...Don't conduct personal business i.e. telephone calls in your foreign tongue while you have customers in your salon. It's SO tacky and unprofessional. Do that on your own time. I will never return. I'm praying I didn't catch something. read more

Walk-ins are welcome and I'm usually seated right away or after just a few minutes because they have plenty of staff on hand. They don't bother me with alot of chit chat so I can relax, the place is clean, they're friendly and my pedicures turn out great! Very reasonably priced as well. read more

This is one of those places I have to remind myself, "you get what you pay for." Customer service meh, quality of manicure/pedicure meh to ugh. I have been here a handful of times, a friend likes the place, and always leave thinking, "I need to find a new place!" read more

I have been coming here for years and my last experience was so terrible I will never go back again. We had an appointment at 2. We didnt even get seated until 2:30. Then I sat with my feet in the water for another half an hour making it 3 but the time someone even saw us. The pedicure lasted no more then 15 minutes and the lady was rude. She slapped my leg two different times to get it out of the water. I will not be going back. read more

Great service friendly staff! I have been coming here for years and would not consider going anywhere else!

Horrible service, I went here to get my nails and my pedi done. Once he started on my nails, I noticed he didn't file the ends of the fake nails, which ended up on the skin of my fingers b/c my nails are way too short. I told him, and he said not to worry that he was going to fix it. So I left it alone. Then I noticed that the nail on my index finger was crooked, he said it was ok, and that he was gonna fix it when he files them. But I knew there was no fixing it once the nail is done, so I told him to take it off that I was not happy with the way it looked. He proceeded to tell me "your finger is crooked, is not my fault your finger is crooked. You want it straight go get surgery or something" wtf!! I told him that I didn't need surgery, I needed someone that can do it right. Then when I asked how much my total was, he charged me more than what was stated on their wall. So I pointed it out and he said "your lucky, I'm not charging you for the nails being too long" wtf!! My nails only stick out literally 3 millimeters from the tip of my fingers. (I measured it) to give u an idea. I told him he was lucky I didn't walk out, b/c they have never charged me for the length of my nails. I will NEVER come back here. No wonder the place is so empty! read more

My pedicures always turn out fantastic. I love the creativity they put in the nail designs. I walk in, I rarely wait and I'm out in under an hour. So reasonably priced that I take my daughter and a friend with me and it doesn't break the bank. I have gotten several shellac manis as well and they turn out great and last a long time. I would have no problem recommending this salon! read more
