I would not recommend B. A. Colella Heating & Cooling, LLC to anyone based on our experience. We…read morehired them to complete an oil-to-gas conversion in our home, and what should have been a straightforward professional job turned into an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience. It took eight separate visits to address leaks following the installation. After that many visits, I have very little confidence in the quality of their workmanship. My husband had to use eight days of PTO to accommodate their repeated visits and attempts to correct problems that should not have occurred in the first place. For a job this expensive, we expected professional work done correctly the first time, not repeated problems that disrupted our lives. Unfortunately, the problems went beyond the installation itself. During the work, a hole was damaged into the front siding of our house. The owner told us it would be repaired, but we never heard from him again regarding the issue. That promise was never followed through on. Our interactions with the owner were equally disappointing. When we raised our concerns, he was dismissive, rude, and arrogant. Rather than taking responsibility or making an effort to resolve the situation, there always seemed to be an excuse or someone else to blame. We were given explanations involving the cold weather, the manufacturer of the fittings, and a sick family member. Regardless of the circumstances, we were the customers left dealing with the consequences of the repeated problems. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of accountability and customer care. We never received a genuine apology, any meaningful effort to make things right financially, or even a discount to acknowledge the time, inconvenience, and frustration caused by the poor experience. Considering the cost of this project, we expected a much higher standard of workmanship and professionalism. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. Between the repeated leaks, the eight days of PTO my husband had to use, the damage to our home's siding, and the owner's dismissive attitude and failure to follow through, we feel let down on every level. I would never feel comfortable recommending B. A. Colella Heating & Cooling, LLC to friends, family, or anyone looking for a reliable HVAC contractor. The price we paid did not reflect the quality of work or the level of customer service we received. I strongly encourage other homeowners to do their research and carefully consider their options before hiring this company.

After changing the capacitor, the AC unit worked again but the fan did not work. I told him I will think about it and called another company to get a second opinion. This new company came over and changed the capacitor but this time, the fan worked. Be careful out there. My central air stopped working at 3am this morning and like everyone else I said to myself, "Oh no, not in the middle of July"! I called All Phase at 8am and they dispatched a tech to my home within 6 hours which given the workload that all HVAC contractors have this time of year was very quick service. The tech arrived early, diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and dove right into the repair and within less than 2 hours the problem was diagnosed, fixed correctly and the tech himself was very polite and made sure the work area was completely clean and left no debris, an excellent piece of work. Quite honestly even if another contractor offered to do it for free I'd still rather have All Phase Heating and Cooling do the work. There work is simply excellent and they stand behind there work and their prices are reasonable given what their competitors charge. As a matter of fact when they installed my central air conditioning unit their price was about $2,000 less than the big name HVAC contractors that everyone is familiar with due to their large amount of money they spend on advertising. All Phase is by far a much better choice given how expensive HAVC work can be. Try them you won't be disappointed. That's the truth!
