This was our first visit to ABC Lobster Co., and I'm so glad we discovered it on Yelp! From start to finish, everything was fantastic. We were warmly greeted by our server, Amanda, who was incredibly friendly and helpful with the menu. She checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were enjoying our meal, excellent service! We started with the Pork Belly Deviled Eggs, and wow, just incredible. The pork belly was cooked to perfection. I'm pretty picky when it comes to pork belly, and this was top-notch. For the main course, we ordered the Chicken Salad Sandwich, and let me tell you, this was not your average chicken salad. It was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. I noticed they had Blackened Grouper listed as an entrée, but not as a sandwich. I asked if they could make it into one, and they happily accommodated. What I got was one of the best grouper sandwiches I've ever had, perfectly cooked fish on a brioche bun with spicy aioli, lettuce, and tomato. Seriously... OMG! You have to try it! Both meals came with fries, and their French Fries are nothing short of spectacular, crispy, seasoned just right, and totally addictive. Would I eat here again? No question...absolutely! This is a hidden gem. Located in an industrial area off of I-595 and 441. Little hard to find and you have to check in with security before you can enter the complex. John, the host and sever, is a fun guy and very helpful with the menu selection. The restaurant has a cool vibe interior with interesting art by Mo. I decided to check out the Thursday twin lobster tail special. Regularly $40. on special for $35. ABC Lobster Company features a wide selection seafood platters and oysters for $1. They also have a very reasonable lunch menu. Great place for a special occasion or an impressive date night. They also feature an extensive beer and wine selection. I was looking forward to a dinner with my family at ABC lobster but I was seriously underwhelmed. The food is just ok and the location is strange in an off the beaten path industrial park just north of the hard rock. We all had the single platter which included a small lobster tail and two jumbo shrimp and two stone crabs. The service was good, we sat outside and there is zero ambience. Basically looking at a parking lot. The platters come with nothing. Salads and sides are all extra. We ordered the giant pretzel to start and that was tasty - comes with a cheese sauce and a spicy mustard. For the price of our platters -$58 I was not impressed. The stone crabs were just ok and the mustard sauce was blah. The seafood seems fresh. The presentation is strange. They bring it on a metal tray of ice which starts to melt and turns to water. All in all if we are going to a dive for seafood then call it a dive and I'm good with that. But this place is trying to be upscale and it's not. Made it here on the last hour of their last day. My first visit sadly. The location is odd as GPS can't navigate to the entry gate but there was signage to direct you. The place was smaller than expected on the inside but nice cozy vibe. I sat at the bar which unfortunately was in the path of one of the portable coolers. Was too lazy to relocate outside I stayed put and fought the wind while I ate. I got a dozen oysters at their special dollar price and a Connecticut lobster roll with fries and slaw. Oysters were tasty but small. A few have some grit in the shell. The lobster roll looked small like regular hot dog bun size. As I ate it, it definitely was a good portion of pure lobster meat. Bun was nicely toasted. Fries were fine, nothing special. Claw was decent to balance the carbs. Service was good. All the employees were attentive and checked in on me. Prices were fair for lobster and as a special treat. Menu has the lobster marked as MP. My roll itself was $26.50 per receipt. If it were cheaper, I could easily see myself becoming a regular. Ordered a New England Clm Chowder and Lobster Roll. The chowder was creamy , flavorful, great taste and consistency loaded with clams and potatoes served piping hot. The lobster roll was good, decent size chunks of Lobster, small mayo, grilled bun. Very tasty and fresh. Coming from Boston I'm use to getting much bigger sandwich. Quality excellent, size disappointing for $36 with no chips, fries or Cole slaw.the restaurant is very comfortable, clean and relaxing. Super nice service. Don't let the location scare you away. This gem of a place is hidden away in a warehouse district. But finding them is worth to trip. As you'll enjoy fantastic food and great service. Their lobster is fresh and meaty and they are the only place to serve Beef Wellington, which was made to perfection. So why only four stars? No air conditioning! You heard that right ... a restaurant in South Florida of all places that has no a/c. The owner says they're working on it but we've now been there several times in the past year and that's the story we hear every time. They do have outside dining but That's still not workable in South Florida in the summer. If you make this your place of choice in the winter you'll love it. Happened across this spot while working in the area and mapping "restaurants open near me"... Tucked away in a little industrial park, just off the turnpike, not what I expected. Wonderful inside, very cozy and calming. Music lightly playing island music in the back ground. Very clean and inviting. I was seated and had my drink straight away. I felt very comfortable, and not rushed, by the soft spoken server. I started with the Pork Belly Deviled Eggs. Perfectly cooked pork belly set atop a smooth and creamy deviled egg. Served on a bed of slightly pickle onions, and delicious just to look at. Very nicely done. I went with the fish and chips, so happy I did. Excellently prepared and exactly as crisp as a great fish and chips should be! Fries were delicious and the coleslaw (while I would have appreciated more) was delectable. All in all, I have every reason to return to try what they are known for, a lobster roll. On my first visit I always like to try the basics...and they did them right here. read more

We've been here a few times and food is always good and fresh. We always sit out side since we bring our fur baby. They have fans to help with heat and on the occasion that we get swarmed with flies they come out bring out candles - this shows they're attentive. For first timers coming, a few things to manage your expectations. - the establishment is a little off the beaten path. It's hidden within a more industrial complex. - the indoor seating area is pretty small. They do have outdoor seating though. Now, for the food. My party really enjoyed the lobster here. The rolls are sized a bit small but definitely enough for us. We noticed the buns were more like a hot dog bun rather than lobster roll buns. But definitely buttery and still yum. The clam chowder was good. Not as thick as expected. But the flavor was there. The service was really good. Everyone was attentive and nice. It was funny though. Our for a lobster feast Yelp suggested ABC lobster. We needed to use our GPS. Located in a bank of warehouses we found ABC lobster We had a 6:00 Saturday reservation but arrived at 4:30 pm and decided to make it an early dinner. Cloth table cloths- damp. The restaurant was warm but it was a very hot day. My friend and I each ordered soup and we each had two lobsters. The soup was great- bowl clam chowder and cup of lobster bisque. Everything was delicious. I left with the meat of one of my lobsters for a salad tomorrow. I would come again. The owner came in at the end of our meal. The wait staff was very kind. read more

The fish dip was great, but the lobster rolls were mediocre. We very much enjoyed the appetizers, but we went for the lobster rolls, and they were just not terrific. They were decent, but nothing to write home about. So it's a nice place to go, but I think it would be better for the soups and appetizers instead of some of the main courses. There were bits of shell and maybe tendons in my lobster roll which just made it difficult to eat. It was a cute place to try even though it was very difficult to get to, the Google maps takes you in the wrong blocked off entrances and you have to go through a security gate into a complex. Heard this place was a hidden gem. SO OF COURSE we had to try!!! Literally a HIDDEN GEM. Its was near the truck stop off 441 and the highway. The place is super tiny so the inside seats were reserved, but we were able to eat outside and it was so cute, and not busy! The service was amazing by all the staff!!! My boyfriend works for the airport and has helped with the shipments of their lobsters twice a day- which made it so cool for him. He was so excited to tell all his coworkers The food was so fresh and delicious!! The lobster roll was full of lobsters. The fries are homemade, crispy and seasoned to perfection. The lobster was cooked perfectly! The potato al gratin was one of the best I've ever had. We got my daughter the kids tenders and fries OMG it was amazing. Over the last few years I've made it a mission of mine to find the best lobster rolls around... Can you blame me? After lots of personal research I can confidently say that ABC is top 3 in all of Florida. Although their location is a little tough to find, i'm confident you'll come back again & again after trying the food. As far as the warm rolls go, the're packed with hearty chunks of meat & the rolls are toasted to perfection with a nice layer of butter. Like any good dish, there isn't much seasoning/added toppings because the lobster is such great quality it's all you really want to taste. The richness of the meat stands out with each bite & it pairs perfectly with a nice squirt of lemon (if that's how you enjoy your seafood). There's not much else to say about these rolls because they really speak for themselves. The price point is comparable with other lobster rolls but I truly feel like these are far superior due to how loaded they are & the freshness of the ingredients. They're a must have if you give ABC a visit. The ambiance is casual but the food quality is 5 star. The inside dining area is on the smaller side so it can fill up quickly but there's usually plenty of seating outside. Service is always good & there hasn't been a time I've sat around waiting too long. It's usually always a good experience all around. Maybe one day i'll venture off & try something else from their menu but it'll be tough not ordering the roll. By the looks of it there are many delicious choices so I'm sure you can't go wrong with choosing something else. After a ride up A1A, we were searching Yelp for a new place to have seafood. Having read reviews before, We were intrigued. I enjoy off the beaten path restaurants. This one fit the bill. When we parked. We noticed staff walking with trays fill with beautiful seafood dishes out one for of the warehouses and down to the corner. They entered the front door and delivered food to a large party. We decided to eat outside and found a table with comfortable chairs. Right away we were served water and the server left us a bottle so we wouldn't have to wait for re-fills. That is always a nice touch! We both had the Maine Lobster roll. The presentation was special and the large fresh claws made the roll one of the best I've had in a while. The staff were so kind and brought extra lemons. We also tried the clam chowder. The chowder had a good consistency and color. It could have used a bit of clam juice. The hand cut fries were amazing. They were crispy, fresh and definitly fried in a good quality oil. As I write, I am planning out my next trip. The calamari, the seafood plate and blueberry bread pudding are calling me. Is like to sit inside next time and invite the family. After reading the menu, I was sure that the owner was from New England. ABC Lobster - Maine lobster roll (get this!) - Seafood Near Me - Davie, Florida

Hard to find but worth the look! I had been hearing such great things about ABC Lobster and just had to check it out on a recent Saturday night. First- trust your GPS. You'll think "there can't possibly be a restaurant here" but there is. If you are coming from the north, it leads you, on the weekends, to a locked gate at the northern end of the warehouse area so keep proceeding south toward the Hard Rock hotel until you come to a gate that is open. On this recent Saturday night, it was about 3 gates down and had delightful older security guard who was super helpful in pointing us back in the right direction. Now know before you go that while the food is 5 star- this is a very casual place so no need to be fancy for this lobster dinner! The restaurant is situated on the corner of a warehouse building overlooking a parking lot and other buildings so nothing fancy here. I loved that we were greeted warmly by two of the servers who told us to sit wherever we wanted. We chose a table outside but there are also a few inside as well. Menus were brought over promptly as well as our orders were taken for a couple of beers (beer, wine and soft drinks only). Our server, Amanda, was great! Pleasant and helpful and always quick to come back and make sure we were enjoying our dinner. The food actually comes from their kitchen which is located a few doors down so these servers certainly get their steps in! We started with 2 bowls of clam chowder and boy- did we get our money's worth! These bowls of soup were almost tureens and about halfway through we realized that if we finished the soup we wouldn't eat anything else so we asked for to go packaging so now I have soup for another day (lucky me!) This clam chowder was thick and delicious with big chunks of potatoes and clams. Delicious! Next up was a lobster egg roll. It was just okay in my book as it seemed a bit overdone and dry but that was okay as I was saving room for my twin lobster tail dinner and my friend had ordered the Connecticut style lobster roll (hot) Our entrees came up quickly and they were great! My twin lobster tails came with rosemary potatoes, broccolini and corn on the cob (a whole piece!). That's a lot of food for only $38! My friend's lobster roll ($29) was delicious and he got fries ($3) with it that were hand cut and also quite good. For your non seafood loving friends, there are a couple of steaks on the menu, as well, so don't think seafood is their only game. But there are plenty of other seafood dishes like a ravioli which is what I will get on my next visit. . . .or maybe it will be the whole snapper . . . . or maybe the lobster mac and cheese . . .decisions . . .decisions. One of the servers also told me that they have live music on some Friday nights so check out their social media pages to see when that happens which would make the night even more special. Also- if you are heading to something at the Hard Rock hotel- this would be a good choice before hand to grab a bite to eat. All in all if you like great tasting seafood that comes with a little bit of a mystery trip to find it- check out ABC Lobster. Definitely worth the adventure! read more

The ambiance was amazing it was such a cute space. There is not that many inside seating only 3 tables and the bar. If you do not make a reservation you may have to sit outside. The food was good. The only thing is they didn't have the broth for the Ipswich clams so they were a little sandy. read more

A delicious and creative twist to the original hush puppy- filled with corn and lobster pieces in it with a hint of spice. The texture was perfect, lightly crispy on the outside and super soft and moist on the inside. Order them- it's a must!! And thank me later. Seafood Platter- 10/10 Cold Lobster Tail, Stone Crabs and the biggest poppa shrimps ever!! Super fresh and tasty! Connecticut Lobster Roll - 10/10 It's simple leave the Mayo and all that fancy stuff out of my lobster roll please & thank you. A little butter and lemon squeeze and it's perfect! This roll did not disappoint and was definitely a winner in my book. The buns were buttery and lightly toasted and the lobster meat was perfect! Served with sweet potatoes ( what I chose) I mean need I say any more? - nope! Perfect- ( chefs kiss) Cheeseburger- 10/10 I looked at my hubby a little weird when he ordered a burger at a seafood place, but he always does his homework and he knew this is the place to order a burger from! Wow this place is hard to find. I would probably never try them if my friend would have not taken me here. I'm so happy he did because it was amazing. So apparently they have a restaurant part where you order and sit down but that's not where they cooking your food it's actually next door. We ordered both hot and cold lobster rolls I enjoyed the hot one better just because the cold one came with like a mayo cilantro mix and I'm not a big fan of cilantro. It was still super tasty and fresh don't get me wrong. The french fries are homemade and it's pretty obvious that it's always a winner. Coleslaw was also fresh and hit the spot. We stopped by ABC Lobster for a late afternoon bite on Wednesday. Mainly looking for stone crabs which were selling for an affordable price for larges. We sat outside on their patio which was well shaded from the late afternoon sun. Crab cake appetizer were very tasty along with the fish dip. My friend had the haddock with crab stuffing and had the sauce that comes with it on the side. Haddock had been over cooked but they quickly remedied it by cooking another to friend's liking. I had the seafood platter which you can get for one,two or four people. For one came with two lobster tails, two stone crabs and two large shrimps. The lobster tails were kind of on the smaller side but very sweet and tasty. The owner Alan came out and greeted us with some friendly chitchat were he told us his story of creating the restaurant out of his catering business. They unfortunately started during the pandemic so it has been slow to catch on but they seem to be doing well as more tables began filling up after we arrived. Our server was Amanda and she was terrific, very knowledgeable and hospitable answering all our questions. We will remember her when returning. It's located in an industrial warehouse area off of Orange Drive in Davie so a little hard to find but not too difficult with the Yelp app leading the way. Finally got the chance to visit ABC Lobster for lunch last Thursdy. We got there a bit before 1PM. Not too busy at that time. Waitress was super friendly and immediaely brought over water. My wife and I each ordered a cup of soup, NE Clam Chowder for the wife and Lobster Bisque for me. Both soups were scrumptious with good size chunks of Clam and Lobster (type dependant). We then ordered New England style Lobster Rolls which were over-filled with lobster and each dressed with a lobster claw at the top of the filling. Lobster is fresh and the sandwich is incredible. This will be a place we'll frequent moviing forward. It's not at all inexpensive, but with the amount of lobster served was well worth the price. read more

ABC Lobster is the epitome of a hidden gem and has so much to offer. The location is a bit odd as it resides in an industrial area however the inside and outside seating area is very charming. The prices are actually very economical compared to other seafood places I've been to including the heavy hitters such as crab and lobster. We ordered the crab cakes and calamari to start with and it was phenomenal. This calamari finally had the right texture and didn't have that plastic taste to it and the batter was well made and very crunchy. The crab cakes were to die for and were honestly the highlight of the meal. The main entree was the Connecticut lobster roll which really completed the dinner. The roll was toasty and buttery and the meat was incredibly tender and flavorful. The service was incredibly quick and did not have any complaints!
