Naji was always very responsive and with a positive attitude. His staff showed up on time, respectful and took pride in their work. We are VERY happy with the results. We now have the outdoor living room and space we wanted. They were not the cheapest but we were willing to pay a little extra to ensure the schedule was adhered to and the quality and warranty. Not chasing someone down for the next step is the project and having this substantially completed in under 2 weeks is amazing. Definitely recommend JNK.

I am sure there are other great landscaping businesses out there, but the reviews were key for me - I had nothing else to go by, since we haven't used any landscaping services. Reviews were accurate. Service-communication: very good. My main contact was James. Took a lot of time with us. We were going from scratch, so it took a while for us to figure out what we wanted. Plus, had to get HOA approval for a pergola - never fun, but finally got through that. Second contact was Ali toward the end with the irrigation and plants. Easy to deal with. Once the contract was signed, they indicated 2-3 weeks to begin, and that was accurate. Supply delivery began about five days prior to commencing work. The initial crew wasted no time getting to work. They kept the premises clean. Everyone professional. Quality: All I can say, is so far so good! Nice paver work, Pergola looks great. Electrical all appears properly done. Turf looks great. We are very happy with the results. Everyone cleaned up after themselves. Delays: none of any consequence. Toward the end, had to wait for the pergola parts to arrive. About three weeks to complete entire job.

He provided us quotes for every option and we ended up going with just having it trimmed. He asked us for feedback as he went to make sure i was left with something i was happy with. His prices were great for the work they do + the clean up and haul away. No additional solutions were offered to help keep birds away from eating the open seed. We'd rather have some weeds than a patchy yard. Knowing I'd probably be disappointed in the results, I decided to give another company a try and hired Phillip. Though his services weren't cheap, he was a clear communicator and took the time to carefully walk through the job with me. I decided to move forward with the bid, and his team did an excellent job. Everything was neat, clean, and performed with high care and quality. This was far from your typical hack-and-slash operation. In Arizona, it's hard to ask for more, and Phillip has certainly earned my future business. If you've been let down by other companies, give them a try--you won't be disappointed.

But I didn't find out till later when the planter box was all flooded like a lake and overflowing like a river to the street. I found the broken PVC right where I instructed his worker to plant an agave fior me. When I told Isaiah's TFH Landscaping that his worker broke the sprinkler line, ISAIAHs said he would send the worker over to do the repair in a couple days which Isaias said was Tuesday, the worker never showed up. When I called him to say the worker never showed up he said he would come in a couple days and he personally will come and be there. Well Isaias never showed up. What's worse is he used to answer the phone on the first ring and was "always there for me" and even said "You know I am always here for you and I answer the phone". But after he didn't show up two times he wasn't answering the phone anymore .... ever. I left many, many messages telling Isaias I was disappointed that not only does he not show up to do the repair that his worker broke, but he deliberately is ghosting me for weeks. He sees from caller ID it is me calling for him to repair something he damaged (I sent pictures of the hacked irrigation pipe in the hole where the agave got blown outta there from the broken line), so he deliberately does not answer the phone ever again to BE THERE FOR MEEEEE, like he told me previously. That deserves 1 Yelp star. So you think I'm going to do business with him if he doesn't even answer the phone ever? Someone told me "because they don't get paid to repair their mistakes and have to take time out from already paying jobs to go to a job that doesn't pay. I never spoke to Isaias again because he didn't care to come back ad fix the broken pipe his worker hacked to pieces. That deserves 1 Yelp star don't you think? I have a new landscaper who has many solid 5 Yelp stars, and so far he has shown up every time I needed him, right on time, even when he squeezed me in. But I have no experience if he will show up to fix something he didn't do right, because nothing like that has happened so far.

He replied yes, so I then asked if he could send me pictures of concrete terraces that he has worked on previously, as any customer would do. He responded telling me, "you're a very complicated customer, I passed the estimate." I was completely shocked at this very rude and unprofessional response. His defensive response to my request for a photo of his work is a red flag already. It blows my mind how unprofessional business owners would act, and he clearly doesn't deserve my business.

STAY AWAY…read more Absolutely unacceptable work. What was supposed to be simple trimming turned into severe over-pruning that completely ruined my plants. Multiple mature, full, flowering shrubs were cut down into stiff, unnatural box-like shapes with most of the blooms removed. The entire look of my yard was drastically changed in a single visit. This is not professional landscaping - it's careless and shows a lack of basic pruning knowledge. When I contacted the owner about it, my concerns were dismissed and he hung up on me. Save yourself the frustration and go with a more competent company. Photos speak for themselves. ***Update***: The owner's response speaks for itself. Rather than addressing the legitimate concerns about the quality of work, he chose to attack me personally and publicly, calling me disgustingly rude and telling other businesses never to work with me. This condescending and unprofessional response only confirms why we will never use this company again.

The bushes looked frozen in time except for 1 of the 8 that stayed green. Of course he said it was my fault the timer failed. After numerous additional promises to replace the sorry looking trees and bushes his guys finally showed up. They spent two hours fixing the timer. Of course Hector magnanimously offered to waive his usual fee for the two hours. Never again.

Last summer we acquired three different bids to resurface our pool but in the end, just did not quite have enough money to do it. This year, we decided to get new bids from the same three companies as last year, but also added a bid from Above & Beyond. A&B was really a long way away (we live in Sun City West and A&B is in Gilbert) but the reason we decided to add them to our decision making was because their reviews were amazing. We just could not find a bad review anywhere so felt it was worth giving them a chance to bid. Alfredo was the gentleman that came out to look at our pool and provide us with options for resurfacing. He listened to what we were looking for and provided options (low, middle and high end) and gave us information to review. He also looked at our pool equipment (filter, plumbing, etc.). Admittedly, our equipment is a bit older and some of the plumbing had been a "home brew" from the former owner. Alfredo smiled politely, commented that it was "interesting" but since it worked fine, there was no need to replace it all right now. He said we could look at that when and if things began to wear out and they would work to make it better. FIRST STAR IN OUR MINDS - he did not try to sell us something that we did not necessarily need right now! We worked with Alfredo over the next few weeks to select the surface we liked, even letting him know what color we wanted our water to be (I hate water that looks turquoise or teal and told him I wanted blue water). Alfredo provided several videos and spent time discussing the many things that could contribute to the color of the water. He also mentioned lighting that would help. Once again, we have a light, and it works. It is just plain old white and is an older light. SECOND STAR! Alfredo did not try to sell us lighting, just gave us options. Finally, he invited us to their office in Gilbert to see some options in person. We went to the office in Gilbert and while their showroom is not large, they have a LOT of options for surfaces and tiles. I was immediately overwhelmed as I am no "Martha Stewart." Denise, from the office, came in to offer suggestions and I shared with her that it was overwhelming to me and that I simply wanted an option that would provide blue water, not turquoise! Within 30 minutes, Denise showed us a few videos and then showed us the option for surfacing and a tile that she felt would look nice. She also mentioned adding a glass bead to the surface to add a little extra sparkle. That was going to send us over our budget so I declined and asked for her best opinion without the sparkle. THIRD STAR - she gave the best option within our budget. Demo day came and Alfredo's crew arrived right on time. They worked EXTREMELY HARD in 110+ degree heat and never complained or stopped to rest. Knowing they couldn't just jump in the pool to cool off (because it had been drained) we filled them with Gatorade and ice water to keep them hydrated. They not only finished in one day, but they also cleaned up after themselves. The yard and patio were immaculate and they left it like they found it! FOURTH STAR. Next, came the tile. Denise's suggestion for a tile that would match our decking and also bring out the blue in the pool surface was PERFECT. The tile installer came in, put in the tile and again, was done in record time in horrible heat and also left the place immaculate. FIFTH STAR. Next came resurfacing day. Again, this has been record high temperatures this year and yet, they worked without complaint or delay to get the surface done. It looked beautiful but was not quite as blue as I had hoped. But the water was not in yet. After 36 hours, our pool was full. IT WAS STUNNING! The blue water is PERFECT and the tile is beautiful. Denise listened to what I wanted, and knew exactly what to suggest. Finally, Alfredo and his team not only did a beautiful job, they were consummate professionals when it came to listening to our needs, understanding our budget and making sure we were pleased with the results and it was affordable to us. This company DESERVES TEN STARS but I can only give FIVE. They never once tried to sell us something we couldn't afford, they never tried to get us to finance more than we could afford, they never tried to talk us into something we didn't yet need and treated us like we were their only customer. Now, when we DO need our pool equipment replaced, or we have any other pool need (we hope to add a water feature next year), we will never call anyone EXCEPT Above & Beyond. They have our business for life and even though there are not a lot of pools in Sun City West, we will be sure anyone that asks knows to call Above & Beyond. It is not every day you come across a company that truly lives up to their name. I recently had a pool and spa built with Above and Beyond, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience, thanks to the incredible team behind the project. From start to finish, the communication was unmatched. Mike and his team kept me informed at every stage to ensure that I always knew what to expect. With this being the first time going through a pool build, I always had questions. Any questions or concerns we had was met with patience, thorough explanation, and education. Mike, Ray and team were always quick to respond and never made me feel as if we were a nuisance. The design process was a true collaboration. The team listened to my ideas and offered creative suggestions that lead to a beautiful design. Every aspect of the installation was meticulously executed and their attention to detail was nothing short of excellence. It's clear that they take immense pride in their work and the quality of craftsmanship is important in every phase of the build. Timeliness was another area where they shined- each phase of the project was completed on schedule, or I was given notice if there was a potential delay. My name is Madeline Keller. I have a pool that is approximately 45 years old. I had the deck replaced about 10 years ago. What a disaster. Because of that bad experience basically nothing else have been done until recently. My pool maintenance guy decided that after my checking out four different vendors, I should go with Above and Beyond Pool Remodeling. Check them out, their prices were great. I am so glad I did. These folks are the most professional and honorable company that I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. I've never redone a pool, but I have been the general on several homes that we've built and dealing with contractors and vendors gives me some room to speak about this. When I went into the office to make my selection on what I wanted, Denise help me through all my selections, and made suggestions that were absolutely fantastic in my yard. My husband and I are both handicapped, so it was extremely important to have somebody that knew what they were doing. To remove and replace the entire deck, to replace all the tile, equipment, and give my backyard a whole new lease on life. There was a little bit of delay because of the weather. There was a little bit of delayed because of Covid. There was a little bit of delay on waiting for materials, but I'm going to tell you these people were timely. They kept me informed and they did an excellent job! My foreman was second to none and the best guy in the world. I jumped with him and told him because his name was Alfredo. I started considering a pool remodel 12 months ago. When I bought my home 6 years ago, the pool already had a few issues. We made temporary repairs and lived with it while we budgeted for a remodel. I initially spoke with both Amanda and Mike on the phone - they were professional and personable. Fernando was my assigned project manager and he came out the very next day. We discussed some options and I had my written estimate when promised. From there, it took us almost 8 months to pull the trigger. When I reached back out to Fernando, he remembered me and my pool project and was ready to finalize the details. When I met with Fernando in their showroom, he offered input and showed photos of finished projects using some of the materials I was looking at, he was never pushy. Once I paid the deposit, the project was put on the schedule. The team always communicated the next steps to me and even sent videos of what to expect. This was extremely helpful! My only suggestion to the team was that for someone like me (detail oriented planner) an overview of the whole project step-by-step would have also been helpful but the emails at the beginning of each phase were nice. Because of that personality type I mentioned, I still had a LOT of questions along the way. Fernando and the gals in the office were always happy to answer my questions. The project was finished exactly when they said it was going to be. Each crew that came to my property was professional and respectful. The best of all is that the final product is amazing. We went from a worn down earthy looking pond in our backyard to a sparkling blue oasis. We have received many compliments. As a realtor/property manager, I now have a #1 go to preferred vendor when we need pool remodeling on any of our rental homes! WOW! Above & Beyond did not disappoint. I inherited a pool with an aging, painted plaster and needed to resurface it. Along with that I needed to add a couple features for accessibility (handrail, a new small step). After getting multiple quotes, I selected A&B. Cost was right where it needed to be. There were other companies that were comparable in cost (and others that were significantly more!), but no one that came even remotely close to the level of customer service from A&B. They were exceptionally responsive - from the initial request for quotation through every step of the project. Scott worked with me to ensure the project was scoped appropriately and would meet my needs in the best way possible. Kevin was always available for questions, reached out proactively as we were coming up on next steps and milestones, ensured the project stayed on track, and was onsite regularly to validate that it was done with highest quality. He worried so I didn't have to. That's true customer obsession. I also had a lot of fun visiting the showroom to picking out the new surface and tile; there were a lot of options for both tile and surface, so I was able to pick something I actually LIKED and suited my style, not just something that was the "best option" from a limited stock lineup of materials. On the back end, the office staff was equally as responsive with the billing and communications. All the way around, fantastic staff and outstanding job on the remodel, at the right price point. I'm already thinking about future upgrades (e.g., decking, water features), and will be sure to call them when I'm ready. It was a great experience and I couldn't be happier! Just signing on to write a comment to Ms. Nichols comments on our business. We went into contract with Ms. Nichols and she secured her date with a deposit. We gave her a schedule as to when we were going to start her project. As we neared closer I made contact with Ms. Nichols to ensure her that we WERE still on schedule. During that conversation she got very angry and began to shout at me and at one point threatened to pull her project from us. Understand folks at this point we HAVEN'T even started Ms. Nichols project. I tried to speak to Ms. Nichols reasonably and even offered to give her a dinner voucher for whatever inconvenience she felt she had been caused up to this point. She said she could buy her own dinner and continued to shout. At that point she insulted me personally and continued to "name call" I respectfully and calmly informed Ms. Nichols that we would be canceling her project and over night ing her deposit to her. In fact not only did we send Ms. Nichols her money back we also threw in an additional $100.00 for whatever troubles she felt she incurred. All in all folks our goal here at Above & Beyond Pool Remodeling is to remodel swimming pools to the best of our ability and to provide our customers with exceptional customer service along the way. When a customer does not want to do business with us for whatever reason and or we are not the right fit, we will gladly give them their money back with no questions asked. Had pool interior surface, tile, and decking all replaced/remodeled by ABB in September 2022. Everyone from the front office staff who was friendly and kind even when I was considering switching tiles at the last minute - shout out Denise, thanks! They handled all of our questions well, gave us good guidance for options to pick (our priority was durability and kid safety), and helped me understand the entire process at a technical level which I appreciate as a person who likes details. Kyle was our assigned superintendent and he was FANTASTIC! He communicated ahead of time for any crews that were coming over, what they would be doing, and to let him know if anything didn't go as planned (everything went pretty much perfectly as planned). He was very friendly and even at one point said "we won't stop working on it until you're happy with it and approve it" - great service. All of the different crews were professional, respectful, cleaned up messes, and were even friendly all the way from the person draining the pool to the person finishing up the last portions of the deck (shout out Hernon and Jose!). I had a few questions/issues I raised and Kyle 100% handled anything I threw at him with grace and good service. It was 3.5 weeks from the day it was drained to the day I put the fence back up around the pool. This entire process was so smooth that I'm still blown away. We absolutely love our pool and they are just great!!!! We needed to remodel our 1984 pool and patio and reached out to multiple companies for estimates. We were surprised how hard it was to get some companies to return our call or show up to the house to provide a quote. Above and Beyond lived up to their name. They returned our call immediately and the appointment was scheduled at our OUR earliest convenience. Troy provided excellent feedback for our project and was very prompt in getting us a quote. We got quotes from several companies as this was a major investment for us. Above and Beyond's pricing was easy to understand and well below other companies recommended to us. From start to finish every person was professional and wonderful to deal with on the project. All of the crews have been with the company for awhile and you could tell they enjoyed working for the company. Their work was very professional and they left the job site clean every day. The front office kept us informed of the work schedule and they were ALWAYS on time. We went into this remodel nervous because of the cost, amount of work that needed to be done and stories we heard from friends who hired other companies. Above and Beyond exceeded all of our expectations. They told us the project would take a little over two weeks. They finished in exactly two weeks. Above & Beyond has gone above and beyond! What an amazing company! Everything was so easy and seamless! We hired Above & Beyond to resurface our pool and replace our decking. Our first contact was with Mike Koenig, our sales rep. Mike was professional and answered all our questions, was available and knowledgeable. Mike even shared he has been on the construction side as well. We were sold! Ray, our site manager, was so kind to send us regular update photos since we live out of the state. What a comfort to us to get photos of the entire process. We could see how hard the entire crew was working and all the progress they made. Denise, our favorite gal in the office! Denise helped us in so, so many ways from helping us select the tile and pebbletec color, to answering a number of questions along the way, as well as keeping us posted on what stage of the remodel would come next and what to expect. My wife and I just recently had some remodeling of our pool done that included travertine on our patio and abutting to the existing pool deck; sanding and applying acrylic lace to the existing pool deck; and leveling a rounded lip to which travertine was also applied. Michael was very open during our initial conversations and supplied several different samples of the products he uses for us to choose from. We also had a small re-bar leak in our pebble tech pool which we wanted repaired. Michael suggested that we place a mosaic figure in the spot where the repair was to take place as it would be difficult to get an exact match between the new pebble tech and the existing surface. This turned out to be an excellent idea and it work well as we now have a sea turtle imbedded in our pool floor. Our pool and patio area look wonderful now. The work was professional, we had great communication throughout the project and the cost was about $1K less that other bids. WE were told it would take 3-4 weeks to complete which it did. I am thankful for there was no rush on part of the crew to get done quickly. I recommend this company for similar pool work. read more

I was very pleased with all aspects of my experience with Above and Beyond Pool Remodeling. I used them for a remodel of an aging pool. The work included removing the old rolled bond beam pebble tec, removal and re-application of pebble tec, modifying a spa area to a baja step, and rework of all the plumbing including cancellation of old pop-ups and repair of a vac line. The work also included resurfacing of decking and application of tile/decking to the previous bond beam areas. The design person who assisted with tile/color choices was very knowledgeable, helpful, and was a great help in making selections. Alfredo was the sales consultant and foreman. He was very helpful in walking me through the process and making recommendations. The man knows his stuff. He did an excellent job communicating through the whole process, kept me apprised of all steps of the job, and was always available for questions. The crews were excellent, and all did fantastic work. The one hiccup of the job was a vac line that did not work properly, but the company was quick to remedy and got everything running perfectly. What can I say, this company truly lives up to their name by going above and beyond. As someone who is very attentive to detail, it is really refreshing to find a contractor that takes such pride in their work. We hired them to remodel our pool, which included removal of the old plaster, tile, PebbleTec, new lighting and electrical, addition of a dedicated vacuum line for a pool sweeper and new railings for both the pool and in ground hot tub. Not only were they extremely attentive to detail with their work, but they were very organized with the process, communicated well and completed the work within a couple weeks. They also cleaned up the job site thoroughly and were responsive to minor issues that arose with ease. In fact, they even repainted the pool deck because some of the PebbleTec got on the surface by mistake. We did not even have to point this out to them. They helped us through the selection of materials, which resulted in a beautiful finished product you can see in the attached photos. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. We recently had the deep end of our pool raised, new interior and cool deck replaced and repaired by Above & Beyond Pool Remodeling. We had several quotes and visits from several companies, but the attention to detail and service was overwhelmingly the very best from Above & Beyond. They kept us aware of ever step and exceeded our expectations in all areas. We had the pool remodeled years ago (by another company) and were never happy with the results, but Above & Beyond has given us a pool that makes us proud to own and use. Ray was our contact for the majority of the remodel (with Kyle our original contact). Both men were true professionals, listening to what we wanted and making suggestions when needed. We hired Above & Beyond to resurface our pool and were blown away by the entire experience. The level of service was top notch from the moment we first contacted them for a quote all the way to the final walk through. They were great at communicating what was to be done at each phase of the project. Their crew showed up, got the work done and each phase was followed up by a visit with our project manager, Matt, to walk through what had been done and what was next. On one walk through, he discovered a crack in our skimmer that had been causing a serious water leak. We knew we were losing water every month due to an increasing water bill but this crack was something we would have never discovered without his help. They quickly arranged for the work to be done to fix this and got the rest of the project right back up to speed once the repair was made. We are incredibly grateful that Matt found the issue and appreciate and we are equally grateful to have found Above & Beyond. So we had Above and Beyond redo our pool about a year and a half ago during the summer while we were gone. Michael and his crew were great, never had a worry about the work even though Michael would send pictures to us frequently to show the progress. We absolutely loved the finished product. This year we noticed that some of the tiles were beginning to chip off, from the finish above the waterline, not very many, a dozen or less, but they did not look very good. I called Michael,who then called the seller of the tiles who got ahold of the manufacturer of the tiles. Long story short, Michael and Above and Beyond took care of the entire process , even though the tile companies did not participate in the warranty, including emptying the pool and restarting it with the salt. Another fabulous job and commitment from this company and as far as I am concerned, their is no need to look elsewhere, this is old style commitment from an honest, hard working man and his company. Not only does Above & Beyond Pool Remodeling do EXCELLENT work they go the extra mile with customer service, expert craftsmanship, and professionalism. We recently had our pool cool deck redone and had our covered patio concrete decorated as flagstone and both look STELLAR... We had used Above & Beyond's services last Spring (April 2015) when we had to get our pool resurfaced and we also splurged and had a baja shelf created for lounging. Today we did the walk-through on our pool that was just completely remodeled by Above and Beyond. We now have a beautiful pool where there once was an ugly pool. We had a large project that included several areas of work. Each part of the project was completed on time and by professional people. Every person that worked on our pool was helpful, as we asked many questions at each stage. Above and Beyond made sure they communicated with us to let us know when someone was coming and what part of the project would be worked on. My wife and I spent 6 months searching companies to do our complete pool and backyard re-model. Fernando our representative was always on time for appointments, responded quickly, and exhibited an extreme amount of professionalism. He is why we chose Above and Beyond Pools. Once we sign the contract Christina immediately e-mail a schedule of events starting with the draining of the pool. Again as with Fernando, Christina keep us updated by e-mail, responded to question and concerns swiftly. We had the entire pool decking area covered in Travertine tile, new pebble tech interior, water feature and a large planter wall across our back wall. The quality of materials and workmanship is extraordinary. The workmen always showed up on time, were extremely friendly, and worked very hard. He is extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Fernando is an absolute treasure. He was hands on from beginning to end. Any questions, he was there asap to address. I contracted with Above and Beyond Pool Remodeling to chip out my old plaster pool, add a baja step, and give a pebble sheen finish, as well as add trim and step tile. From the initial meeting with Michael Sandoval (the owner) to the final walk-through, the process was extremely smooth, as well as structured. The most important thing to me as a consumer in any type of project that I undertake is that what is promised to me actual occurs. When dealing with Michael, everything that he told me happened and happened at the time promised. I would also receive emails from Above and Beyond throughout the project updating me on what the next steps would be. I never had to call Above and Beyond to ask where the team was on a particular day, or what the status of my project was. I was constantly kept in the know. A couple weeks after the start of the project, I have an amazing pool. After calling and setting up an appointment, David Newland came out the next day with a detailed folder that included both packages. I confirmed that I wanted the $34,750 option, and asked him to send me a quote based on that package after measuring my backyard. I understood there would be some additional costs, such as excavation and fees for limited access through a standard residential gate that 99% of homes have which roughly adds 1-2k max. However, the final quote came in at $47,000--far exceeding the advertised package price. In my view, this felt like false advertising and was a major waste of time. I strongly encourage others to be cautious and do their research before committing. My experience was disappointing.be prepared to see a quotes 8-12k more than their advertised numbers .i do have photos of advertised pricing .

Their stone mason (Jacob), and his crew were nothing short of amazing. Ours was a complicated, multi level project and it came out perfectly. Our experience with AZ Creative Services has been extremely disappointing…read more We hired AZ Creative Services to repair our pool deck because their salesperson, Nick, assured us they could also solve our drainage issues and claimed they "had an expert." Instead of providing a proper drainage solution, they drilled holes at the base of our home. Afterward, our pool deck began to swell, creating additional problems that we then had to address. When their crew later returned because the pool deck they had installed was already chipping, they used our garden hose during the repair. When they left, they failed to turn off the hose spigot, leaving the water running. At some point, the hose burst, allowing water to run unchecked for an extended period. The water flooded the side of our house and eventually entered our home, causing significant damage. In addition, the crew left a mess of pool deck material on our property, adding to the damage and cleanup we were forced to deal with after they left. We immediately notified AZ Creative Services, and Nick personally came to inspect the damage. At that time, the company waived our repair charges, leading us to believe they accepted responsibility for what had happened. To minimize further damage, we filed a claim with our homeowner's insurance so repairs could begin immediately. Now, more than a year later, our insurance company is seeking reimbursement for the damages, and AZ Creative Services is denying any responsibility. Their complete reversal has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We hired this company expecting quality workmanship, honest communication, and accountability. Instead, we were left with unresolved drainage issues, a damaged pool deck, water damage to our home, damage to our property, and a company that refuses to stand behind its work or take responsibility for its mistakes. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend AZ Creative Services. If you're considering hiring them, I strongly encourage you to think twice before trusting them with your home. Run!!

Overall picture of pool and the brick on the hot tub overflow…read more The main point is the overflow from the hot tub. I selected the brick as I thought it would look good. After install there were supposed to be some stainless steel inserts on the sides of the overflow to keep the water directed into the pool and not running off to the sides. They didn't install and "J" said later if I wanted them they would put them on. The water did run off to the sides and I chose to leave it as at that time the chlorinated brick was not noticeable The problem, which would have been nice as a warning as this was my first pool, was the bleaching and color distortion on the brick. The brick keeps on shaving/chipping off into the pool which is a pain. And if you see the closeup pictures you can see how bad the bleaching is. I want to have the brick pulled off and replace with tile. Called and told "B" the issue and left a message for Kevin at Caribbean pools on February 24, 2026 to see if they could do it at a discount and I pay for some of it. No call back even to discuss. You would think with all their "extensive" pool experience, they would have warned me about the brick looking bad after a couple years, I would have gone with tile, which is easier to clean and it would not be falling into the pool constantly. Even during the construction, it took him forever to get crews out here and I had to call quite a few times and then when the company came over to get the pool turned on, it wouldn't work. Turns out the electrician, that Caribbean used, didn't even hook up the wiring to the controls. So luckily, there was a person that didn't have anything going on that Saturday and he came out. And he had to put three wires in about ten feet long each, or so, they get to pool started. Pool was finally operational on April 6, 2021. I had to constantly call and harp on them, to get crews out here and do the work, and then they couldn't even get it started.The brick looks like garbage now so I wouldn't recommend them if they can't even give me straight forward advice or even call me to talk to me about this, give me a little discount or something.
