Perhaps the best locksmith in the state. He did what most other locksmiths said they couldn't. Cheaper than other quotes and much cheaper than having duplicate keys made at the dealer. He keyed and programmed several transponder keys for my Jaguar. It's a complicated key to duplicate and program, and most locksmiths won't touch it, or don't have the equipment to do it. I would recommend Mr. Jason Kwak without hesitation. He is honest, dependable, knowledgeable, conscientious, and very hardworking. I needed a spare remote and key for a used vehicle I had recently acquired. The dealer quoted me $800+ for a remote and key and $400+ for a plain key without remote. So I went onto Yelp to find a locksmith. I saw the great reviews for Jason. I contacted him and he responded within an hour or two. He quoted me far, far less than what the dealer was charging. Although some issues came up with my particular type of vehicle that necessitated Jason spending longer on the job than he'd originally anticipated, and making more than one trip to my place to complete the job (parts needed to be ordered from online), he honored the amount he quoted me; he didn't try to raise the price (even though, in reality, he probably lost money on this particular job or barely broke even). This is my first time calling a locksmith to get my remote key replaced. I have a Mazda 2 and lost my key somewhere at work. I came home and googled with a hope of getting some good advice. Saw ABCO on Yelp, called and met with Jason at night time on the same day. Jason provided great, responsive service. I called him about getting a spare remote for my Honda CRV and he arrived at my home within 4 hours on a Saturday. He was professional, quick and kind. He asked me to try the key myself to assure that all of the functions worked, and he also had his name (ABCO) stamped on the key so I would know it was the key he made (vs. the original that I already had). A few months ago, my extra keys were stolen so I had another lock guy come make a spare Not only did he say he could not program a new remote (using the same key Jason used!), but the spare was only good for locking and unlocking, as well as starting the engine. The car was at my residence and he said that he would be there by a certain time - in about 30 minutes. Well - he arrived just about 15 minutes later. Jason worked on my car today, making me two backup keys. He was at the location early, and waited for me to arrive. He was polite, personable, and honest. He told me my keys were difficult to duplicate, and he may not have the correct blanks. If he did, they may cost $100 more than quoted. (BTW, his original quote was less than other locksmiths I called, but I chose him because of his excellent Yelp reviews - and that he was funny!) He worked on the car, and was able to make the keys. He showed me that they worked in the locks and the ignition, and he didn't charge the extra $100 that I had OK'd. AWESOME! He could easily have asked for more, but he was honest enough not to do it. When he was through, I told him my only disappointment was that I expected him to be funny, and he was working too hard on my keys to share his humor. I was referred to Jason Kwak by another locksmith, which to me speaks well for him. I was having problems with the ignition lock on my 2003 Honda Pilot. The Honda dealership wanted to replace the entire ignition which would have cost me about $600 dollars. Jason was able to fix my car and cut me a new key for about $260. Not only was the quality of his work excellent, he showed up to our appointment early and got to work immediately. From the start I had the impression that he's encountered this type of problem before and that he knew what he was doing. He was courteous, professional, honest and took the time to explain to me what he was doing. On top of all that, he saved me a couple hundred dollars.
