I can see why folks like to come here. Brandon is extremely warm, friendly, informative, patient and super helpful. The store is simple and clean, reminds me of an Apple store. Who knew. You can come to a store and clean for free. :) Brandon let me try out several different vacuums to see the difference of the suction and how to utilize them. I love the animal vacuums the best. The purple one has 310 suction power, it's $499. The animal version has a small adapter for the couch. I think you could use a hose for the couch as well. The more expensive animal version is $599, it comes with even more attachment pieces. The bigger and newer version of my yellow one is $399. It has 270 powers of suction. If you grab the registration off of your existing Dyson, which is behind the filter canister. You can use the serial number to get a 20% discount off of your next Dyson. read more

Drove 30 Minutes to come with my Dyson hairdryer for an issue of it randomly shutting off while in use. I called ahead, did my homework and was told to do it this way as they would quickly assess it and then give us choices (to leave for repair etc) from there. "No appointment needed and will only take them a few minutes" We get there 15 minutes prior to closing. Stephen asked to sign in... so we went through all the steps of entering serial numbers, personal info, yada yada yada, finally done and we sit down. A few minutes later the worker, Stephen, asks what we need (I'm thinking hello we just filled everything out). As I begun speaking and reexplaining the issue, he told me he could not assess because he had "10 other machines he had to repair" (without one customer in the store waiting for one). Such a line of BS. After leaving, I turned around and returned and asked him again to please assess this as this was a much different conversation than I had on the phone prior to coming. He says, "I can't, it will take me 7 minutes to do the test". I look at my watch and it's now 4:52. I ask "can you please just run it and then I can leave it for a repair if needed". He said no, your only option is to leave it until Tuesday to be assessed (it's now Saturday). Horrible BS service. These type of workers should be fired. If I owned this place I'd be pissed with a worker such as Stephen. read more

Brandon was helpful and understood my concerns. I've visited the service center a couple of times. Each person I've dealt with has provided friendly and knowledgeable service. I wish they had more than one service center, but well worth the drive if needed. I am old school I appreciate having being able to have a place to go and a person to speak with who understands their products. read more

I'm giving this spot 5 stars based solely on my experience with Brandon. Helpful and kind. Professional. However I have to mention, there's another man there that I've talked to several times (never grabbed his name but I will next time I see him) He couldn't be more rude, short, snappy and has a nasty attitude overall. If it wasn't for my pleasant experience with Brandon I would dread coming in here because the other employee is a life sucker. Alas, dyson fixed my issue and replaced a charger free of cost. I discovered one of my brush rollers stopped working due to a broken knob that moves the brush heads. I was in year 4 of the standard 5 year warranty and I chatted online with a Dyson customer representative to find out this is considered wear and tear and would NOT be covered under warranty. The entire Brushbar motor housing (967039-01) needed to be replaced for $63! I was definitely not pleased with this since vacuums that I have had in the past used belts that would occasionally break but would only cost a few dollars to replace. I requested to escalate the issue but the CSR indicated that if I took it to this service center, they SHOULD be able to handle at no-charge as a one-time courtesy - but no guarantees. So I went to the service center today expecting to have a tough time arguing why this should be covered under the warranty. What a great surprise, Anthony quickly looked at it and said that he could get it fixed in 5-10 minutes. He not only replaced the Brushbar motor housing but also replaced the cracked filter handle (which I didn't even know was cracked). He then answered my questions on maintaining the filters and making the best use of the hose attachment. Five Stars for quick and professional service - thank you Anthony! read more

I have only had to repair my upright Dyson vacuum cleaner once and truthfully I thought this process would be long and painful and costly. I was so wrong! Heading over to the Dyson store, I was overly excited to check out the inventory and potentially purchase a vacuum I had my eye on for months. Unfortunately, I was taken back by the customer service. I felt unwelcome from the moment I entered. The employee helping me was short- tempered, disengaging, and did not seem willing to help me find what I was looking for. I am a big fan of the Dyson product line-up and their 5 Year warranty that comes with the purchase of everyone of their Vacuums. The vacuums without a doubt provide the best suction/cleaning ability I have ever seen especially for homes that have animals with shedding hair. On this particular trip I brought my 3 year old "heavily" used Dyson in for service when I was told my motor was shot. As they were out of stock for these motors at this time with a 6 week back order status, the store/chain on their own decided to ship us a brand new Vacuum to our house with 3 day promised delivery at no charge. Wow, I couldn't believe it and am impressed beyond words at how this company stands behind their product. Well done Dyson! During this visit the store rep was very friendly and quick to inspect/diagnosed my vacuum issue getting back to me in less than 15 minutes with the issue and plan to resolve. This is absolutely superb customer service. Relative to the usage profile of my machine, we are literally the one percentile heavy duty use customer where we literally vacuum once to twice every day based on how much my two dogs shed. My vacuum literally looked like it had fallen off a cliff where the customer rep did not argue it had been abused or poorly maintained but simply stood by their warranty with a smile on his face reassuring me they would take care of the issue. In an era of shoddy products with short warranty periods it is so refreshing to see a Manufacturer that stands behind their products the way Dyson does. If I could could have given 10 stars for this review I would have as I am a fan for life of Dyson. read more

Still really loving Dyson and this store! Many more goodies later and I am still a happy camper about the products. One of the things that is truly a bit of a life changer is the air purifier.. For somebody whom has the unfortunate combination of cats and cat related allergies this thing is pretty awesome. Aside from purifying the air and removing allergens, the other benefit is that it removes odors.. whether it is litterbox or a particularly garlicky lasagna in the oven. Going back to cats and allergies, I really like my Cinetic Big Ball Animal. It is the pull along one because the upright cannister one was a little heavy on my wrist to push and pull. The funny thing is, if it topples over it self rights itself back up.. it is the little things in life that amuse me, haha. Service at this store is phenomenal, Brandon is really great! I recently had a clog in the head of my vacuum but it was up too high to get it out so he just replaced it for me with a new one. The center seems to be staffed by only one person. This means that you shouldn't be surprised to be greeted by a sign in the door that says back soon. Or have to wait when the sole employee help someone else. I had to wait twice on the same day for the sole employee to return when the store was locked when I expected it to be open. read more

Great experience here on 6/14/19 I didn't get the service guys name but he was wonderful! I never even knew this place existed but after calling the 800 number discussing the issues with my vacuum she set me up with an appointment to come here to resolve them and the repair guy went over and beyond what I was expecting. I also found out you get a lifetime annual check for your vacuum once the warranty is over as well. There were 2 vacuums before mine and he quoted me an hour and a half to pick mine up but he would call before hand, he did exactly that and even carried the vacuum out to my car since my son fell asleep right as we were pulling up, truly went over and beyond! If you are having issues with your vacuum definitely go here! Great service! read more

My two year old is obsessed with vacuums, so he was very excited to learn there was a vacuum store in our area and has been asking me every day to take him there to test them out. The manager, Brandon, and his colleague, Steven, could not have been more understanding, kind, helpful, and generous. My son spent about an hour and a half in the store, vacuuming the showroom and examining the attachments... and then he asked to go back and do it all over again the next day! Brandon recognized his passion by sharing a toy vacuum cleaner with him, which is what he uses now when we can't be in the actual store. This was an incredible gesture! In our time in the store, I have also had the chance to observe many of Brandon and Steven's interactions with customers. They are knowledgeable and patient and put their customers at ease. I can't speak highly enough of them. My wife and I are so grateful to the two of them and look forward to buying a vacuum cleaner at this location when we move into our new home later this fall. read more

Service is simply not good. My vaccum makes a strange noise and they don't seem to know what it is. I have taken for service a couple of times and still not good. It makes me think Dyson is not a good manufacturer. I will try some other brand instead. Disappointing read more

I purchased a vacuum on line and was so unhappy with it and am sending it back. So I decided to get my old Dyson repaired after 15 years. When I got there I looked at the new models. Brandon spent a lot of time going over what I wanted while I tried a lot of their machines. When all was said and done I traded my old one for a brand new one with a discount !!!! WOW! Let me start by saying I am a customer service snob. I work in customer service and because of that I have very high expectations of what a great experience should look like. Those expectations were exceeded today! I went into the Dyson store today to research and potentially buy an air purifier or humidifier. I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome. Brandon was the associate who was helping me and he was so patient with all of my questions (and trust me- I had a lot!) he helped me narrow down my search to an air purifier for my new apartment where the air is very stuffy and was irritating my asthma. Brandon did not try to upswell me or rush me out the door. He probed to find out my needs and presented the best solution! Which actually ended up not being the most expensive, I was very pleased by this. After helping me purchase my air purifier I had questions about the Dyson hair dryer. Brandon spent another 10 minutes showing me all of the features, and teaching me how to use the device. Before leaving he made sure I knew of my two year warranty and the awesome return policy. I purchased my Dyson vacuum a couple years ago that I can't remember. Got something broken around the brush area one day. Tried to call this place and see if I got luck that it can get fixed instead of buying a new one. It was probably Anthony the manger picked up the phone and asked me the model and told me in surprise that "Just bring it over and we will take care of it since this model is still under warranty". I was so happy of course and I stopped by the service shop today. Anthony the manager took my vacuum right Away and said if I want to wait for 20mins I was like WOW that was so smooth. And even crazier, he brought me back literally just in 10 mins with a totally brand new head with new brush everything instead of fixing.. TBH i was been so surprised about their service and all I have to say is amazing and thank you. Sometimes when you pay a lot but can't GRE what it's worth, but when dyson charges you this certain high price it really gives you the good products and great after service I think it's worthy to pay that much! They service center used to be amazing! Now you will get yelled at and talked down to for not having your ticket when picking up your machine, because apparently going forward, you can't get your vacuum back. Email invoice and DL isn't sufficient- so strange. read more

Buying a Dyson you expect nothing but the best. My Vacuum had some issues so I called dyson themselves and it was under warranty. Having to drive 30 mins to take it to get serviced was another inconvenience, but when I arrived I was greeted with a warm Welcome by Brandon. This was the most amazing experience in customer service I ever have a gotten in my life! Brandon, the customer service representative, was very knowledgeable, kind, attentive and pleasant to interact with about my broken vacuum cleaner. Not only he answered all my questions but he allowed me to record a video on how to take my vacuum cleaner apart in order to clean it. I can't recommend enough this place! UPDATE - I was contacted immediately by the owner to make this situation correct. Brad was great and is going to make sure that the staff will correct its customer service policies. So far, so good. Took my Dyson in for the free health check. My husband dropped it off and then picked it up the next day. The man gave him so one else vacuum and he did not notice since he does not use the vacuum. When I called to inquire if my vacuum was still there (it is a 25 minute drive one-way) the man that answered the phone blamed it on my husband. Bad customer service. When I did drive all the way back to pick up the correct vacuum the first thing out of the employees mouth was that "we had a temporary worker" and it was his mistake. Again, bad customer service. They really need to train their employees much better. The machine was dirty when I picked it up and they suggest I buy a new filter. It would have been nice if they acknowledge their mistake and took the time to clean the vacuum and replace the filter. read more

One of the worst service repair experiences I have ever had. I've dealt with 6 or 7 different repair technicians over the past 10 days. Each of them has different instructions - when I respond to their emails, I am transferred to someone else with new ideas. All of this for a simple trouble shoot on a batter that won't hold a charge.
