i have owned numerous homes and purchased furniture in various stores. i have never encountered such magnificent, professional, cordial, kind help and fair prices!! this store has salesman that are genuine, real effort to help and please!! devante watkins, and ali were helpful and patient beyond any expectations. we ended up buying every piece of furniture and appliances for our newly purchased home. we very highly recommend this most wonderful store. ali even offered to drive us home instead of cab at no charge and both men went out of their way to help my deaf son pick furniture and appliances to suit his needs. thank you abc!! read more

I purchased a 43" TV from a great salesperson named Adam. When I got home we took it out of the box and set it on the TV table to be mounted at a later date. With the holidays I had to wait for my electrician to become available. It was never used, never plugged in. When we got it mounted and plugged in, it was obvious it was broken, no picture. It looked fine, so problem was internal. I took it back to ABC and they refused to do anything because I did not have the BOX. I had my receipt & the TV but no box. I am now out $500 and have no TV. They offered NOTHING!! Poor Adam, he tried hard, but management refused to work with me. Now, manager said, if you can retrieve the box we can help you. WTF, a box makes it all right? I have returned all additional items I purchased there and will never enter that store again. Anyone have an extra box? read more

Not everything is the "closest thing to wholesale" and also be cautious as to whether the item you are looking at is the most recent model in its product line (if that matters to you). I like ABC Warehouse for a couple of reasons - they will work with you on most pricier gadgets in either matching the price with another retailer or even just coming down on the price - this is because employees work based on commission, so if you find an HDTV listed at $2227, do your due diligence in researching what it lists for online and ask them to come down on the price. I was able to snag my DLP here for about $300 under the listed price tag and the price was the same as the TV was listed on Buy.Com for (which is nice seeing as I can take my TV straight home from ABC versus waiting anxiously for it to ship). I recommend ABC Warehouse to some extent but like I said it is not always the best deal and neither do they always refresh the model in their product lines in real time. read more

I bought several items (thousands of $$) from ABC warehouse and after today's incident with one of their vacuums sales rep (cathryn), I don't think this will be my store of preference anymore. They have price match policy with local stores, but instead of finding a solution to help the customer, they were looking (including their store GM) for an excuse not to honor the price match. This was my frustrating experience with this store and not my choice anymore. read more

Decided to return the machine and was told that they do not take returns. It was sold broken and has had numerous problems once "fixed." An utter waste of $400 dollars. I spoke to my salesperson, Tony, on the phone who informed me that they do not stand behind their products- he likened it to buying a car and discovering the next day it won't work. They wouldn't take it back, why should they? They are they absolute worst people to deal with. Avoid at all costs. read more

I was debating on whether or not to give this 2 or 3 stars but opted for 3 because the store was in a decent location and was clean. Was not really impressed with the inside of the store. Was really packed to the gills with merchandise. We were specifically looking for a microwave and a freezer. We had been victims of the August flooding and lost quite a few appliances in our basement. So, we deliberately waited for a few months to replace these items as we knew there was a huge demand for replacement appliances in this area. Was not happy with the microwave selection at all. Who really wants a "refurbished" microwave? Not me. There were only one or two larger family size microwaves available and none of them were in stock. Saw a decently priced freezer but they only had the floor model available and were budging very much on the price. $50 off? No, this appliance was a bit dirty and I could see a scratch or two. Might have taken it if they were willing to discount a little further. Ended up taking our business over to Sears next door. I don't think I will be returning to the store, just too packed and seemed to be out of stock on everything. read more

do yourself a favor-do not go to abc warehouse for anything!!! they are crooks-they sell junk appliances at high prices! their service department is unprofessional and does not care about you or your appliances!! i have spent a lot of money, over ten thousand dollars puchasing a full kitchen suite of so-called high end appliances! they were all junk! called the service department where i purchased a very expensive warranty- they were just as bad!! unprofessional-non caring about you! the person that i spoke with was screaming at me when i was trying to tell her about all the problems we have had with the appliances ! don't call their management-they do not care either!! they blow smoke up your butt and do nothing! i am totally disgusted with them and the money that i wasted! go to a professional store like lowes or home depot!! read more

I purchased a DVR from them because the price beat everyone else and I remember having purchased from them before, many years ago, and did not remember having any problems, but this purchase was price driven. I wanted two of these machines but putting caution first I ordered the one, after all they were in Michigan and I in California. And delivery and postage paid -- I know, I know, that is really in the price of the item, but in this case, their price for this machine was very, very fair. The DVR arrived in about 4 days - FedX. The DVR worked great so I ordered another one. It too came in about 4 days, then I had a problem -- one of the DVR DVD tray began to malfunction. I called and was given a return shipping label to print out -- did not expect that. I returned the DVR expecting a long wait but in about a week a new one was at my door -- now that is service. The young lady I spoke with was cordial and I was not left hanging on hold, another thing I was prepared to endure, but no, hardly any waiting at all, I called about this problem and a real person picked up the phone, issued me a return shipping label and around 7 days later, from the time I dropped it off at UPS to the time I had a replacement via FedX - I repeat, that is real, home grown service. Thank you ABC. I might add, I buy a lot from Amazon and have found, over the last couple of years, that their pricing is not always the best, in fact, local shops are competitively priced. Now I use Amazon Prime for the Movies and shipping and for items hard to find, like this DVR. Everything is about experiences these days -- so, my experience with ABC is 5 star worthy. read more

I just had a good and bad experience with ABC Warehouse in Canton, MI. I will start with the good experience I had. Larry Reid may be the best salesperson I've ever met in my life. I have encountered many, many salespeople in my life. I am 52 so I've been around. I was referred to see Larry and I have thanked my buddy who referred me to him about 10 times over the past 3 days!! Larry is very down to earth and gave me an AWESOME deal on a new stove, (saved me like $300.00), a new microwave saved me a boatload, and a new dishwasher..... Also bought a new TV and a new computer. I didn't even have to ask for a deal he just said hey this is what I can do for you. I was so impressed I bought him 4 burgers and 2 French fries from Vinnies Hamburgers on Michigan Ave in Canton when he was on his way home from work. My thought was hey this dude just saved me like $800.00 or more maybe I can spring for his little meal!! OK now the bad part. Went in the day before I bought all this fine stuff and asked for Larry as he was supposed to be working until 8pm but snuck out a little early so I got the pleasure of having Mike Webb wait on me. Mike is a douche bag. Charged me full retail on a refrigerator as we needed it ASAP. Larry said he would have hooked me up big time on the frig too and when I asked for him Mike should have given us a better deal. Mike can bite my azz..... You dork..... I did however check the on-line price for the frig when I got home from being hosed by Mike only to find it on-line for $130.00 less. When I mentioned this to Larry he had the girl in the office refund my $130.00.... Larry I will be glad to buy you Outback next time my new friend!!! However public be warned when shopping ABC Warehouse in Canton, Mi avoid Mike at all costs as I think he rather enjoys screwing his customers!!! read more

My salesperson akas was very useful.I arrived in on a tight budget being a solitary mother, and rather than obtaining a sub regular not too excellent washing machine, I bought a better a single by them knocking away the cost of an additional a bit and I'm extremely pleased with the way i was taken care of.
