    I can see why folks like to come here. Brandon is extremely warm, friendly, informative, patient and super helpful. The store is simple and clean, reminds me of an Apple store. Who knew. You can come to a store and clean for free. :) Brandon let me try out several different vacuums to see the difference of the suction and how to utilize them. I love the animal vacuums the best. The purple one has 310 suction power, it's $499. The animal version has a small adapter for the couch. I think you could use a hose for the couch as well. The more expensive animal version is $599, it comes with even more attachment pieces. The bigger and newer version of my yellow one is $399. It has 270 powers of suction. If you grab the registration off of your existing Dyson, which is behind the filter canister. You can use the serial number to get a 20% discount off of your next Dyson.

    I am a big fan of the Dyson product line-up and their 5 Year warranty that comes with the purchase of everyone of their Vacuums. The vacuums without a doubt provide the best suction/cleaning ability I have ever seen especially for homes that have animals with shedding hair. On this particular trip I brought my 3 year old "heavily" used Dyson in for service when I was told my motor was shot. As they were out of stock for these motors at this time with a 6 week back order status, the store/chain on their own decided to ship us a brand new Vacuum to our house with 3 day promised delivery at no charge. Wow, I couldn't believe it and am impressed beyond words at how this company stands behind their product. Well done Dyson! During this visit the store rep was very friendly and quick to inspect/diagnosed my vacuum issue getting back to me in less than 15 minutes with the issue and plan to resolve. This is absolutely superb customer service. Relative to the usage profile of my machine, we are literally the one percentile heavy duty use customer where we literally vacuum once to twice every day based on how much my two dogs shed. My vacuum literally looked like it had fallen off a cliff where the customer rep did not argue it had been abused or poorly maintained but simply stood by their warranty with a smile on his face reassuring me they would take care of the issue. In an era of shoddy products with short warranty periods it is so refreshing to see a Manufacturer that stands behind their products the way Dyson does. If I could could have given 10 stars for this review I would have as I am a fan for life of Dyson.

    Still really loving Dyson and this store! Many more goodies later and I am still a happy camper about the products. One of the things that is truly a bit of a life changer is the air purifier.. For somebody whom has the unfortunate combination of cats and cat related allergies this thing is pretty awesome. Aside from purifying the air and removing allergens, the other benefit is that it removes odors.. whether it is litterbox or a particularly garlicky lasagna in the oven. Going back to cats and allergies, I really like my Cinetic Big Ball Animal. It is the pull along one because the upright cannister one was a little heavy on my wrist to push and pull. The funny thing is, if it topples over it self rights itself back up.. it is the little things in life that amuse me, haha. Service at this store is phenomenal, Brandon is really great! I recently had a clog in the head of my vacuum but it was up too high to get it out so he just replaced it for me with a new one. It is always a quick in and out with super friendly service.

    In and out in 10 minutes. Condos to Brandon!!! Only had to have a seal put into my V11. Brandon available and I was on my way.

    Just stopped in to get my new vac serviced. Anthony was awesome. Had us in and out within 5 minutes and the vac works like new.

We have been buying refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers, etc at John R Appliance for our rental properties for many years now. They are used appliances but they are all cleaned up, tested, and repaired if necessary and John R warrants them for 90 days. They also can arrange for delivery and can take away any previous appliance that is being replaced. In our experience the things we have bought have worked well and, since tenants can be hard on appliances, we don't feel the need to get new ones when used seems to be a better value. They have lower end to premium brands and the prices are in line with what you select, but not all that different. The guys there may look a little rough but they do know what they're doing and deliver good value, and they don't bite...at least so far.

Once it was installed I realized how much everything else needed to be replaced as well and didn't even look anywhere else because I knew these guys would save me a ton and they have the newest products that are still in store at HD and Lowe's. I bought a washer & dryer, dishwasher and stove. For this order I didn't even go to the store, I worked with Han via Facebook chat and paid over the phone. She showed me pictures and made sure we were getting everything we wanted, and for an amazing price. No way we could have afford all of that if it wasn't for this place. They are extremely reliable and professional which is such a relief compared to some of the reviews from other discount appliance places that had me worried. It's hard to see in the pictures if there are any scratches and dents visible so I'll share incase you're wondering and looking; there's none on any of the visible surfaces in my home, so no one would know. They were able to get me the right ones that the dent or scratch would face a wall no one would see. :) I also love that it's a small family business, they work so hard together and they're really genuine people. Such a nice change from Lowe's that you don't know who to contact or when they're showing up. They communicate the whole way and show up when they say they are.

    We purchased a stove and refrigerator from Noble Appliance on 8/13/24. They were severely damaged…read moreupon delivery and unable to be used. The promised repair never happened. I spoke with the owner (Jason) who proposed to give me a $900 credit if I would keep the appliances as is. We agreed. This agreement is documented in the dispute response from Noble Appliance. This all could have been avoided if they would have given me the $900 credit in a timely manner. I have repaired the appliances at my own cost. We made an agreement for a refund of $900 to my Citi card and these appliances will not be returned as the agreement was $900 and we keep appliances as is. On August 13, 2024, My wife and I decided to look at appliances at Noble Appliance. At first look the store is nothing like we expected. It was more like a flea market with dozens of broken appliances in rows with doors missing from refrigerators, drawers broken, and big dents everywhere. The appliances had pieces of painter's tape with various dates indicating various states of repair. Our salesman Vinny told us that they were the largest appliance seller in the Midwest and that if we purchased a damaged appliance, he would have new replacement parts installed in my home within a few days. Upon closer look I noticed two major dents in the freezer door, big dents in the rear of the refrigerator and bad scrape marks on the ornate handles. For the stove the ornate handles were scraped and there were several dents in the outside panels. The biggest damage was caused by the heavy cast iron cooking grates on top of the stove that were not secured during transport. These metal grates scraped and dented the entire top and front of the stove and broke the glass display. Also, the leveling feet on both appliances were smashed into the bottom frame of the appliance like they had been dropped. This made it impossible to level the appliance and raise the stove to counter height. Significant damage occurred between seeing the items in store and delivered. I called Vinny to express my concerns. He told me it would be no problem as Noble is the largest appliance dealer in the Midwest and he would order parts and have a service person come to our home to perform the repairs. After several weeks, dozens of calls, texts, and email messages our appliances could not be used, and no repair was in sight. I asked if Noble Appliance could replace the items. Vinny stated that this was not possible. I again stated my frustration, but Vinny insisted that all items would be repaired. Still we had no working stove or refrigerator. I told Vinny that I will be forced to dispute the charge on my credit card. I asked to speak with a manager. On September 18, 2024, I had a phone call with Vinny and the store owner named Jason. Despite the statements made by Vinny, Jason told me that the repairs would take time as they are a very small business. Jason proposed to immediately (see documentation) refund $900 to my credit card, provide a third-party repair warranty for three years for each item, and provide me with a new freezer door if we would accept the items as is. I did not know what else to do so I accepted his offer. At this time the appliances were just sitting in my house waiting to be repaired. About a week or so later I received a message that the replacement freezer door was available, and I could pick it up and get me refund. I drove to the store, and no one could find the drawer. After about 30 minutes Beth came out and found the door. It had a big dent right in the center. I asked about my refund, and she told me that it will take some more time. I told Beth that I had lost faith in Noble Appliance and since they would not refund the money as promised. Beth threatened to send someone to harass us and someone did come banging on our during working hours at least ten times. Beth also threatened to call the police. She did telling the sheriff I committed retail larceny. The officer was annoyed when I showed him the e-mail messages and damaged appliances. I went back home disappointed with no door and no refund. I went home and looked up Noble Appliance. There were several complaints similar to mine documented on BBB, Yelp, and Google reviews. Many never received their promised refund or repairs. I decided it was best to dispute this charge on my credit card. I only wanted to dispute the $900 refund I was promised and the $250 value of the warranty coverage if possible. The Citi customer person disputed the entire $1854 charge for the refrigerator. After being notified about the charge dispute Noble Appliance sent many threatening statements. The sent people to knock on my door, they lied and called the Sheriff and told them I stole the appliances, and they continue to harass us. What should have been a satisfying purchase has turned into a nightmare. In the end CitiBank did an investigation and refunded me $1854.
