I like that they are flexible with the amount of flavors you can mix as long as it fits in the cup. Located in the midst of a farm you can cross the road to pet some cows making it a fun excursion with kids. My 2-year-old was obsessed with the pb and had three servings! The pb gelato was incredibly rich and had a strong, delicious peanut flavor. The Italian ganache on top turned into a decadent fudge consistency after we set it out for about an hour before serving. The lemon cookie left no doubt that it was made with fresh REAL lemon juice. It was bright and sweet and perfectly balanced. I cannot wait to come try more flavors when the shop is officially open for the season.
